Google maps initially sent me to the location on west Avenue L based on our location. When we arrived at that location on Avenue L, I looked for their health inspection letter grade, but couldn't find it posted anywhere on the business entrance/exit doors and/or windows. Instead, it suspiciously was posted by the fountain drink machine inside the business where it looks like it's been altered. When I asked a woman who identified herself as Kathy, who said she was in management, where the recent health code inspection grade was she pointed to the sign by the fountain drink. A man behind the counter seemed interested in my question to Kathy, so I posed the same question to him, since he indicated that he was also in management, but Kathy wouldn't allow him to be questioned and instead, kept pointing to the altered, out dated sign, that's not legally posted. She told me to contact the Los Angeles Health Department with my concerns, knowing it's a Saturday and that they're closed instead of just verifying the status of their recent health code inspection because I suspect it's not what's posted by the fountain machine! I suspect there's an issue that the Los Angeles Health Department should look into, and perhaps Panda Express Corporate should look into, if this location on Avenue L isn't up to grade for quality, training, transparency, health, and inspection purposes! As far as this location goes, their signage was clearly marked and dated within the last two months which verifies that said business is performing at the level of an A for quality and health code standards! The food was hot, fresh, and delicious, and the portions were just right! Was given the time and didn’t feel rushed for my order. Had to wait a few minutes which I didn’t mind but they took longer than what they had told me and without me saying anything or asking about the wait time they rewarded my wait time with a complimentary drink. My son and I visited Panda Express for lunch recently. There was no wait to order, and all the food in the display looked fresh and delicious. Between the two of us we ordered green bean chicken, black pepper chicken, honey sesame chicken, and Beijing beef. We both ordered fried rice as the side dish. The food was all hot and delicious. The vegetables in the entrees were not overcooked and mushy. The counter servers were friendly and the atmosphere of the restaurant was clean and casual. I appreciated that one of their staff was actively at work keeping the tables cleared and the floor clean. I've been to too many counter-service restaurants in which a clean table is difficult to find, but that was not the case at Panda Express. So, our experience at this restaurant was great and I look forward to returning.

Half chow mein / half fried rice. Orange chicken and Kung Pao chicken with a side of cream cheese rangoons and sweet and sour sauce on the side as well. If you get it when it's fresh it taste delicious, however for those who are a little more health-conscious I don't recommend eating this often.

We have asked to wait for fresh food that is being made ( egg rolls, chow mein) and they pack our plates and it sits not only waiting for fresh portions but they will serve others in line before remembering to fill our order. That has happened a few times. When ask for manager to report, he was one of the goof offs! Would love to clean that place up. Not excited about this location.

My daughter ordered Teriyaki Chicken which she waited to prepare. The staff forgot about her because the restaurant was crazy busy. I can say the food was very good and fresh. I was not entirely happy with this visit but because of the quality of the food I will return.

I don't usually go to Panda Express but I saw the commercial for the Almond Chicken and wanted to try it. Their prices were a little too high, as expected so I won't go back, but the chicken was good, I really expected it to be more crunchy because of the commercial, but it was good.

Ordered 3 bowls repeated the order twice. The server was putting the wrong meat item. I told her sorry it’s supposed to be bejin beef and that seemed to upset her by the way she tossed the the meet back in the bowl. Won’t be back

All Pandas have snooty people workling for them. They are like the oriental version of Starbucks. The only thing they make better than anyone else is orange chicken and I can live with out it. Over priced for what you get!

The workers get an attitude if you only order one item. The rice taste terrible and chow mein is greasy, the angus steak taste like rubber bands and taste like imitation meat.

Food kinda tasted good .....shrimp had no flavor.....the Rangoon had no cheese and rubbery...... they remade them .....only to come out the same.....and to top it off NY food poisoning received from their food caused me to miss work....

They open a 10:30am at least is what the sing say. I was waiting about 40 min and the guy inside just luck out the window. and then i call and ask what tome did they open and say "10 more minutes" so they open at 11:30am

Sat in drive thru without being knowledge for over 4 minutes there was only one vehicle in front of us. I was giving someone a ride from mojave. If it was up to me I would of left. Customer service has gone to the wayside. Employees are now allowed to be rude to their customers. It just blows mind. Another company off my list of ever getting my money. I got a 2 side choice- orange chicken/beef broccoli with fried rice. I'm disappointed with their skills in the cooking department. My rice was still hard, the broccoli wasn't even soft, it was still hard. I almost took out my ranch to dip. Beef was okay good, orange chicken was okay. They need to stop being in a rush to cook. Put some love in it geesshh. I would prefer my Wok at the Antelope Food Court.

Every single time I go there, never fails, something is either NOT what I ordered, or they FORGOT something in my order. Drive thru trips always end up with a 2nd drive thru trip.

Lunch time, a lot of people. Two employees, one a cook, one takes orders, prepares orders, works as cashier too. Fantastic, however I'm hungry, waiting, waiting, waiting, and I'm gone. Still hungry, I'll find a place that can actually serve me.

Workers informed me that everything is cross contaminated so if you have an allergy, don't eat here. Very unprofessional and very rude.

This place under serve food items and they are quick to say for an extra $1.00 you can have more. There are no entrees ready, and they try to get you to select from entrees that are old and should have been removed from the selection. The cook on this night was to busy people watching and not cooking. When people or waiting for food to be ready. There was a floor manager who seemed confused about how the food should flow as the customers order. The staff on the line, and cashier had to speed things up. Just Wow! A lot of Micro aggression at this location from Hispanic staff, and while you are still standing there they will offer the other customer something extra. The pandemic is over, and people are out here patronizing these business,and spending their hard earned money, and being asked to accept any kind of service like we are still in the pandemic phase. Owners' speak with your staff or monitor your store before you start losing business.

My husband went today and asked for fresh orange chicken and steamed veggies he was willing to wait since there was very little in the pans that looked old. The women blatantly ignored him giving him the chicken and veg that was at the bottom when he got home he was right the food tasted stale and the chicken was also hard! We wont be back i the area for awhile so it was pointless to call and complain but we wont be going to this panda again.

Spent $20 for a doordash meal. They didn't include all the food I ordered and it looked like half the bowl was only half filled. The noodles that were there were burnt. Would never recommend to order from this place takeout. Did I mention that there's no way to get a hold of the employees by phone number? We literally had to drive over there for a refund when I'm feeling unwell. What's the point of ordering doordash if you have to drive there anyway??

My wife and I got Orange Chicken, Broccoli beef, fried rice and Chow me in. It was barely edible. You couldn't get a fork into the chicken at was so overcooked and hard. EVERYTHING was overcooked. This was the worst meal from a Panda express EVER! Even the broccoli was overcooked. Short version.......it sucked!!!

Out of the few locations nearby this location never gives the proper full portions. I highly recommend driving a few more miles to another Panda Express. Adding insult to injury they also raised prices across the board so it’s definitely not worth visiting another location.

For some reason every Panda Express that I order from always forgets to put soy sauce in the bag. When someone orders Chinese food for delivery they expect some god damn soy sauce with their meal! Hey Panda Express management stop hoarding all the soy sauce!

I went to this Panda express 20 mins before closing time. The door was locked, they were preparing their plates. They came to the door and told me they ran out of food and could not serve me. But they were clearly making their plates. Unexceptable to be closed before closing time and how do you run out of food. Thats what your whole business is about!

Ordered a chicken teriyaki with white rice bowl. And they gave me plain chicken (no sauce at all) and dry rice. When I called to see if I can get sauce the 2 dim witts I spoke to said I have to request the sauce. Never have I had to order sauce on top of something that should be added. When I asked for corporates number the idiot worker stated she doesn’t know the number. Hope they all catch covid.

This Panda closed 15 minutes before the time posted, by the time I got there the door was locked and they were cleaning, and didn't allow anyone inside. Very disappointed by this, if it says they close at 10, they should close at 10, not 9:45.
