Was unaware they had two locations. Stumbled unto this today and had the fried green tomatoes. I have never had them taste this good. Check out the Lannett Alabama . One of the best chicken joints ever!

It was great while it lasted! However, the owners of this store have recently retired, and the store will be closed until further notice. It is important to note that this is NOT a permanent closure, it is only temporary. But for the time being, it is impossible to buy food here.

Best food in town. The chicken taste like no other and the hot sauce is uniquely made. Love the food and the hot sauce. Wish he sold the hot sauce by the bottle. I go here every other day for dinner and work lunch.

You cant dislike newts food! Nobody has better chicken! Nobody has better seasoning salt! Nobody has better hot sauce! Nobody has better lemonade! And i sincerely mean every word of that!!! I go all the time just for the lemonade even if im not hungry. Its the best.

I have heard about their food so since I was doing a Vlog in the area we came here. The cashier was very nice and accommodated us well. The food was A1. I would recommend them to all my Celebrity friends and local friends too.

This is by far my absolute favorite chicken establishment since it was introduced into my life many many years ago. The only reason that gave 4 stars initially is because when I am passing through I call them about 20 miles out which usually is a benefit however on this day I literally was asked to hold on & I could hear all activity which wasn't much. Upon arriving at the restaurant there were 2 customers so I asked why was I on hold for 15 minutes & this employee lied when he stated that they had been really busy & this alone is the reason for the 4 stars because the food never ever disappoints!

I love their food but everytime I go I order the same thing and they always give me different totals. Like the prices are posted on the wall too so you can see how much everything is. I get 6 chicken tenders which is 6.60 and a small fry I think its $2.80. One time they told me my total was 13.80 then the next time I got the same thing & she said my total was $16.50 and I ain't stupid like I can count & there's no way it should cost that much. But I'm pretty sure they are just trying to pocket ppls money. It's a shame cause their food is amazing but because of them trying to overcharge me multiple times it makes me not want to go there anymore

Small small wings, fried in old oil chicken is dark dark brown and dry inside. Coleslaw worst i ever tasted looks nasty itself. Never ever come back

The cheeseburger was horrible. Probably the worst I’ve ever had. The tomato was soggy and the meat was totally well done with no flavor. My husband’s meal was terrible also. I will never eat there again. It doesn’t even deserve one star but oh well.
