3rd time at Ringos and never disappointed!!!! Chopped up brisket sandwich is delicious!!!!! Got to support local restaurants 👍👍👍👍👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸update review Oct 30,2025 Walking into the newly remodeled Ringo’s feels like stepping onto the set of an old western movie. The place is decked out in classic cowboy decor, warm wood tones, and plenty of charm. It’s surprisingly spacious too, making it a great spot for larger groups or family gatherings. I happened to visit during their 2x20 special, which was an unexpected bonus. The brisket burger definitely stole the show. Juicy, flavorful, and stacked just right, it felt like the kind of comfort food you go back for. The portions overall were generous and well served. I also ordered a chicken quarter leg, which smelled incredible coming out… but sadly, it was undercooked. Into the air fryer it went, but the magic didn’t come back, so that part of the meal was a miss for me. Even with that hiccup, the visit wasn’t bad. I’d call it an okay experience mainly because I had high hopes for the chicken. With a bit more attention to quality checks, this place could easily hit the next level. If you’re into western vibes, big portions, and a standout brisket burger, Ringo’s is worth a visit. I’m hoping next time they deliver the full experience from start to finish.

This place was recommended to me and it did not disappoint. The Doc Holiday Burger was the best burger I've had in a very long time, if not the best I've ever had. The service was exceptional, Esme was great in taking care of us. The hospitality was on another level, Jorge went above and beyond to make sure we were treared like family. Definitely coming back next time I'm in town.

One of the best burgers in town! This place’s burgers and brisket have always been 5 star GREAT customer service. BUT the breakfast tacos are crazy good! The serving portions in the tacos are great, delicious!

I wouldn’t be surprised if this south Texas hidden gem came out in Texas up and coming bbq joints. Definitely worthy of Texas top 100 bbq places. The restaurant feels like home with amazing customer service and NO WAIT TIMES, but I wouldn’t be surprised if that changes because it is so good and great prices.

Amazing place to eat at my first time to Ringo's BBQ and Burgers. Wow, I was amazed by Johnny's extraordinary service. How he Individually helped each it's customer as a order their food Never seen anything like that. I spoke with johnny after we ate me my brother. Well, what's gonna say? Who's just an extraordinary individual? Reminds remind me of the movie. the league, an extraordinary gentleman Cause that's what Johnny is. An Extraordinary Gentleman Yes, my brother and I went there for the first time since they opened. And I'm from Laredo, the food was amazing. The Brisket is so good, and it's a delicious tender, amazing favor the food was amazing. I like the beans too, they had sausage in them, gave them a great taste Well, it's a wonderful place to eat a great atmosphere. It's an extraordinary barbecue. I appreciate you, johnny ringo, for outstanding service, most excellent . Will return to eat again most definitely. I usually take pics of my food but was so hungry I started to enjoy my brisket plate so I di take a Pic to the Brisket only and of the restaurant.

**Best breakfast**I don’t know why this place isn’t packed with lines out the door. Came in for their breakfast and it was delicious. Great service, amazing prices, and clean atmosphere. Absolutely amazing. I would suggest moving your breakfast signs that’s next to your building and put it by the road with the other because my of my friends didn’t know you all served breakfast.

True Family BBQ, lots of love and unity. We felt very welcome and appreciated. It’s a very nice menu two locations Hwy 359 and McPherson rd. Highly satisfied the owners are one with the employees great atmosphere. Make sure to drop by and come again.

I got the special of the day for Sunday which is a chicken quarter leg with cream corn and there beans and a side of brisket jalapeño poppers. Chicken was not the same rub like in 2020 or 2021 ( sorry about the date ), they should bring back that rub the cream corn was good and beans ok. The BBQ sauce changed as well from the years prior.

Craving a great tasting smoked BBQ brisket, this restaurant will hit the spot with a nice cold Big Red. Macaroni is a must try. The burger buns were soft & had a great taste. Service was good & location was clean. Give this mom and pop restaurant a try, you won't regret it.

The brisket felt like it still needed some time to cook but had good flavor. The plates are well served, but I had to ask to get service after waiting a few minutes without acknowledgment. I preferred it better when you ordered at the counter. Mac N cheese was delicious and the cream corn was good.

This was one of the best hamburgers I've ever had in a while! We got the six shooter with fries, a 1,/4 lb of brisket, a kids burger, and a jalapeño popper w brisket. The patty was nice n juicy and the toppings were fresh and plentiful. The fries were great as well, golden and with a great crisp! The only disappointment was that they were out of the Jalapeño Cheddar bun, but the sourdough was sufficient. The kid's burger patty was a bit overshadowed by the large bun, but again, no complaints in taste. The bisket was perfectly sliced and had a good smoky taste, all while remaining tender. The only complaint was regarding the popper. I guess it's all about the wording. For us, there was too much cream cheese, not enough brisket, compared to another restaurant we frequent. But the description does say popper w brisket vs. brisket stuffed popper... but we'll leave it at that. All in all, I'd like to return to try more of this delicious food. It seemed the majority of people were having burgers, and I also saw one ginormous Buffalo chicken sandwich!!! Stop by 🔥👍

First time eating at this place. I was impressed with the ribs. Lots a flavor and juicy. The brisket was a little dry, but the overall experience was great. I plan to return next time I'm in town.

Had not been to ringo's for years . I loved the food it was amazing . This passed visit left alot to be desired. Arrived on a sunday at 5pm with my family . To start off they was 3 soda un available... we placed our order fpr brisket and was told they only had lean . We went along and said lean is fine . Waitress comes back later and tells us they are out of cream corn now .. ok so we get Potato salad. The food arrives and the portions of meat are slim and not to mention dry looking . I cut in to the brisket and i was super dry 😪. The macaroni was cold and the potatoes salad was flavor less not even salt helped ...we said nothing and ate what we could and took the rest home ... very hard to believe the food was so bad . Inconsistencies is what keep the people away . I hope Rigo's setup there game to what i was it was in the pass i want to see them around so please get things back in order . Thanks

Super disappointed... We are new to Laredo and this place was recommended to us...We were seated and our order was taken about 10 minutes after...a while after our order was taken the waitress came to our table and let us know there were no ribs...We were confused as to why she didn't mention that when she took our order or maybe let us know as soon as she took our order to the kitchen... I'm sure the food is good... but experiences like that will definitely not make us come back...We did pay for our teas and even gave her a tip... The Tombstone painting was great.

I honeslty dont like leaving bad comments I'm just disappointed. Before it burned down the main dish was brisket and chicken sandwich was the best thing ! Today finally I was able to order the chicken sandwich and I honeslty shouldn't have . Sheet thin chicken and breading was double then the meat. Flavor was gone just oily. Sadly I will have to scratch you guys from my list of spots to eat. Maybe there are other people okay with that style but not me.
