I went through the drive-thru at noon on a Friday. The service was very quick and my order was correct. The drive-thru employee was very polite and attentive. The food was good for a fast food place.

This is my daughter's go to place when we eat out. We did discuss how we loved some of the food Taco Bell has quit making but they still have good food.

I love Taco Bell. This is one. But what makes this one really shine are the employees. They are efficient, nice, thoughtful, and they make a darn fine taco. Plus, the Mexican pizza is a regular menu item now. How awesome is that?

I have never had any issues with this location! My orders have always come out correct, with everything present/not missing anything, and it tastes top notch. They’re definitely reliable when you need the goods.

My boyfriend and I went through the drive through tonight, 8/31/18. We ordered a lot of food (and normally I would go inside, but the inside was already closed).. I do admit it was quite a bit. I didn’t get the woman’s name at the drive thru but she was patient, accurate, and made sure everything was fresh. We were very pleased when we got home and everything was perfect.

I frequent there every 2 weeks or so. I usually order the same thing and it has always been right. This has been going on for about 2 years now. They are always packed in the drive thru. You know they must be doing something right, or people just love taco bell, like me!

The food is always good but I always seem to get messy. I ask for napkins and the lady at the window said we had some in the bag but we didn't. Of course eating tacos I make a mess.

When we got there, it wasn't busy so we were able to order. Our food was hot and fresh. Service was great. The employees greeted us.

Since we don't have one in bay city tx. Me and my friend were very happy. To see one in Lake Jackson tx we took that opportunity to eat there. It's was awesome. Wish it makes a come back to BC TX.

Friendly cashier. I ordered two of the $1 Fritos burritos. She have me a drink for free. Maybe she felt bad because my lunch was only $2 and she thought I was poor or something...lol. Anyway, food was hot, fresh, and a good value. I will definitely be back.

I gave them a 5 star, at first we ordered and got home 40 mins away and our food was pathetic looking and missing items, but it was late so we didnt call and complain. We work nights and went back the next night (because of our kids) and ordered again. I should have checked and I kinda did and actually had to tell the drive thru I was missing my pizza, but when i got him again i had 2 nachos and only 1 cheese, 2 burritos was missing meat. So I decided I was going to say something after this. I called and called and got no answer. So I waited until the next day and went in. The lady was super polite and apologized and said she was going to have a meeting with night shift. She also fixed everything and went above and beyond. I understand people make mistakes and I was beyond amazed by the kindness and how well she took criticism. I give them a A+

Something about that late night drive thru Taco Bell just hits different. The service was quick, the drive thru host was friendly and my order was right so... all around it was a good experience. Thank you Taco Bell!

The people here are so friendly. I've never been to a fast food restaurant anywhere in the U.S that has a staff that's this friendly on a regular basis. Every single time I go there I am so impressed.

Forgot toppings on cold Mexican pizza with only meat on one side. Didn't bag as we asked. Didn't give sauce or napkins had to ask. The food tasted good. They got the order correct but always mess up in previous orders. Food was cold.

The store manager really knows how to run a place. I've ordered here several times and never had an issue, and I will admit that I can be a difficult customer with how I edit my items. They always come out great. This is the only taco bell in the area that I'll stop at!

This restaurant has the most courteous employees I have encountered. This restaurant is extremely quick in getting the orders out and the temperature of the food is perfect as well. This experience brought back memories when I used to attend college in San Marco, Texas and the Taco Bell there was the same way. The employees were very courteous and very prompt in getting there orders out.

I have been coming here for years. This is the best taco bell I have ever been to in my life. They're fast, great service and the food is always perfect here. I get exactly what I ordered every time.

You know what you get at Taco Bell. This one is newly constructed and the service seems a but speedier versus the old one. They did nix the Pizza Hut menu items though.

The food is great and all, but almost every single time I place an order they forget about it. I placed about 3 orders and they forgot my bowl.

Order was messed up late night said they couldn't fix it but could get it replaced the next day so I went and got whataburger and the next day when I went back it wasn't a meal they just wanted to replace parts. But it was meals you messed up not parts

They were quick and courteous. Not knocking the food, it was good, just skimped on the meat at this location.

Ordered Mexican pizza and it was overcooked and was falling apart. The person that took my order was not very friendly but that's to be expected sometimes. The bean burrito that I ordered had little to no flavor. They didn't ask if I wanted any hot sauce like they usually would. Overall it was mediocre at best.

Trying to change my payment to different card. Unfortunately the lady who was assigned tonight 1/12/21 around 8:30pm refused to help me... she was wearing an eyeglasses. I don't think I'm going back there anymore.

This location had sticky tables, the drink dispenser was broken in several different ways, and there was no soap in the bathroom. When I asked for soap I was told to go to another restaurant to wash my hands because the soap dispenser was broken. I asked if I could just have some soap out of one of the bags and the shift manager told me there was no soap, which makes me believe that the employees don't wash their hands. This was a pretty gross experience.

No hot coffee and they need more product (meat) in the tacos !! I understand that it's a dollar menu but come on give me food with my tortilla !! If i wanted just bread i could have stayed home !!?

Not a positive experience. Wanted 2 pepperoni pizzas for my grandkids. Well we're out of those. Take the bacon cheeseburger. It will be 7-8 minutes can you please drive around and we'll bring them out. 20 minutes later I had to walk in and get them. Wow

They are fantastic in the morning. There is one lady in particular that I adore. She makes my mornings! That being said, do NOT go here after 10 AM. They slack off on their food quality majorly. My favorite thing is the quesadillas, after 10 AM, they just stop cooking them. They hand you a folded over stuffed tortilla that was put in the warmer for half the recommended time and expect you not to notice. My cheese isn't melted, the sauce is not even, and its cold when i get it. So disappointing.

Late, just ordered 2 crunchy tacos and 1 chicken soft taco. Chicken soft taco had exactly 2 pieces of chicken the size of a dime. Crunchy tacos were only half the size of the shell. Asked for mild sauce, got hot. That was ok, I like spicy and believe me it needed it. I remember when Angleton Tx Taco Bell shut down (2, exactly 2 pieces of cheese on a taco). Looking like this one will be right there with them! 😕🤬🤮

I used the kiosk inside to order just for myself even though I have the app. I ordered a combo meal that came with a drink. I asked if I could pay separately for a cup of water for my dog and was handed a cup. Simple enough... but I had to stand at the counter waiting for someone to hand me my drink cup for over 5 minutes due to no one at the front counter. I could of gotten their attention, but wanted to see how responsive they were to a customer standing at their counter. After I got my drink I couldn't find the straws. When I did get the attention of one of the food prep gals, who had temporarily left her station, she was borderline of rude. Like I should know where the dang straws are. She could have easily handed me one from behind the counter which she was standing next to, but opted to tell me they're in the middle with everything else. I'm sorry, but I am not from around here...not even from this state. Please don't assume I know the straws are not with the drinks and lids where in my mind only makes sense, but instead in the middle of the seating area with the sauces. She could have easily handed me one and changed her glove if sanitation is an issue. I don't get it. I agree their main focus is drive-thru. Some people (me) would rather go inside than sit in my car. However, if I ever go back, I'll definitely use the drive-thru. Food was good and was prepared quickly. It sounded like the guy at drive-thru was polite and quick to get customers through. But someone needs/should be trained to be polite and quick to serve those of us that prefer to come inside and deal with people face to face.

This place has been in need for management for too long. They are so slow, even though there are plenty of employees. While waiting for my order, I watched an employee texting on his cell phone, wiping the counter with his hands, then making food.( All with the same gloves on!) People were getting angry because of the long wait... They kept getting orders wrong. Ridiculous...

abnormally long line tonight. took more than 20 minutes to get through the drive thru. we had 5 items and 3 of them were wrong. Most egregiously....the chicken taco had zero chicken. the beef burrito was in a hard taco shell. the drink without ice was full of ice. we have normally had great service here but It was bad enough not sure I want to go back....

Unprofessional cashier. Very rude she definitely needs customer service training. I don't remember her name but it was after 5pm on 7/12/22. The beef in my meal had a foul smell. My loss! I should have asked for a refund, but I did not. Didnt want the drama. The trash can benefited from my meal. I've never had a problem with taco bell before. Its just some places will always have questionable employees. My $$$ loss. Will I eat at taco bell again? Yes, but not that one!

Yesterday I went in with my fiance and his best friend cashier seemed new and didn't know very much.After I ordered i gave the cashier 20.10 when my order was only 11.90 he literally had to chase down a manager to get change and another associate helped ,which was nice. Well then my fiance best friend orders and they gave him three differwnt orders when he only needed two because he wanyed beef...glad their doing a remodel its well needed

Literally been sitting here 15+ minutes inside waiting for my order and there are 19 other guests in the lobby and no one has gotten their order yet. 3 people have gotten up and asked for a refund, and 2 other people have came in because orders were wrong. This is the only taco bell in our area so I know they stay busy but to completely forget to make half of my order while I'm waiting outside in car for 20 minutes after sitting in line for 5 after i ordered is ridiculous. I had to walk inside and ask about my food. They didn't even offer an apology all I received was an attitude, dirty look, and not my whole order. Get it together taco bell or maybe since you're so busy at one location open another so people leave happy. As much as I like taco bells food i will not go back to the Lake jackson location.

Put in an online order, with very detailed instructions on how I wanted the food with rhe add ons I requested and paid for. When arriving and mentioning my online order the guy rudely said pull forward didn't even verify the order and when I requested my burritos to be grilled similar to the way crunchwraps are grilled he just said okay and I then asked again to make sure and when I got all my food and checked it, everything but the basic tacos was incorrect.

Dirty! Dirty! Dirty! The wooden tables and the floor were dirty, dirty, dirty!!! The whole time employees sitting in the dining area on their phones.

The restaurant is full of people who are waiting on their order. Mind you there are only 20 or so in the restaurant including me and my family of 6. The cashier doesn't even know what is on the menu. When he finishes taking an order he was leaning against the wall. Only one person is actually working in the kitchen. Even the manager is not working at high speed much less at a med pace. While waiting for our food several people requested their money back. For it costing me $50 dollars to feed me, my wife, and 4 children this is not worth $10. I am aware what it usually costs to feed my family. This is no fast food restaurant!!!! You can complain in person but whats the use, all they are doing is getting irritated at those asking for their money back.

One scoop of meat each in all of our tacos. No rice beans or sour cream that was supposed to be also in the tacos. Paid $45 worth of food.

Terrible customer service at this location have been here twice in the last 2 weeks and it has been terrible.The attitude that was given just because I paid for am extra item and it wasn't out on my order I got asked what's wrong now, I had simply stated that I was missing something and then was asked several times if I had paid for it.

I wish I could rate a big fat 0. I'm a door dasher, I went in to pick up and order and I also asked if I could make an order as I have 2 little ones in my car that are hungry and thirsty. I just wanted 2 cheesy roll ups and a small sprite. The old lady told me I couldn't place an order because I'm doordashing. And the food I needed to pick up needed to be delivered. I'm sorry but that is wrong. You have no right to deny me from getting an order placed that would only take maybe 3 minutes to make. I won't ever go to this Taco Bell again! They have lost my business.

I went to order food at 6:06 PM on A Saturday. I was paying with $100 bill and they told me they didn’t have the change to break it and asked for another form of payment. It’s cash. And you don’t even close until 2AM. There is no reason you shouldn’t be able to get the change for me.

I can’t say recently I have had any good experiences at this Taco Bell. I came in for an order today that I ordered online. The order said it was ready 30 minutes prior to it being in my hands. While waiting confused I asked an employee to help and he then asked a white plumper lady if my order was coming she then told me that I messed up. And that my order wasn’t through to her side on the screen. The employee then went to her screen and pointed out my order showing her she was infact wrong. She then which I can only assume out of spite waited to make my order and took anyone that had ordered after me to priority. While mumbling under her breath when I had checked up 15 minutes later. 45 minutes after my order was supposed to be done. I had my food greeted to me by being slammed on the counter and her angrily walking away. To the taller employee you were a massive help. But the lady I described who I think might’ve been a manager, was rude, unprofessional, and very lackluster.

Terrible service. Nobody would take my order. No privacy in the bathroom. The whole place was very drafty and don't even get me started on the hygiene. Dirt EVERYWHERE. I couldn't even see the floor. I do not recommend.
