I think the place is new and they still need to furnish and equip the seating area, but the food and desserts are delicious. Affordable prices and good promotions. The best burgers and cakes I've had in Durango.

They should disinfect the menus, as when I was there they handed the same one to 3 tables without doing so beforehand, or they should opt for QR code menus. Aside from that, the food was excellent 👌

Their burgers are perfect, but what I think could be better is the wait times for my order. I don't know if I visited on a bad day, but they didn't have potato wedges, Italian sodas, or water. I had to change my drink three times because of the shortage, and I didn't like their spiral fries one bit. Overall, good service and delicious, very original burgers.
I'll start with the food. The burgers are delicious, but we had to rule out some options because they were out of ingredients. The same thing happened with the drinks; we ordered a couple of beers and they only had one, so we had to choose another brand. The place is decorated like a wedding reception hall. It's nice and elegant, but it doesn't match the concept, and they don't have any music, which makes it rather bland. It's even uncomfortable to have a conversation because you can hear everything. I would only go back because the burgers were so good, but never because of the atmosphere.
The service was outstanding; the waiter was always attentive to our needs. But... the same thing happens at many restaurants that call themselves "gourmet." They lacked a lot of flavor, and honestly, for what you pay, you expect more than a hamburger.
