Not sure what others commenting for this McDonald's experienced, but it is a McDonald's. The five-star rating comes from a morning guy in the drive-thru (approx. 5:30am) . . . he's quick, friendly, confident. Sorry I don't know his name. But, he's the role-model store management should mold new, and existing, staff after.
Very clean and unlocked restrooms.
Long line they only had one ordering window open. Had to wait 35 minutes to get out of the drive through other than that the food was great the chocolate shakes were awesome
It's my hometown McDonald's. I've always liked the parking here. It's always been kid-friendly which means there's some noise, but they have that in their own area. The staffs always been nice. There's a test store on 190th Street, but this store always tends to also keep up with McDonald's latest trends. At night around midnight till 2 A.M. I'd pass the drive-through. It can get clogged up.
My reason why i gave a 5 star, i ordered inside only took a few mins. I took my order, she was friendly, polite, a good attitude, to top it off only has $3. 10 lost my debit card. Total end up was $ 3. 25 & after i told her that all i have of course mention losing my card. She told me no worry, i was like i really appreciate your small help, because anything small or big someone who really to help, it does mean a lot to me, thank you & your blessings are coming soon. I got out of there in less in 10 mins i guess my lucky night. To dine in wasn't allowed, restroom was open & wasn't dirty was clean. So was open inside to p/u & order for to go, drive thru open as well. The playland wasn't open either. Sorry kids right 🤷🏻♂️ a must wear mask as well very important, so everyone got to follow and everything will go smooth. Take care of yourself & your beloved one's and Fams. 🙏🏼💪🏼✌️🙏🏼

The dining room is closed, not even open to walk in orders. I don't like to order via drive thru, but this time no choice. Surprisingly it took under 1 minute. Place order, first stop, pay with the card and last pick the food, not even15 seconds at each window.
This is for mobile ordering via drive thru. Much improved. My go to location for picking up breakfast for the golf starter on the weekends. Order via the App and my order is always ready for me. Super friendly workers especially for how early in the morning it is.
Friendly staff and to my surprise even some customers were kind. The food was delicious and I had 2 hours before my meeting at a nearby business. I worked on pre-meeting notes.

The establishment is really good nice decor on the inside but there's always homeless ppl hanging around the building or sleeping inside I have nothing against them but it's just not a good look for your business other then that the food is cheap and tastes good and the staff are relatively friendly when you consider it's a fast food place.
It's 9 pm my friend and I are hungry. She almost came to a dead stop on Hawthorne blvd. How about a McDonalds burger sure we made a quick left. Within 10 minutes fries, drink and a burger all perfectly made nice and hot. Keep up the good work. And thank you.
Really nice the way the are working to keep everyone safe during this pandemic. Nice customer service. The only thing I do not like is that they stop serving breakfast atv10:30 am, McDonald's doesn't know that there is people who works night shift and we do not get up at 7am to eat breakfast. What's up with that.
Busy location.Fast service.clean dining area ,the kids play area needs more attention. The new prices bringing the business. Check your items before leaving the drive through Windows, never fails not only McDonald's but all fast food places.
Tastes like regular McDonald's food. I do like this location though. The staff is nice and the duel drive through usually moves pretty quick even when they're busy. If you go inside, use one of the self service kiosks and pay with your debit/credit card, it spits out a ticket with your order # and you end up bypassing both the line at the counter as well as the drive through line altogether. When it's busy, I generally get my food and I'm out the door before the people in line at the counter have even placed their order... And I typically order food for 6 people (3 to 4 bags of food) so getting mine before people there to get a single value meal is kind of a big deal. Oh and I will also give them a kudos on drive through accuracy. When you order $50 or $60 worth of food with no less than 4 different special requests and/or substitutions on various items, you expect to get home and find a few things done wrong or missing completely, but after 1 to 3 trips per month for 7 years, I have only once gotten home and found a problem, which turned out to be my own fault and amazingly, when I went back and explained my mistake, they were kind enough to take care of it for me free of charge. So, I only go to other stores when I absolutely have to.
I just used the new automated checkout, and I wish they had this year's ago.. It's super simple, easy to understand and easy to use. So, a big thank you goes out to all the ppl pushing for a $20 minimum wage. You people made this a reality. I'm sure there will be many more awesome, automated, job-replacing technologies like this to come as you continue to push to make human labor less competitive with our electronic counterparts.. *thumbs up* But no, for real, this place is clean and well run, and I do think the auto checkout is great. Most people aren't observant enough to see see it's there, so i skipped a few people in line and ordered and the food is brought right out. It's fantastic.
I don’t understand why the prices go up when they make me place my own order in a kiosk. They aren’t even hiring anyone to take our orders any longer.
Good for on the go. Prices are getting steep, but as long as the quality of food is good and the products sold are 100% real meats, fish, poultry and dairy. In additional to no fillers, additional unhealthy preservatives, or pharmaceutical drugs added to boost the quality of it product or get consumers addicted to their foods or which can later cause harm to our immune or nervous system. I am more certain as well as so many other will consumers to be McDonalds brand will continue be regular customers
The parking lot is very spacious though it may be difficult getting inside the parking lot as it is located next to a busy street. Inside has plenty of tables and chairs for different sized groups. There is also the play area for the children which is frequently used by many families. The tables are sometimes a bit dirty but they do make the active effort to wipe them down after being used. The staff was friendly as well as they gladly wiped my table upon request.
Food is good, inside is very clean, but curbside service is slow. Most of the time you have to go inside and ask for your order. I use drive thru only now.
I have never had the 6 dollars meal at McDonald's. Soy wife woke up late and was hungry so I went and got her one and said what the hay, give me one two. Mannnnnn that little combo meal is fire, the bomb a straight explosion of deliciousness. I can't wait to get another.😂 Yeah I love my fatty foods.
Everybody is always super nice but last night was the second time in a month that I ordered a hamburger and got a cheeseburger- and I'm very lactose intolerant so I couldn't eat it. The first time I was already home when I realized so I threw it out and cooked something, but last night I caught it and asked for one I could eat. They gave me a burger with a patty that looked like it had a bite out of it (pictured)- it probably didn't, but it still made me nervous. So like I said, lovely people but check your food before you leave if you have allergies. That's the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars, because otherwise they're perfect.

They need more friendlier workers at the drive three windows. Also the person taking the orders. Too rush rush. Also check your bags to make sure you have everything.

They didn't get my order right! The food was fine, but as the punched the otder up they didn't put the 4th sandwich so it recede the full price for one & want to charge me another full price for the they missed. The two fish sandwiches would cost $8.00
Be sure to dbl check you order. I ordered a Filet A-Fish & was charged for EXTRA Tarter Sauce. I was told it was on my Fish sandwich & it wasn't. Had to go inside to get my extra Tarter Sauce.. Not the 1st time they lied.. .

I swear regardless of how many times I ask them for"fresh" food is always comes out stale. Like it's been double fried in the oil. Then some of the ladies in the night crew are just plain rude.

This McDonald's charges you for extra sauce, it's annoying, they need to learn to say "have a nice day" like the good ol' days when people leave the drive thru. I mean it's common sense.. when I started learning customer service that was the simplest and easy way to respect customers at every place I worked at and the owner needs to teach them to start offering sauces at the windows again and be quick because now they don't even bother asking if you want sauce with your food at drive thrus so they can save money and time, it takes 5 seconds. Be more considerate, people don't want to eat their food dry damn ! Hopefully the owner reads this because you're paying them too much if that's how it's gonna be
Not the greatest with cleanliness and location brings in some questionable folks. They do have a self serve fountain bar though so they get my business when I'm on the go.

Service is bad food is good and please don't ask for ketchup because they flip out. And don't even ask to talk to the manager they never make eye contact with you and if you complaint while they are banging your food they will throw everything in the bag and always check that all your food is in the bag before you leave if not you will be going back for what ever they left out
I've been to this Mc Donald's multiple times. My primary complaint is on more the a few occasions,I've received fries that had been sitting and weren't taste worthy of the brand. So in closing please double check your orders before leaving.
AWFUL WAIT TIME in the drive thru -- total 48 minutes. Staff were pleasant but didn't acknowledge the delay in time, nor did they apologize. Also, they were out of some food items.
Well, it wasn't exactly a pleasant experience. On this particular visit, I simply purchased a coffee, which was promptly served. What was unpleasant is the way my coffee guests and myself were treated by an employee because my guests appeared to be homeless. And they were. However, homelessness is not a crime, and my guests were not engaging in illegal or unacceptable behavior. I have been a patron at this franchise location for five or more years now, and this is the first time I've been treated prejudicially. I hope this review prompts corrective education/training and neither myself nor other patrons will be subjected to the indignity of pejudicial treatment in the future.
I like that I was able to go inside without a mask. But the only reason I went inside is they where taking to long on bringing my order. Maybe if they tell their employees to be more attentive to customers when ordering they be more accurate with customers orders. I have a question Mc Donald’s, when ordering why ask if any condiments? Reason I ask is if every time I say give me certain condiments, I check the bag before driving away and never fails I have to ask for condiments again before driving away. Thank you
No line waited at speaker for 10 minutes. Pies are cold. Burger is cold. Had to go to window to get them to acknowledge me. Hate this place but it’s everywhere taking up all the space for better food places
I used to order from this place on Uber Eats fairly often. After a while I had to stop because I was always disappointed with this place. First, they always manage to screw up my order somehow. No matter what I ordered, they would always find a way to screw something up. Second, everything I ordered was always undercooked. Nuggets, burgers, fries, everything was always undercooked sometimes to the point I didn’t feel safe eating the food. I don’t know how they continually screw that part up since those processes are normally pretty standardized. Overall, I would not recommend this McDonald’s. Or at least expect to be disappointed if you do eat here.
Always a long wait in drive thru but the employees have good attitudes
My spicy chicken sandwich was prepared sloppy and I had to request fresh fries. The employee seemed bothered. I do not plan on visiting any Mc Donald no time in the future.
If ppl go thru the drive way and ur meal is wrong you should be able to wait on the curb after you tell them so. They made me walk to get the correct meal.
I had to wait more than 15 min for two happy meals I saw that they were going to start my order they start doing other orders instead I had to tell the employee that I am still waiting on my two happy meals and they he decides to finish my order and the worst part about it my kids tell me when they open their meal where are the apple slices! The get one star because one time I ordered dollar food and they gave me a big Mac. They lose three stars for the other times they got my order wrong and the got lucky I didn't take more stars off for the times they lost control of their two line drive through system. Nothing upsets me more than waiting for someone to help me out while the second drive through lime let's multiple people through...and then they get my order wrong. Now that I think of it, they never got my order right,, not once in the times I have come here.
Life long mcdonalds supporter, but I am said to say, you cannot get a fresh hor food ! Fish sandwich 🥪 is like a slider & two combo meals are $24.00, hamburger @ $4.00. I guess $20.00 a hour for people who are supporting the name is not enough for us as customers. The company is making at best 300% on sodas, 100-200% on 🍟 fries, over 100% for a regular or double hamburger, because all of these items are order in bulk and mcdonald's gorges the public. I am sure you can do better ! Maybe a boycott for a few days would your attention 🤔. Sorry to say that. They someone who's monitoring these type of reviews online. Went at midnight today guy on drive thru window super rude. When I got to window he was mad already from previous customer because he kept cussing. The hours are a total lie. I saw them from far away because of the lit up arches at 11pm and they are "closed for maintenance " the kid at the window said. (You could not actually drive through bc they had rubber cones blocking both the driveways.) If your going to be down for maintenance, shut the lights on the arches. #falseadvertising
Horrible, horrible service. Waited in the drive thru for 40 minutes to get to the window and then asked to wait longer because my food was not ready. Had to wait another 14 minutes. I hope you all are having a better morning than my husband and I. Today we decided to go to McDonalds and grab our favorite coffee drinks, the iced caramel and the caramel frappe. As we got to the drive thru window to pay, everything was going smooth but, yes there's a BUT, when we arrived at the second window the lady blurted something out which we did not understand. We find out that our coffee was not going to be ready and we were told to park onto space 3. As we waited for our coffees we realized that it had been quite some time, approximately 10 minutes since we were waiting in space 3 in the parking spot of McDonalds. I decided to go inside and see what was keeping them from bringing my coffees. Now, if you're not a coffee drinker, you would probably not get the edginess feeling that might be slowly taking effect at this point. I approach the counter, asked the manager(Diane) if my coffees were ready, she said that the coffee has not "cooked" yet. She then continued to look at the small screen by the food for the next drive thru order. I then asked how much longer will it take and all of a sudden I had an employee(Pablo) jump in and say, "It's not ready". From this point on every time I would ask the manager about my coffee, Pablo will jump in and have the same answer for me. When I asked the manager if they always ran out of coffee in the mornings she said yes, and Pablo said yes. I get my coffee but not my husband's. I asked why do you always run out of coffee? Diane said because they only had one coffee machine. I told her that maybe it would be a good idea if they request for another coffee machine so that they wouldn't run into the same predicament daily. Diane said, and I quote, "Well maybe YOU should call cooperate office and request it yourself". Excuse me? That's when I had enough. I was tired of waiting for the 2nd coffee. I asked for the corporate office number, Diane said it's on the bag, I told her I don't have a bag. She grabbed a bag and said,"Here, that's the corporate number". I asked for her name, she said she didn't have a pen. I asked for the guys name, he never opened his mouth again. All Diane and Pablo did after that was giggled in the background. Well, I see that McDonalds has crashed at this location as far as training is concerned with their employees including their managers. Good luck to anyone seeking great customer service at this location.
Worst McDonalds ever. Asked to speak to a manager bc I have a problem everytime I come in. Like set the Sweet Tea out if you guys are too lazy to pour it, that's fine. I get retail food is a crappy job, but don't take it out on good people trying to get by. Staff will ignore you because that's what management does. Always a problem here.

Very dissapointed. The employees ate not wearing gloves. Correction one had one glove but used both hands. The one glove was so big employee could hardly pick stuff up. If McDonald's isn't hoing to worry about the public, what about their employees. No onder some are striking. Please do better
This is one of worst McDonald's I have been to. Drive thru takes for ever. Almost 25 mins to get food. Rude associates. Sometimes the want to replace food with something else and no Orange juice in the mornings sometimes.
Horrible service, constantly getting the order wrong. I drove all the way home to find out they completely got the order wrong I now need to drive back and Ruth the manager is saying she can not compensate me for anything but give me the correct order. First of all, the girl working the counter, couldn't understand the way the McDonald's App worked, and it's Very Narrow inside. The wait was horrible! Their dining area was "Closed Until Further Notice". The Manager on duty yesterday morning, was Very forceful and loud!!!!! I had to keep asking for Napkins and Ketchup. McDonald's, wants you to Use Their App, but most of the McDonald's you Go to, the workers, don't Understand how to use the App. I will Never, Never, Never! The past 3-4 weeks their service has not been up to par. You ask, Why do i continue to go back? because it's a local store in my area. I treat my kids to McDonald's 1x a week. The first 3 times (separate occasions) they have forgotten items out of my order. I had to go back and get the items ( hamburger , fries items of such). This last time takes the cake. They did NOT put the meat patty inside my kids cheeseburger!! Never would i think or i have never had to check - open the wrapper and check the burger for the meat! Unacceptable. I chalk it up as kids-young adults (workers) not paying attention while preparing the order or they are playing and lack of training. One of the orders above I had delivery and the items were missing. Yes i could blame the driver but the bag was sealed and it did show that the bag was tampered. Same store same issue. So now i have to be careful pull over and inspect everything in the bag and open the sandwiches. Never heard of in my years of going to McDonald's have to deal with this.. Very disappointed in this store careless employees. From now on i will travel the distance to a different McDonald's if need be.
Great place to go if you want to get the wrong stuff in your order. Ordered honey. You get honey mustard. Order a Dr pepper, get diet. If they can screw up 2/3 of my order, imagine what they can do for you. At least the fries were good.
It was cool at first.. I was traveling and I was low on money so I slept in my car ..in the parking lot because I wanted to be safe.. Now I ate at the restaurant every morning and Dinner ..sometimes lunch too.. they threaten to have my car towed..I wasn't bothering anyone and I spent money everyday 12 each meal .. like I said I was just trying to be somewhere safe ..I'm traveling and don't have much money to hotel and eat ..I just felt it was no compassion ..me spending meaningful money to replace the fact ....I just think it was handled really wrong ..
I ordered and paid for a 1/4 pounder with extra cheese 🧀 and bacon 🥓 which was an extra $2.50 and it came with NO Cheese and NO Bacon. Please CHECK your orders at this MCDs. Yesterday 7/23/20 at 4:40 pm my wife went to get food for our family. She repeat the order to the guy twice and when my wife got home the order was wrong. She drove back to mcdonalds and told the guy and they made her wait 30 minutes in the third window. They helped 11 cars behind her...and forgot about her.. She call the store like 6 times to ask why they where taking soo long and giving other custumers there orders and no one pick up the phone she started honking then a girl brought finally the food my wife was mad at that time and ask to speak with the manager. Again they let her wait and the manager came her name is reyna. Instead of helping my wife she was with attitude with my wife she even close the window and kick her out. My wife couldn't believe the manager reaction instead of apologizing my wife left and call the store again because the manager didn't give my wife her receipt beacause my wife told her she was going to complain with the corp. And she hang the phone to my wife. Why? Not nice. She call today 7/24/20 at 1pm and ask to speak with the general manager but they told her they don't know when she was coming to the store. I cant belive we go buy food and we don't get our order right and we get treated bad just because we ask to please get our order right. Not nice at all🤕👎
They have really slow service for a fast food option. Drive thru line was long. I assumed it wouldn't be too bad of a wait. Boy was I wrong. It did not move for over 10 mins. After 15 mins or so, being the 3rd car from the speaker, they finally take my order, I wait another 10 mins to get to the first window to pay, and they tell me they can't take my card payment (machine is down) and to pay at the 2nd window when I get my food. So I wait another 5 mins or so before I can move 2 car spaces to the 2nd window..I pay, and sit and wait another 5 mins for food. I understand when the card machine is down but what I dont understand is why it still took over 30 mins for the food to be ready. Fast food shouldn't take more than 30 minutes to make. My french fries were not fresh and really hard. I rarely eat at McDonald's and this just reminded me why I stopped going here.
This place deserves a zero star. I was standing in front of a cash register for 15 minutes without anyone taking my order. I eventually spoke to the manager who told me they're busy. They should put a sign in front of the cash register saying they've closed so people don't wait. (01/03/23 3:30pm)
I ordered through the app and table service they never brought the food to the table I had to go get it. I put my complaint to corporate and they didn't care
I came back it is 6:40 pm for some reason it is really cold they put the air conditioner extremely unconfortable.i am getting out of here. Really bad during the last month's the are not even able to toast my sausage Mac muffin I just told one of the employees he barely acknowledge me I told him this and to tell the manager,I came today 25 minutes we asked for a decaff and a coffee.horrible experience. Came back here after almost a year, couldn't believe service achieved a new low, the female employees that helped me at the second window all have an attitude, gave me wrong size drink, ignored me when I tried to get their attention, then they don't give me the creamer and sugar I asked for the coffee and give me attitude when I asked for it, this employees don't care one bit about the customer, 3 or 4 of them where by the drive through window engaged in a personal conversation not paying attention to what they are doing, hence why so many mistakes. They deserve negative stars. I come to this McDonald only because its on my way to work, but the service is horrible, the employees are so slow, they never get the order correct, it doesn't matter if i go drive thru or get off the car all I order is coffees, some times 2 some times 6, it doesn't matter the QTY Iv have had to wait over 30 minutes just for coffee, today I placed my order and then they cancel my drinks because they did not have lattes, then I paid with a $100 and they short changed me, the cashier gives my attitude, just a horrible place to go to, avoid it at all cost.
Couldn't get my order right through the drive-thru so I had to get off and correct it inside then had to correct my order two more times inside as frustrated as I was I got home and realized that my order was still incorrect and paid for something that I didn't even receive. Manager tried but the rest of the co-workers seem to be tired and confused.
Always something with this McDonald's. If they don't forget something from your order . They hand you the wrong item. Management definitely needs to step it up. Last time they cancel my breakfast order 15 min before breakfast was over. This time they forget my hash browns. The lines are always long mainly for that reason. Last time given up on this location.
This location has the absolute worst service. I was out for a walk and decided to stop in to grab an iced tea. Normally this location is busy but I saw no cars in the drive-thru and only a few people inside. There was one group of people in front of me. After about two minutes he came back and took my order, which was a large iced tea. Tell me why on earth did it take 6 minutes to get my drink? That is totally unacceptable! I will never come back to this location again. The service gets worse every time.
You would think because it’s so busy the food is hot and fresh.. never is anymore. they may have changed management, nothing but old burgers and hard fries here. Won’t be eating at McDonald’s again. Trader Joe’s frozen foods are better and cheaper. Final review
Disappointed with the treatment at this McDonald's. Arrived on time for my mobile order, but was denied service due to breakfast ending. Hispanic female manager working on 4/23/24 at 10:34 am threatened to call the police over a simple refund request. Threatening to involve law enforcement over a customer service issue is disproportionate and intimidating. It creates unnecessary escalation and fear for the customer. Inconsistent policies and rude attitude made me lose my appetite. No customer should endure mistreatment for convenience. They claimed to want to cut back on the number of mobile order refunds they processed. The back-and-forth regarding the refund, with the Hispanic assistant manager initially stating he could process it, reflects inconsistency and lack of clarity in the store's policies. The apparent motive to avoid refunds to boost sales demonstrates a concerning prioritization of profit over customer experience. The entire ordeal could have been easily resolved with either making the food or processing the refund promptly, yet it escalated unnecessarily, putting undue stress on me as the customer. I felt humiliated because of another employee's staring. His staring added another layer to the distressing experience. Being scrutinized while already upset can intensify feelings of embarrassment and discomfort, compounding the negative impact of the situation. I asked him how staring contributes to resolving the issue in order to highlight the need for respectful and empathetic customer service. Overall, these elements paint a picture of poor customer service, lack of empathy, and a disregard for customer satisfaction and safety. #PoorCustomerService #UnacceptableBehavior"

McDonald's has done a good job to control that th food is consistent among all their locations. This review is for the service based on this location. The service seems to be suffering at all locations. I went through the drive through and ordered 2 happy meals and a 2 cheeseburger meal. When I was was getting my food I was handed my 2 happy meals and a drink. The girl said have a nice day and closed the window. I had to wait a couple of minutes while she finally opened the window to give me the next person's order. She asked what I was missing and I said the rest of my order. Then she said, oh is this your cheeseburgers and fries? McDonald's needs to stress the importance of giving the order complete and correct the first time. I shouldn't have to make sure that my order is correct. I never have issues at in-n-out.
I am so disgusted. There was a fly in my iced coffee! I didn’t even get a chance to see it before I sipped. I had to spit it out. Please do not come to this location. They obviously do not make sure they are following health regulations nor do they care about the quality of food they are selling to customers. Don’t risk your health. I am never coming back.
The only bad thing i can say is the ordering process inside seems that for 20 dollars an hr someone other than a machine should be taking your order. Went back on the 4th of march machines didn't work properly and the good was just plain nasty tasted old and thank God the big Arch sandwich is only temporary it was absolutely the worst burger i have ever tried could only stomach a lil less than half of it.

Ordered through the mobile app, had to spend nearly 40 minutes just to pickup my food. It's unbelievable how slow the service was, management needs to step it up, because the wait was unnacceptable
Manager was super unfriendly order some fires didn’t want ketchup asked for 1 ranch she started fighting and arguing with me for a ranch no customer service at all she needs to be trained again I work in customer service my self and customer is always right and we don’t fight for 1 sauce
Horrible visit overall. Opted to order inside so I could use the restroom. The restroom was locked so I placed an order for a sausage mcgriddle meal with added bacon to go. I waited 20 minutes for my order and it came out wrong. I received a sausage mcmuffin instead and without bacon. I waited so long my lunch break was over and I didn't have time to go back in to return it.
Took 15 minutes to place order at register with young lady. Kept asking if I wanted egg on my sausage biscuit- 7 times. Then waited 20 minutes for order. Had to call manager manger over cause the same girl forgot my order and placed with Uber meals. And still got the order wrong. Place is a joke.
Doesn't matter what you order, doesn't matter what time you go, doesn't matter if it's not busy, you are going to wait 30 min. I've spent entire lunch breaks just waiting for food that I preordered on the app. Don't expect anyone to care or speak English.
They take to long to serve food and when they finally take your order they do it with an attitude and have poor communication skills!!!
If I could put -5 stars I would but it doesn’t let me the employee named Carlos that was working there on September 2,2025 at 12:45P.M put he’s hands inside the machine where they put at the French fries with out gloves and started putting them in he’s mouth an eating them an the manager seen an didn’t say anything I find that every disrespectful an against OSHA regulations I hope u do better McDonald an now I feel sick coming to this McDonald after witnessing that an I been a customer there for more then 3 years.
This Mcdonalds never has the new toys, they always give you some old toys. My kids have gotten disappointed many times. This is horrible
Every time and I mean it every single time they get our order wrong not only are the tables and chairs dirty but they are also rude. My first order included two double cheeseburgers only got one then asked for it no pickles no onions no mustard got it with mustard second order happy meal with a medium drink didn’t get the drink also my daughters cheeseburger was asked for with ketchup no ketchup never going there again
This McDonald is always dirty especially the bathrooms. I come in this location during the week and the tables and seats are filthy. The restrooms are disgusting. The manager Ruth has a bad attitude. I come here to get my mom’s coffee and breakfast. We can’t even sit down while we wait cause it so gross. If you have to use the restroom just hold it you don’t know what kind of disease you may get from using it
If you come expect to get at least one thing on your order wrong. The staff is unfriendly and impatient and they act like you're taking money out of their paychecks when you ask for more sauces. The location is ALWAYS dirty. The employee have no sense of urgency and meander from place to place. If I could give this place negative stars I would. Absolutely abismal
This location never brings your food to your table like they are supposed to when you use table service. I informed the manager on duty on four different occasions. Furthermore, the play place tables are always dirty and I must clean my own table at each visit. I use table service because it is convenient when you have kids. My son loves the play area here otherwise I would never visit this place again. I'll Be Back - reluctantly just for my son!
So here we are weeks after Covid restrictions have ended and have been lifted...and you still have large corporate restaurants enforcing there own rules. Came here with my kids and apparently you still cant dine in???? I questioned the manager and she says its not us its the "owner" if they say we cant...we cant. Ridiculous. Covid has erased customer service and catering to people, its like we all forgot.
Went to this McDonalds at 2:15 on September 1, 2018, the french fries were very hard and oily (tasted like old fries that were refried, Yuck!), the sweet and spicy honey BBQ strips were ok (but that maybe just my taste buds), it was cash only and didn't receive a receipt. I gotta say this location is inconsistent. Fries are hardly ever good and soft drinks didn't have carbonation on more than one occasion. I recommend tasting soft drinks and/or fries before driving away.
