Panda Express

My son and I visited Panda Express for lunch recently. There was no wait to order, and all the food in the display looked fresh and delicious. Between the two of us we ordered green bean chicken, black pepper chicken, honey sesame chicken, and Beijing beef. We both ordered fried rice as the side dish. The food was all hot and delicious. The vegetables in the entrees were not overcooked and mushy. The counter servers were friendly and the atmosphere of the restaurant was clean and casual. I appreciated that one of their staff was actively at work keeping the tables cleared and the floor clean. I've been to too many counter-service restaurants in which a clean table is difficult to find, but that was not the case at Panda Express. So, our experience at this restaurant was great and I look forward to returning.

This panda express food taste better than the one on 10th st in palmdale. Never had an issue with bad service, sometimes they do take a long time cooking the food but other than that I've never had a problem here. You can dine in & it does have a drive thru 👍 I paid $11 & some change for a two entrée plate.

Always fast and friendly a bit of a loud atmosphere but not off putting. Delicious and this is one of the only restaurants that hasn’t doubled in price since pre covid.

This panda express food taste better than the one on 10th st in palmdale. Never had an issue with bad service, sometimes they do take a long time cooking the food but other than that I've never had a problem here. You can dine in & it does have a drive thru 👍 I paid $11 & some change for a two entrée plate.

I wish they would keep the onions off most of the food and bell peppers and something that's red for us simple peoplethe only cater to one group they think everybody likes bell peppers onions on all of their food they're more than one kind of people okay Panda Express why don't you cater to us as well to me that's discrimination you cater to one group I can't stand having all that crap in my food disgusting especially the onions no girl is going want you to kiss her after eating onions heartburn end up farting all night long pretty gross how about giving people a choice 🤔🤪🤷

Love Panda this location I'm not very impressed with. Drive 8 miles to their location just to get dinner. Have ordered food and watched staff goof off. We have asked to wait for fresh food that is being made ( egg rolls, chow mein) and they pack our plates and it sits not only waiting for fresh portions but they will serve others in line before remembering to fill our order. That has happened a few times. When ask for manager to report, he was one of the goof offs! Would love to clean that place up. Not excited about this location.

And grilled teriyaki chicken dbl, 1 x large entree , 1 x chicken egg roll. Everything was burned , we all were hungry and just tried to eat it , we all ended up getting sick. Possibly food poisoning!! , my wife is still not feeling well. 6 days later. Just see the photo... it does speak for itself. Definitely not recommending this location! I reached out to customer support regarding my experience. I never got any response, so I searched for the phone number for customer support, I just spoke to them and they are issuing a full refund. I am posting review so this doesn't happen to other's. Also hoping this review causes the establishment too correct and resolve this issue with the quality of food.

Had Panda delivered for lunch and this is what I got. So not happy with panda and the staff for this sad and pitiful plate of lunch. I won’t be ordering from panda on a delivery bases anymore!! 😡

Every single time I go there, never fails, something is either NOT what I ordered, or they FORGOT something in my order. Drive thru trips always end up with a 2nd drive thru trip.

I asked more beef than broccoli as always I do in every Panda Express that I go, for the first I asked it for the black T-shirt staff, and she gave this, and she told if I want more I need to pay extra… that’s unbelievable. It’s just a simple request… I’m sad for this service. All the red T-shirt staff are very helpful.

They have a 2 entree promotion which includes a free drink for $11.60 USD. Upon paying for the food, the cashier whose name is Louis refused to give me the drink. Louis claimed I had to say "I want to pay the promotion and get my free drink " before making the payment.

Never write reviews but Worst bowl of orange chicken and chow-mein I’ve gotten in my life, I’m legit traumatized to get panda again, orange chicken didn’t even taste like chicken and had an awful taste nothing like the original orange chicken I’ve gotten in the past… do not recommend anyone to come to this panda.. worst 10 bucks I’ve spent in my life.

Horrible customer service. I waited in line 4 minutes for Chow mein. Clerk comes back and tells me my order is ready I get home and open my meal to see this. First of all I waited in line 4 minutes for the chow mein to be ready since they were out and to get home to this. Horrible horrible.

This Panda closed 15 minutes before the time posted, by the time I got there the door was locked and they were cleaning, and didn't allow anyone inside. Very disappointed by this, if it says they close at 10, they should close at 10, not 9:45.
