I love the hamburger in any Pino burger in Laredo! They’re truly the best Mexican hamburger on this side. The thing is, the waiters are very busy using their phone on the counter, they’re not looking at the customers, several times a kid went up to them at the counter to ask to refill his drink. & they are not bothered to hide their phones. I don’t know why someone doesn’t tell them is not ethical to be working as a waiter & use their phone while they’re on shift.

We got our order as a call in but we were only 5 minutes away from the restaurant, by the time I got back home with the food, the burgers were a bit dry. But the flavor in the meat was still fantastic. I wish I knew the recipe for the meat. I think if we had been able to sit down and enjoy in the restaurant, it would have been a five star rating. However, with the food a bit dry, I have to give it a 4.

we went in at 9:30 and asked if we could eat and the chubby girl with curly blonde hair rudely told us the dining area was closed, when we got the food it was cold and looked old and the fry’s were unsalted😢.

Food is delicious as always but when I picked it up it was cold and I had just ordered it 16 minutes prior so I should’ve gotten a hot burger

I ordered two burger combos (with fries) and only got one complete combo. While I tried calling them to let them know so there could be some type of solution to the issue, there was no answer. I called through two phones more than 10 times and never got an answer. Since I PAID almost $30 and because my partner and I are frequent customers, I was expecting to get PROPER service (at least a phone call answered).

This was said to have been the best burger place but I found it lacking considerably. The burger was to be grilled but it tasted like a cheap frozen burger patty. I'm giving it 2 stars bc the fries and jalapenos were good.

Never going again. Once seated down the waiter was somewhat giving attitude and looking at my wife head to toe and making faces. Took about 40 mins just to get our food plus everything came out at different times. Instead all together. Fries was horrible soggy and cold, nuggets was stale. The tacos i got the meat was super seasoned and horrible. Beans no flavor and wifes burger had alot of pickles when i told the waitress she replied thats how its made. Another thing that pissed me off was that tip was already included in the bill. They didn’t even ask or anything. When my wife confronted the waitress she stated by law we needed to pay tip. Regardless the bad service we had. Also we got charged for extra pickles when we never asked for extra.

9:25pm and they told us "it is close" this is the second time of no service at all when the close hour is a 10pm. not coming back.

if i could rate it 0 stars i would… lady in the front had the worst attitude plus couldn’t accommodate my simple request of changing a can coke to a fountain drink

I attempted to make an order by phone on a saturday at 9:30 pm three times, phone was not answered, since I live nearby I got there at 9:45pm and after a couple of minutes waiting at the counter with nobody there, I was told that they could only make a burger... I left very upset and no purchase was made. Poor customer service, the place was dirty and I really wonder if the owner of this establishment or franchise know how this business is being managed/operated with overpriced food which regardless of this, in other locations is very good.

Burgers don’t disappoint they are really good. But the fries they currently have are not good, their dry, no flavor and are hard over cooked for what I paid $45.00 I hope they go back to the bigger thick fries

Inflexible people about moving chairs but willing to seat people next to each other. You can't take a chair from a restricted table to another available, but they will offer you instead to move to a bigger table next to another full of people, that's their idea of social distancing. Condescending attitude after asking to a second person. We just thank them and left. Food is good, servers lack professionalism and tact.
