I couldn't wait to try the new Jimmy John's in Lake Jackson and it was an amazing experience for a fast food restaurant. I was greeted by the enthusiastic staff as soon as I entered the establishment, even though they were helping a line of people in front of me. I ordered the #9 (Italian sandwich) and an oatmeal raisin cookie. The bread was freshly baked and the cookie was better than most bakeries...I am craving one as I am writing this. The service was impeccable and the restaurant was immaculate. I am now a proud regular!

I ordered 40 sandwiches for a lunch and learn. I ordered the day before and needed to pick them up at 10:30 for an 11:00 lunch. I arrived early and they had everything bagged up and loaded my car. The quality and freshness of the food was so good!! The customer service from the girls was above exceptional!!! Thank you!

My family and I go here regularly. Tonight we decided to order delivery and they got here so fast and the sandwiches were every bit as good if not better than when we pick them up. So much better than subway in every way. 5 stars all day!

Got sandwiches to go. We just moved into the area and first time at this location. We were very happy with our sandwiches. My #5 Little was assembled nicely with just right fillings, my husband’s #1 was great too! Will be back.

This is the best place when you need a quick bite but don’t want typical fast food. The staff has always been friendly even with complicated orders, they always have the food ready fast (sometimes even before I fill up my fountain drink). They have a big selection of sandwiches, but my favorites the #7 and #9. The wife loves the classic #4. Bonus they typically have cool music playing.

I order from this Jimmy John's multiple times a week. The consistency is spot on and I have never had to wait for my food nor has it been made incorrectly. The service is good. I will definitely keep ordering online and keep coming back! I love this Jimmy John's!

It's always a pleasure going to the Lake Jackson Jimmy John's. I've only experienced a friendly and welcoming staff. The new dill chips are amazing. I liked the atmosphere better when they featured the 90's and Alt Rock background music, but it's still a great and probably my favorite lunch place.

It's a fairly new store, so it is clean. I spoke to 3 different employees while ordering and receiving my food. They were all very nice, suggesting food as I have never been to a Jimmy Johns. I got a ham and cheese sandwich, lettuce and tomato. I did not like the bread, it was way to hard for my liking, but the rest of it was awesome. I also bought one of the choco chip cookies and it was delicious. I give them 5 stars because the food, for the most part was very good. As for the bread, to each his own. No need to give this establishment a low rating because I don't care for it. Enjoy!

Jimmy John's is growing on me. We split sandwiches for the kids. Not too messy in the car driving. Fast, not as bad for you as other fast food, and tastes good. Recommend sandwiches with more than one meat.

Okay food, fast service, okay prices that make you feel nickel and dimed. They tried to upcharge me for different things three times for one sub, it would have been $6 more of I said yes to everything. Really tiring when your hungry and just want to eat. Also their equipment is loud and annoying. I was trying to talk to a friend and some alarm was going off multiple times for awhile that made it hard to talk.

This is easily the worse Jimmy John's I've ever been to. They act like giving more than 1 piece of lettuce is too much even when you ask for extra. They consistently add tomatoes when you tell them not to. They manage to put most of the stuff outside of the bread. I'm not sure why I keep trying it hoping they'll get it together, but that apparently won't happen.

The guy at register obviously couldn't hear me properly because the food I received was NOT what I ordered. And the bread was hard as if they gave us the day old bread. This place used to great when I used to live in the area. Was greatly disappointed.

The atmosphere was clean and inviting the service was ok.... I asked for tomatos and they were not added. Then when I got home 40 mins away I opened my food and relized the lettus on the unwich was not fresh and my toppings were not there. Very disapointing.

I really hate giving negative reviews but this was just awful. I honestly don't think it has anything to do with the people working there, they were courteous and very quick, it's just Jimmy John's in general. The only thing gourmet was the price... Some how they managed to make bacon and ham both bland and tasteless. The bread was hard but not toasted so it tasted like day old bread. When you bite into the sandwich, everything tastes the same, from the vegetables to the meat. I honestly don't know how you can make bacon and tomatoes and lettuce all taste the same. I did enjoy the salt and vinegar chips, and the chocolate chip cookie was decent. For the life of me, I don't understand why they are popular. Anyways, I don't think I will be back.

Did online order for pick up so there was no contact with staff. My sandwich had 1 slice of turkey and 1 slice of cheese. This was the skinniest sandwich I’ve ever seen. My order was a combo so I spent $12 for nothing.

Just paid $50 for 3 "giant" sandwiches to be delivered. The roast beef was ok but the turkey sandwich barely had any meat on it. Mostly just bread. Unfortunately it was the same for the BLT. Barely any bacon even when I had ordered and paid for extra. They didn't even bother to heat the bacon up. Just limp cold bacon. Very disappointed that I paid so much for mostly bread.

Love jimmy johns but out of the last 3 times I ordered from this location they got my order wrong twice and employees making the food were not wearing their masks properly. Getting take out and want something with better hygiene from employees and your order correct? You are probably better off going across the street to Panera or Firehouse.

Anyone else get sick? Went there on Nov 5th and 7th. First time I had stomach cramps the next day. Second time, cramps, chills, fever and diarrhea. Just found out that my neighbor had the same experience after eating there a week later. Just a friendly warning.

I ordered sandwich n asked for no onion n manager on duty n employees were not aware the avocado had onion in it. It was my 1st time there n I am not familiar with the set up n sauces n how they are mixed or made, I let the staff know it was my 1st time there. When I brought it to the attention of the manager he said he had to finish attending the customers he had after me. He without getting clarification from me made me another sandwich which that had avocado that had onion. I asked for my money back n he only reimbursed me for the sandwich without tax when i did not eat the entire meal n nothing was consumed on my part. When I noticed how much he gave me called n brought it to his attention n he became loud n irrational. Stating how he was short ppl n he had alot to do ... that is not my fault n he should know what they are serving, ppl have allergies n should get food how they ask for it.

My first time eating here, staff was very rude. They were upset it was almost closing time and basically told me I had 8 min to eat my food. Will never go back, hopefully management explains to the staff members the important of customer service. Hopefully the lady that came in leaves a review as well, they were extremely rude to her as well.

My food was over 45 minutes late and I paid almost 50 dollars for my sandwiches that came.They were dry and just nasty they had no taste or flavor it seems like it was just bread and nothing else. The only thing that was good was the sprite and pickle. I won't be wasting my money with this place anymore.

They get your order wrong and do not pay attention to details. They never write the name on the sandwiches. The employees are either not trained properly or the owner hires incompetent and lazy people. I recommend Firehouse Subs. A portion of every purchase you make at Firehouse Subs goes to providing life saving equipment to all first responders. That’s something honorable to stand behind. I will no longer order from this location because of how little they care.

I ordered two 16 foot sandwiches and two wraps. Both of my 16 foots came to me wrong. When I called JJ they said they would replace them. They only replaced ONE. Not impressed with there customer service.

If I could give an establishment or staff a zero on this one I would. I called in an order at 5:10pm for 3 sandwiches. Was told it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. Showed up to the restaurant 20 minutes later to be told to wait it would be ready in a few minutes. 4 people were helped ahead of me before I asked to Atleast pay and get my drinks while I waited and asked how long. AT LEAST 20-25 more minutes to make 3 cold sandwiches ? He told me “there’s nothing I can do I’ve been slammed” WHEN HE WAS THE PERSON I SPOKE TO!!! Canceled the order and won’t be returning here again.

When we called Tina said “oh well she had multiple orders and the drinks in the box have condensation.” PLEASE tell me how drink condensation can completely soak two sandwiches and a bag enough for it to completely fall apart? Don’t make excuses for employees who can’t seem to do their job right, it looks like she dropped our food in a puddle and proceeded to deliver it.

When I walked up, the staff was outside taking a break at the tables. They saw me go inside but didn’t bother to assist me. At the counter, no one was there to take an order. As I was leaving, an employee came in from the back and said she didn’t know I was there. Said she was busy dealing with BS in the back. She offered to get the guys outside to come in and serve me but I declined. They saw me go inside the store and elected to stay outside. I will not beg for service when I’m paying for it so I walked away and spent my money at Firehouse Subs across the street where I was welcomed in.

Cashier took it to the back and said the manager will give me refund in 3 to 4 WEEKS! I never spoke with the manager she didn’t come out to talk to me.
