I enjoy eating at whataburger on San Bernardo and Calton Road. They have friendly workers, and the menu is really delicious. It's actually an awesome place to eat.

First time eating #whataburger. It's good but not like #innout good..... And is the burger comes like that, flat and sad?

I asked the cashier for 2 number ones after she finished putting that in her POS i added with cheese then i said one extra mustard the other one with mayo and no mustard she got everything good n that part but when i got home surprise no cheese then i went back ask her to add cheese she said i said no cheese i have never in my life eaten a burger without cheese so whatever i paid for my extra cheese then i got the burgers all cold then i got home my onion rings where cold too Damm my whole dinner ruined dont taste the same if i microwave

The food was okay but Managar seem to have a problem with my order being bunless? Some of us just have strict dietary restrictions sorry???

Without a good service, theres a bad taste! 21 minutes for online order. Super slow! 12/4/25/ night shift manager....bad service and slow. Texas Roadhouse are faster!

It's whataburger what can I say. Staff is mostly nice and the place is not as clean as it could be. Update: nope, I don't who's in charge of hiring, but you people need to be more selective. Time and time again your employees mess up orders or the food is badly prepared. This is to all the people working there, if you can't do a simple job at a Burger place, what makes you think you'll ever be able to do more important or difficult job in the future? Work ethic is what counts, and work ethic is for any job, no matter how minial or boring you think is it. I ordered online and was given my drinks all soaked and spilled on the drinks tray in the bag. Missed labeled burgers and a long wait time. I will be filing a complaint after this.

They need to have people working here who can understand English. Stopped by for an early lunch here while traveling. Ordered meals for four kids and two adults. Over $70. Why? Because they charged us for two 4 piece chicken strip dinners instead of two kids chicken strip meals. I don’t even know what they charged us instead of kids burger meal but that wasn’t the kids meal. Even though it was a long wait for the food (11 am on a Saturday) the chicken strips weren’t very fresh and our kids each ate one of their four strips. The fries had no salt and weren’t fresh. The burgers were dry and hard to eat. If this is anyone’s first experience with Whataburger, I understand why they’d say it sucks. Good thing our local whataburger is much better this place. All the same, I don’t think we’ll be craving Whataburger for a long time.

I ordered A Whatawings meal and got boneless wings at Whataburger! The name to this meal should be changed. I’m staying here in Laredo for the week for orientation and the food places are not living up to their standards in this area, so disappointing!

I usually don’t really write reviews, but this gotta be the worse Whataburger in Laredo straight up. Major issue is cashiers keep forgetting my drink, fries, or whatever right. Burger sometimes raw so disgusting or soggy. This actually use to be my favorite Whataburger, I have no idea what went downhill but I am never going here ever again. But I also ordered the newest breakfast bowl and it was horrible all watery, bread was sogged up it like someone dump all the cheese in it. Oh yeah they forgot my side order of hash browns! Can y’all also think how much we spend for this stuff please I don’t wanna eat soggy food for like 7$+ cmon …

I love Whataburger, anywhere else in town, the service and the brand is amazing. Unfortunately at this location at Saunders, 5 out my 5 recent visits, over the last 2 months probably more, they get everything wrong. Not only that, they get ANGRY and raise their voice with so much pride after waiting nearly 30 mins for an order to get spoken to trash. I hope corporate can take a look at this location, it's usually after 3 PM that they have failed in giving us our accurate order. I held back multiple times on leaving reviews, i figure maybe it just a change in staff, to this day, as I'm eating my burger which was supposed to be plain and dry with cheese but the staff at this thought otherwise, AND they forgot my kids order on top of that. I've had enough!!!

*Edit.* So i came to this one again expecting quality service and was afforded the worse meal I've had in a few months, the burger was as the bacon and caused me to have stomach issues. The place wasn't even busy at that either. Nothing like raw food to make you truly appreciate a homecooked meal. Had to throw out the rest of it as I spent all night in the rest room returning what they have to me.
