I ordered a pizza here one day and a few days later I had another charge come to my credit card. It was very suspicious, but the GM and managers were all very concerned and handled the problem in a very timely manner. Thank you guys for your help, it doesn't go unnoticed.

It was a very busy night. I was there with my five year old daughter. We were waiting quite some time , but everybody was busy trying to get the work out. The fellow that took care of me was attentive of the wait time apologized. We were also compensated for the extended wait, which I did not request. I thought it was a very nice gesture.
The night crew is the best crew at this location!! Very professional and good workers!! Keep it up!!!
I have been a few times here and i can say that last night, the way i was received by the person taking my order was amazing, he made me feel welcomed, he is a Manager if I’m not mistaken, went above and beyond and everything i ordered was freshed out of the oven, so Thank You to the manager on duty and his crew, Job well done.

Food was good. Service was good! Was even told to have a Blessed day which is amazing these days! The store was a little warm while waiting to pick up up food. Pizza always does great in a Pinch and hasn't skyrocketed in price like everything else.
They don’t answer the phone calls. I have to go to the restaurant to order. If they are so busy, management should hire more employees.
Don't bother trying the cheese steak puffs. Mine were 98% cheese and 2% steak.
Love the Pizza here but it's absolutely ridiculous you cannot place or make an order after 9pm when the store closes at 10pm.. not for pickup or delivery. Complete and utter laziness of the owner that you cannot do this.. Dominos it is... sad because the pizza is way better than Dominos...
I gave atmosphere one star because. Everybody was great and stuff. But the air conditioning at this location is horrid. The employees and customers alike are burning up..The owner really needs to get it fixed. Other than that, it's a great place.

Food was good but service was not good. I ordered cheesy bread, 2 guys ahead of me were picking up their pizza. They asked for some sides of marinara and the lady gave them some. I went in to get my cheesy bread and asked if the cheesy bread came with marinara and the lady said no and charged me $2 for one. I've been coming here for years and have never been charged for marinara.

This place could mess up a wet dream... Order pizza puffs and the lady couldn't even understand that we wanted pizza puffs quit asking if we wanted pepperoni pizza instead of pepperoni pizza puffs then some of them have sauce on them some of them don't I'm surprised we're not missing the pepperoni on them complete waste of time almost had to feed them all to the dog they were so bad..
I cannot understand why you can't cancel and refund an order placed online more than 9 hrs before. The "manager" we spoke to was difficult to deal with and could NOT seem to understand our question or how to help us. However, the manager in the evening was wonderful. He kept me updated, even though the order was not ready on time, and he was extremely apologetic. The manager in the morning should be fired, but the manager in the PM should be promoted.
No hot and ready pizzas baked. Make sure you precall your order. If not you'll definitely be waiting.

Every single time I walk in here the people are overworked, multi tasking, and in a bad mood. However, if I am walking in to place my order don't make eye contact with then walk away like you don't see me and prepare pizzas while I wait 10 plus minutes... For you to come right back to the counter and actually take 2 minutes to put my order in.
Three times in a row I’ve received the completly wrong order and I can’t even call to acknowledge this. Don’t get food from here.
The pizza was half done and the manager there is rude. They don’t even greet anyone when you go there to place an order. If this place continue this they will never get business.
Every time I come to this store and the older Mexican lady is there, she always gives me attitude & refuses to take my order & says they only take cash , no card but the customer after me paid with card. 😡😤
Called ahead so I wouldn't have to wait for a 1/2 pepperoni/cheese and some crazy bread. Got out on hold for 5 minutes (phone was just sat down so I got to listen to everything) and got told they were busy so give them 10-12 minutes. Ran into another store and got there 15 mins later and neither pizza or bread was even put in the oven yet but told it would only be about 5 more minutes, so I paid and waited, no big deal. 10 minutes later the pizza finished and the only bread made was given to another customer that was waiting when I arrived. Going on 25-30 minutes I ask how long the bread and she says "O, it will be another 5-10 minutes", so I just grabbed my pizza and left with and incomplete order that I paid for. Not very organized establishment, and not the 1st time I have had this kind of experience at this location.

This establishment is the most disgusting restaurant and the owner should spend ALOT more time here. The management are extremely rude and drink alcohol in the back parking lot. Thats where they hang out instead of being inside working. Its been closed down for roaches being found IN THE PIZZA! Employees show up at 9am ready to work but no mgmt shows up for another 30 minutes to 2 hours later. They have no respect for the ones trying to clock in on time....wake up Mr owner, your peoples concerns have gone in one ear and out the other, you need to clean that restaurant starting with the rude and terrible mgmt!!!!! No one wants roaches in their food so why has this gone on for so long ?
I ordered my food from online pick up. And they usually tells you when the food is ready. When I’ve got ready notifications and went to pick it up on store. They said “ they didn’t got orders”, “getting ready right now.” It’s crazy I had to wait for my food for 30min-50min
Every time I go down to get some crazy Puffs they never have any and when I ask them if I can order some I'm always told nope we're not making any today.
My husband went in to order pepperoni cheesy bread@ 6pm,and the workers mistaken it for cheesy bread and half pepperoni pizza. My husband checked it and told them, " No, i wanted cheesy bread with pepperonis on it." they proceeded to make it again. He was charged $18.18 for his order, and it came out wrong again. He came back to the car mad and said to me at 6:20pm, " they messed up our order, and I didn't want to wait any longer. They apparently didn't understand what pepperoni cheesy bread is." I decided to go back in since someone had to stay in the car with our son. When I went back in, I asked for a refund because the order was wrong. The boy worker went to get the manager. She said, " This is what he ordered, twice! " I told her,"No, just the $6.00 pepperoni cheesy bread. " She proceeded to say they don't give refunds. I asked her to call her manager, which she did. She asked if i wanted them to make cheesy bread and said yes! So, as I was waiting, I noticed that no one cleaned their hands or wore gloves. I saw the lady manager multiple times touching pizza dough, the touch screen, and the trashcan. The boy making pizza never washed his hands with no gloves touching all the toppings. When the pizza was finished, a male worker brought it up and said," Here." I proceeded to say where the rest of my refund was for the difference, and she said she couldn't do anything about that. I said "well figure it out, call manager, get a gift card, something, I didn't need anymore food" she called the manager and spoke spanish to her like I wouldn't understand, in which I did. Then she said she could do anything, but give free food, drink, brownies. Well, it's no free if I was charged almost $20.00 for $6.00 bread. I told her to just give me back the other box, and she said they had already thrown it away. And I didn't have to get so heated. I then said, " No, heated is if I call the cops for fraud and theft." I proceeded to read the little ceasers pizza promise poster on the wall and asked what she was going to do to fix this, as the manager. She told me if I didn't want any other food to take my pizza and leave, " at this point, I didn't even want the food from how disrespectful and unprofessional she was acting. I was so tired of arguing with her, and we both were fed up, and BECAUSE she could do anything but make more food. @6:44 I told her to just make a 3 meat pizza. And I'll leave. I left very disappointed because of how this situation was handled. This all could be avoided by them getting the order right the first time. This store really needs to get returns and gift cards straightened out. Plus gloves!!!! We definitely won't be back! The boy workers name is pilskin, and the manager is Daniella.
Usually ok when I order but this is the second time in 2 weeks when my order has taken extra long to get done even when ordered 40 minutes prior. The 1st time it took 30 minutes longer than the stated time and I understood because it was a Friday night so I let it go but this time it was 25 minutes after the stated time and the whole order was bad. The sauce didn't go towards the crust (basically it seemed like they skimped on it) and we also ordered crazy bread which was cold and hard plus they forgot our marinara sauce. Highly disappointed. Not sure if I'll give them a 3rd chance.
Management needs to take a course on Customer Service. People taking the order needs to repeat back what your order to confirm they understood it correctly. Then when you show up to pick it up and it's wrong, they get mad a ME for their mess up and refused to make the correct order unless I pay for the mess up..... nope. I'm not paying for their mistake. This place has become a joke for a hot and ready, takes 15 minutes..... May 9, 2024
They gave me the wrong pizzas. I paid extra money for the types of pizzas I ordered and cannot get ahold of them on the phone to ask for a refund. Super disappointed.
Every time I go in there I place and order online, and this little woman is there. I have to repeat myself at least 20 times about the name on my order and telling her that the app does NOT let you put extra sauce on the pizza. I try to explain that to her yet she seems to not compered asking to put a little extra sauce on the pizza BEFORE it is made. She just repeats says that the online order will be in that little holder when it is ready, not wanting to do any add ons at all. Even for a free add on. She needs to stay in the back and have someone that copperheads English to be up front with the customers. This has happened at least 5 times now and every time she seems to not understand what I say.
They ALWAYS get my order wrong, they say inappropriate things while customers wait in the lobby and seriously never get my food right the first (& sometimes even the second) time... don't bother unless you have the time to wait for them to correct it.
Walked in at 950pm to order 1 pizza the very polite young man told me he was told to stop accepting orders because he has a lot to do still. If you're a business, you stay open, accepting orders until you're closed. That's it, can't get any more comprehensive than that. If you're not going to pay these kids overtime, then don't schedule them for closing. Whoever made this call needs to be heavily reevaluated.
For some reason, they are unable to do extra sauce. We've ordered and paid for an extra most best with extra pepperoni and extra sauce. We've only gotten extra sauce once after ordering it many, many times. Instead, we get extra cheese, less pepperoni or a normal pepperoni pizza. Keep in mind, we're paying for these toppings. We should get them. But, unfortunately, neither this location, nor the one in Clute, can manage to get this order right. We've had enough. We've called the complaint line and have been put on hold for 45 minutes plus. We're done. We're taking our business elsewhere. If
The Spanish lady was very impolite she kept telling me no about each item I was trying to order then I repeated and she gave me attitude picked up her finger pointed at me and said let me check with a very man face then she came back and sighed, She made it seem like she didn't want to do her job and that nothing was stocked up. Worst customer service ever, rude rude rude.
You're better off ordering online for pick up unless you love slow service. Went in and ordered at the counter and was told it would be a 10 minute wait, but ended up waiting 40 minutes instead.
I ordered my pizza online. It said it would be ready at 6:36. I walked in after receiving an email stating it was done. I gave my name and they said it was almost ready. I was then asked 3 times what my order was. I then waited with my two toddlers for another 30 minutes. They started getting fussy. Then one of the employees said very loudly that my 1 year old was very annoying. If the pizza had been done when I got the email saying it was then I wouldn't have waited with 2 toddlers for over 30 minutes and he wouldn't have started getting fussy. When I told him he should be more quiet when talking about someone's kids he just shrugged his shoulders and said well he was screaming. No apology or anything. I didn't get my pizza until after 7:15.
This place is a great disappointment! Nothing about the hot n ready is accurate. The pizza that was given to me was burn and cold at the same time. Horrible service and other peoples orders in front of me were all wrong! By all means please avoid this place!

Asked for some seasoning on the pizza thr manager said it would be an additional 2.00 dollars so I pulled out cash and gave it to her I asked for the receipt it just seemed odd it was exactly 2.00 dollars she told me to get a receipt it would be 4.33 seems like theft. She gave me a serious attitudelike attacking her customer for asking for seasoning. Maybe a change in management would be good for our local store.

Then, I asked for a supreme pizza- she stated they weren’t doing that.. but then allowed the 4th person behind me to order it. It was not just her being rude to me, it was every single customer. I was in there for a total of 35 minutes and saw her help 6 people. Trash service to say the least.

I leave to grab some drinks at HEB I get back at 10pm and they are all gone. Then I look at Google to see if they are closing early now and then I see that they were supposed to be closed at 9pm. So why were they taking orders at 9:30pm if they were supposed to be closing at 9? So not cool! I already paid for my food, and obviously someone took all my food home with them instead of waiting for your customer to come back who already paid for their food! Some people just have no moral compass, and don’t care about their customers whatsoever!
I placed an online order at Little Caesars for a pepperoni pizza and Italian cheese bread and waited approximately 10 minutes in-store for the order to be placed in the pickup tray. Despite the wait, the food I received was not fresh. The pizza was dry and the cheese bread was stale. After one bite, I discarded both items. This was a disappointing experience and will not be returning.
