Our friendly baristas are always happy to help, and we're proud of our signature roasts and selection of breakfast options. Me and my co-worker were sitting by the window, for a couple hours. An employee by the name of Josh came up and we thought he was going to kick us out for being there for so long. Instead he offered us a beverage. This was excellent customer service.
Such a nice starbucks the workers have always been so kind to me since forever. I love going there with my friends to study and drink coffee together. They honestly have the best workers here.
Friendly people; the music is ok if you want to have conversations or work.

Good place. Not a lot of people in here. Coffee is good. Ambience is good. Free 2 hour parking around the street. Have plenty of electrical sockets and seating to work through.

I remember this Starbucks very well. I had a Frap and a cookie and chatted with some town's people. I was able to get a parking space just outside, at a meter. It is oddly staged with outdoor seating. The baristas were very nice as well. It is small and quaint. It is Starbucks, as long as the coffee and treats are good, who cares? Right? It was a pleasant experience. I will return.

Good coffee. Like. Clean. Like. Free WIFI. Like. I admire Starbucks for being able to make the same coffee all around the world. What I don’t like is the smell of all the Starbucks in the world. So I rarely stay to have my coffee, unless they offer outdoor seats.
Jasmin ripped my $100 bill after using the pen on it because it “felt fake”, and then proceeded to take it anyway. Everything else about this place is 5 stars tho so just don’t pay with $100s.
The young teenagers appear rather unfriendly, which dissuades me from revisiting. Despite it being Starbucks, a convenient spot for quick coffee and scone fixes, a warm and inviting ambiance undeniably elevates the overall experience. One can't help but wonder why they seem so unhappy, almost as if they despise their job
I’ve always had great experiences with this location for the last 2 years I’ve been coming hence the two stars. I’ve been coming 4-5 days a week to get breakfast and coffee. Today I had the most unpleasant experience with one of their employees. She looked new because like I mentioned I’m pretty friendly with the staff since I’m a regular. Well this new staff member assumed I didn’t make a purchase and confronted me when I came out of the restroom saying that the bathroom are for paying customers only. I explained to her that I did make a purchase and if she needed proof. I came back into the location to show her my coffee and my app where it shows I only buy from this location. If she would have asked instead of assume she would’ve known I’m a regular. It’s saddens me but I will be making my daily coffee purchase elsewhere. Customer service and politeness is becoming a scarcity.
Recently the Starbucks has forgotten how to split a bagel. I don't expect the bagel to be great but come on, if you screw up this badly then you need to get another bagel and try again. After three times getting bagels like this I can't call it a fluke anymore.

The drinks were poorly handcrafted. The shaken espresso drinks were not up to standard like the other locations. The staff was bland.
I’m not sure what’s going on with this place, but they either get your order wrong or package it poorly. I’ve lost so much money ordering through Uber and they always mess up my order. For some reason, I could never get a refund. I ordered twice today as well, and they messed up both times and no refund. I am livid and will never order from here again. They have no respect for loyal customers
So disappointed!! I rarely write a poor review, but this was concerning. I went here today to get a tea, and I noticed the employee was pouring water from a huge bucket looking container. I asked if she could use the filtered water from the tap, the way other Starbucks do. She said it was the same water, which didn't make sense. Why not use the tap then? Therefore, I asked if she could please make me a tea with no water, as the bucket container didn't look sanitary to me. She huffed and rolled her eyes, dumped my tea out, did not rinse the cup, and poured a new tea, and then put it on the counter and walked away without making eye contact. What happened to "I am sorry, let me make you another one." I feel the employee in this case needs a lot more training in customer service. More importantly, I want to make sure that they are up to date on best business practices, as that water container seemed out of place. I am more than open to a reasonable explanation.
Staff member was rude and inattentive. She chose to talk with a friend instead of quickly filling my order. And then pushed it towards me . Horrible service. Worst I have experienced at a Starbucks. Barista took advantage of the fact that store was near empty.
This Starbuck's is completely unorganized when i ordered uber eats from them the top was off, my drink was spilled the bag was leaking. They got my order wrong twice, it seems like they never can get the order right. I am never going back to this Starbucks, they need to be more organized its really ridiculous.
Nice location, great staff. They need to learn how to make a cup of coffee that isn’t 500,000 degrees. If it was a regular coffee shop i’d be like ok but they have billions to get better coffee technology. TO ADD TO THIS their cushion seating BROKE MY LAPTOP! I left it for one second to get up, and the slippery cushion material sprung it, and it slipped off their cushion and no longer works.
Bathroom is for customers only! Since this is such a huge deal for the baristas- they should put a big red sign outside!! I've been coming to this Starbucks for a while, I work in town, but today I asked for the code to the bathroom- and the barista shot back "did you buy anything" - which I had- via the app, and needed to wash my hands before consuming- but even if I hadn't- I was shocked by the response. I shouldn't be though- I've been treated this way here before, like when they didn't add whip cream on a regular order of a strawberry frappuccino, and asked for it- the barista rolled her eyes and tossed the whole drink when I hadn't even touched it! Good luck if you go here!
Too loud music. Staffs are not friendly like other starbucks . The brown sugar shaken oatmilk espresso taste strange. Not like many that i had ordered before but when i told the guy barista, he said this one is famous here… i knew that… that’s the reason we ordered it repeatedly… Even i live around here but prefer the other starbucks somewhere else. * due to the coffee i got today, i change from 2 to 1 star

Barista angry that she made iced instead of hot so laid the punishment on thick with a latte made with boiling water, a drop of milk and an espresso made with the grinds from a previous shot. Rushing for the train so couldn't wait for third time.
