Rosa!!!! To start, Rosa was a phenomenal host. She thoroughly explained each item on the menu in depth. She made sure we were equipped with a pleasant eating experience while we dined out in the window area. Upon our leaving, she was still as pleasant as when we arrived....10 humbling Stars for ROSA ✨ On to the food. Brisket literally fell apart as I was picking it up. Ordered Moist Brisket & Potato Salad. Everything was flavorful and finger licking good!!

Loved the place! First time there they brought us samples and they were not nibbles either, you could actually get a good sample taste of the food. Was delicious and so filling!

If you are looking for a spot to try authentic Texas BBQ, this is the place. They have Brisket (I recommend the Brisket moist since it's more juicy), also the baby back ribs are extremely delicious as well as the jalapeño sausage. Also you can ask for potato salad or coleslaw if you want to include some vegetables. Additionally they have like a salad bar but it's basically pickles, jalapeños, onions, etc... to eat as a side with your meal. The beer is around $3. Prices are a bit high but worth it. It's A very comfy place to eat with friends or the family. Face masks are not mandatory.

The Carolina pulled pork is consistently good and reliable. Unfortunately, the pork loin tends to be very dry. The sides are hit or miss, and the baked potato was disappointing—especially during the early dinner time frame.

This is an unmisseable place to go to eat when you visit Laredo, TX. Food is great for the family. Me and my 2.5 years old son really enjoyed the turkey and sweet corn cream. The beers at the queue line really got me, specially when we talk about Laredo´s heat. They also have "drive in" service but I rather to eat there. I don´t five stars to this place because of the big amount of "one time use" things they have for the service.

Brisket was tender and flavorful. They are always busy, but still provide quick service and quality food. I have been here twice and will be back.

The food here is consistently excellent, the Green Chili and Creamed Corn are my favorite. However, I’m starting to get frustrated with the service. This isn't the first time I’ve had issues. I will either end up being charged for items I didn't order or I get home to find things missing from my bag. I love the BBQ, but I really hope the staff starts paying more attention to the details. Check your receipt and your bag before you leave!

We are usually very happy with the food at Rudy’s. We decided to get the moist brisket sandwich for dinner. They gave us fat and only fat. We could not eat it. They took a long time to fill the order.
