The staff are very friendly, including Natalia, my server. All you can eat and drink (including my mandatory red wine with meat). I started with salad and various salad bar items, including couscous. Then I went to the meat bar. They cook most, like the Tri-Tip rare, but ask how you like it. If you like it cooked more than medium rare, they will place on the grill and cook it up for you. Good stuff and I definitely recommend.

We dined at The knife last December and I had no time to review our experience there or post pics… We highly recommend it. The sallad bar is extraordinary and everything you try takes you back to Argentina. We were treated very kindly and the chorizo, morcilla, meat cuts & papas fritas were delicious!!! We must go back next time we visit The International Mall 😉

We always wanted to visit this place, and we decided to celebrate my husband's birthday here. This place was amazing! The salad bar has so many things to try, and they were beautifully displayed. At the grilling station, you ask the chefs what you'd like to have, and they will hand them to you hot off the grill. I especially recommend you all to try their skirt steak and Provoleta. The meat was tender and juicy, and the cheese was so hot and gooey. They also have a great variety of dessert options, so please make sure to leave room for dessert after eating all the good meats and salads. The lady who served us was very pleasant. She was very attentive, and we felt really comfortable. Even though we visited this place on a weekday for lunch, the place was packed with people, so I"ll recommend you to visit this place earlier in the day if you don't want to wait in a line to get your grilled foods.

Absolutely a treat. Much different then a Brazilian steakhouse. Meat grilled the way you like. Some unique cuts of meat. Soup and salad bar were great. Overall great unique meal. Must visit if you are a carnivore!! Service was great. Not a downside, but you only get one dessert. Their dessert menu was fabulous. Well done. As a tourist I felt at home consider almost all the clientele were speaking Spanish. Very friendly environment. And do not let some of the reviews about small portions fool you. Take the small portions to try more selections. Which worked out great for me.

I had such a great experience at The Knife thanks to our server, Franco. He was super friendly, checked on us at the perfect times, and honestly just made the whole meal feel easy and enjoyable. You can tell he really cares about his guests. Everything we needed, he was right on it — no attitude, no rush, just good vibes and great service. It’s rare to find someone who makes you feel that taken care of without being over the top, but he did exactly that. If you go, ask for Franco.

10 out of 5 stars if possible. $50 for all you can eat and all you can drink wine. You would think maybe the food quality, or service, might lack at that price. Not at this place. The food was some of the best I've had in Miami, grilled fresh on the grill right there in front of you. My server, Elain B, gave me wonderful recommendations and never let my wine glass go empty. One of the best restaurants in Miami!

The food and service was slightly above average. I would rate it more of 3.5 instead of 4 stars. I came for dinner on a Saturday night. The restaurant had people in it but it wasn’t so busy that it was uncomfortable. Since it was the weekend the meal was $43.95 per person. When we were showed to our table we waited for the service staff. She asked if it was our first time. I let her know it might as well be because the last time we were here was years ago. She explained the concept and showed where the cold bar and the window is. The window is where you get your meats. She explained our drinks option. The meal included either wine, beer or soda. I believe the wine is a bottle and beer is two glasses. That’s all she explained. She never explained that there are hot sides you can order which I think it’s mashed potatoes, fries and congri. I’ll talk about this a little later. She never mentioned that desert was also included. The cold bar has some variety but you will need to guess what some of it is because not everything is labeled. Some of it self explanatory but some of it isn’t. They definitely need to change the location of their croutons. I saw small children putting their hands in it. I stayed clear of them. There was also a soup but what it was I have no idea because it wasn’t labeled. The window is where the majority of people go to because that’s where everything is. I’m going to say that try and get to this window where there are minimal people. 1-2 max. If there is a line just wait until it dies down. This makes a difference. When I went up there and there was basically no one there they took their time and make sure they got the temperature right and it was actually hot. When there was a line the meat was lukewarm and the temperature of your meat may not be correct. I ordered medium and the meat was rare to medium rare. They rush to clear out the line. The different options they have is also a little unknown. There’s a tv that tells you but unless you are watching it it’s a little bit of a mystery. Everyone grabs red meat but I know there were several other options but like I said nothing that tells you what everything is. I normally don’t actively go to Argentinian steakhouses so I’m counting on the place I’m going to tell me. There is also an option where you can order the meats from your table and it’s brought to you. I think they should go to this exclusively. Maybe an ordering system with an iPad. The reason I say this is because by the time we were on our 2-3 plate the waitress came and said something about wanting sides. I didn’t even know there were sides. Why can’t it automatically come to the table. Just a small serving of everything and then order more as you need more. There was another waitress in the same area and she interacted more with her guests and made suggestions. I was slightly envious I’m not going to lie. She would bring them sides and meats she would recommend and I felt left out. Our waitress informed us of the sides so late and then she said it so fast I didn’t catch all of it. So if there were anymore sides then what I mentioned again I wouldn’t know. Would I recommend this restaurant? Yes but only if you get the correct serving staff. My recommendations for this restaurant are to please have something on the table that includes what your options are. Your options for meats and sides and please label everything. I know an iPad ordering system is an investment but I think it’ll be a good one and that way there is less food waste.

First off, I want to say the service was excellent. The server was nice, suggestive, and helpful. The restaurant was also clean. The presentation of the salad bar could have been a little cleaner, but we got there a little late in the day. As a self-proclaimed meat connoisseur and meat lover, I think the meat was a little too unsalted and a bit chewy. However, everything was perfectly cooked. The wine and dessert were inclusive with the food, which is an awesome touch. Recommendations: The sausages were by far my favorite item. The fish was also delicious. And lastly the pork was also amazing! I think this place is good. I'll be coming back soon.

The food here is MARVELOUS. I rarely give 5 stars. The server Maria Luisa was very friendly and attentive. The ONLY reason I did not give this establishment 5 stars was due to the very loud Happy birthday song that they play throughout the entire stores sound system. It would be more enjoyable if they played it at a lower tone.

The food is overrated, the restaurant is a zrodizzio or Brazilian style, the meats are very diverse but all are very tough to chew, I don't think I'll go back, prizes are high for the quality of beef. Salads are better and with plenty of vegetables, not my style, I wanted more meats but quality was not there

Friend and I tried this mainly because he wanted to. I’m always wary of all you can eat as I don’t have a big appetite. There is a salad bar, some meat slices, cheese etc, but the main point is the barbecue. There is a good selection of meat (beef, pork, chicken), sausages. The chef cuts off as many pieces as you like and grills them. I was pretty full after 2 rounds - unfortunately there was quite a lot of fat in the beef cuts. It was seasoned OK but too fatty for my preference. We took the “2 beers” included (vs wine). The beers were tiny! 1/2 pints or similar, and rhetorical beer was not great. I did manage to squeeze in a dulce de leche pancake and was too full. It was more than $100. Happy to try but wouldn’t go back.

The food didn't taste that great, honestly. I like some of the items at the salad bar but the meats didn't taste great. They also didn't have as many different kinds of meats as advertised. Service was excellent overall, even at the meat counter.

It was my first time. I understood that it was all you can eat. The sever that sat us, asked if it was our first time? We said, yes. He told us that there was a salad bar and to get the meat from the window. He did not inform us that you have a choice of 1 filet mignon or skirt steak along with the all you can eat meat. He also did not tell us that the drinks were included. I have lived half my life out in Montana, beef country and I know steaks! My first plate at the window, I asked for medium rare when I sat down and started cutting into it it was uncooked and chew. I expected better for the price and the fact that it is supposed to be a restaurant that features meat! After finding out that we could order skirt steak or a filet, I order the filet and she ordered the skirt steak, my filet was medium how I ordered it because I did not want it chewy and screwed up like my last piece of meat. Her skirt steak was red and on the verge of still being chew, I would consider hers medium rare, but she ordered hers medium. We were very disappointed in cooking quality of the meat. The salad bar was decent but, almost everything at the salad bar was not labeled. It was very frustrating when the foods are new to you and you are trying to figure out what to try and what you will like so you don't waste food. I don't believe I will return. The drinks and the desert both being included, but the salad bar would need to be labeled with the items that are being served, and the meat being cooked needs to be done correctly. Then, I would reconsider.

We were attended by a Colombian lady, and she was awesome! However! The grill didn't meet the expectations! As they don't have actual big variety or options, especially on beef, also the pork they had was all in BBQ sauce which wasn't great TBH, the meat in general was there getting too dry, I don't know if it was because we came on a Saturday evening around 9pm but it is meant to be a meat place so it should honor it's concept. Located inside of International Mall by Old Navy. Dinner charges $50 and definitely not worth it. The steak cuts are low grade (not the best quality), sides don’t look very fresh. We came to celebrate because birthday boy wanted to come here but never again. We rather go next time and pay $70 at Texas de Brazil which is an 8 min drive into Dolphin Mall. Also you have to get up and make a huge line to get steak. No thanks! Left an extra star because Cristina & Maria were the best!

Nice location but service and food not good. The hostess chose to speak Spanish with us and when I told her we spoke English she had a grimace of contempt and continued to speak Spanish with the waitress who led us to the table. Regarding the food the buffet was OK but the meets were horrible: the ribs burned and way to much salt and condiments, the blood sausages was cold and the steak dry and tasteless. The grill cheese was acceptable. Overall way to expensive for what it offer.

It was terrible a lot of the food in the menus they had run out. We had made reservations for six I clock on Sunday. The meats were of very poor quality fatty, chewy and very dry. They advertise empanadas the waiter said they only had three left we were a party of six. The had run out of certain desserts. Just the family ended up just eating a salad.

I don’t know what happened last night with our waitress Andrea she was not at our table once to check up on us did not fill our waters once actually we did not get water at all did not ask us how was the food or if we needed anything. Maybe she assumed because we were in our 20s that we would not tip good and she assumed correct we did not tip her a single dollar for the horrible customer service she gave us After she left our table after our bill a nice gentleman offered us water and we were so thankful because we were thirsty he filled up our waters we tipped him 20 dollars because for the first time in the night we felt welcomed thank you again Sir you saved our night with water and Andrea you were shameful and distasteful taking away our appetites with your horrible customer service

I absolutely don’t recommend this place , i don’t even know where to start. As soon as I sat down I over heard the owner talking to the other table that they have a special cut one per table , he came by and never offered it to us. The meats were ok, not much variety of beef and the salad bar was underwhelming to say the least. When we asked for the check the waitress asked us if we wanted dessert she gave us the menu. As we were looking the owner snatched it out of us and told the waitress we only wanted the check. That really destroyed the vibe! For sure won’t ever ever be back! Not worth you money, go to Texas de Brazil across on dolphin mall!

Asked for well made, came red every single time besides the bad attitude the cook gave us. Flan smelled like rotten eggs and tasted even worse. Came for a birthday and since our group was 6 people, they charged us with a “Party fee” of 15% which made pointless the discount for birthday. Not my first time attending this restaurant but the first time I have received such a bad experience

Yo the people behind the grill act like you owe them something and the food overpriced and tip is forced on you even though they didn’t deserve it and no to go unless it’s the free dessert included

This place was good when it first opened, but now the food is expensive and also very bad. I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

A total waste of money. We spent the entire meal drinking water because our server spoke no English and couldn't explain how the 'all-inclusive' system worked. It wasn’t until we were leaving that another waiter mentioned we were entitled to unlimited wine and dessert. The salad bar was unlabelled and looked like it had been sitting out for hours, and my dessert looked disgusting and tasted like it came from a can. For a place that charges more than Fogo de Chão, the lack of communication and poor food quality is a joke. Never again.
