Quick assembly line style burritos bowls tacos and nachos. Multiple styles of rice and beans to choose from with your choice of one of four meats or meat substitute. They offer items is an upgrade but do not inform you of the price. However they do have it posted with stickers on the glass sneeze guard. We opted to get the add on queso blanco and add-on of potatoes. Queso Blanco is a must it made the whole meal. Potatoe nuggets where dry and hard. The staff was ok and kinda friendly but could have been more informative.

I've complained about how this place is overpriced for the longest time, but my child likes the bowl. Today is the last straw and the last time we will be going here. My child is a vegetarian and only wants rice, beans, queso, tortilla chips. No meats, no veggies. I ordered for her and they put the smallest amount of all the items. I asked for more rice and beans since we weren't getting meat or veggies, they put 2 measly scoops which filled only 1/3 of the take away container, for 10$. The manger said that they were "portion controlling"? Mind you like I said, no meats or veggies. This is over price and under delivered. good luck staying open in the future.

Let me start by saying for years this was my favorite place to eat but it has fallen to the point where I won't be coming back. The meat lost a lot of flavor when they switched to flat top instead of grill, then prices went up and portions kept going down to the point where a burrito is 80% rice with a couple bites of meat here and there. The burritos are never mixed or rolled properly anymore and they frequently try to charge you for extras that you didn't get because the new people are so poorly trained. The same burrito I was getting for years is now considerably smaller and costs 3 dollars more and I have changed nothing about my order. Idk if this is just a location issue with management but its bad.

Don’t waste your time going here! Waited in line for 10 mins, with no greeting, just looks from the person working! She kept walking to the back and would not help anyone. We left, and another person from the back finally came out. Not worth it!

I ordered my daughter a make your own bowl and let him know it was for a child. He added one spoonful of rice and I asked for more. I was told the manager here is portion controlling what they are serving. I left him know my daughter is vegetarian and would need extra rice and beans. The portions were still so small. The quality and portions are terrible now.

I came in on halloween night?And it was great, very good staff service. I've always loved free birds and their food. But lately, I haven't had a very good experience.For starters, i've been ordering more on door dash.They don't have an option to give details about your order. ( having more of or less of a certain item. Or even just adding double of something.) On top of that, their door dash orders are never sealed.Which means it's extremely easy for the food to be tampered with. On top of that, I just ordered a burrito today.And there's absolutely no meat in it.There's maybe two tiny pieces of pork.... that I spent twelve bucks on. NOT OKAY..... i love free birds and their food but 2/10 maybe need to take a break... again.. 2 STRANDS of pork.

Came first time . Worst experience. Took a large bowl. The server was very hesitant to put stuff in the large bowl. I have to tell her I will pay more please add minimum quality. She said no you don’t have to pay but was still hesitant. Even with large bowl it was a small bowl. Hope the owner will take care of it. I am surly not coming again. Will prefer chipotle.

I waited for someone to take my order even though one person was in front of me and there was 3 people working. Someone finally came up and I ordered the walking dorito taco. The lady was that was taking my order was very dry and borderline rude, like I was bothering her. She asked what I wanted on top of my Doritos. I was telling her and I said red onion. She looks and me and very rudely ask you mean purple onion. The fact that she was rude and don’t know they are know as a red onion is embarrassing when trying to correct someone. Educate your employees so that they realize what a red onion is and of course not to be rude because you apparently hate your job. The meat was also dry. This was my first bad experience at Freebirds

I stopped coming here because the last few times the food and service was bad so today I thought since it's been a while I'd check them out. Big mistake and waste of Money. I ordered a bowl, the rice was terrible and the guy had just switched it out with a "fresh" new batch. It was also cold and the chicken was so dry. As I was eating a line began to form and the worker was in the back for a while not paying attention to the customers that where coming in. The worker had no enthusiasm energy to give them great service. Now I really doubt I'll be back.

I've had free birds hundreds of times. Today's was not a good experience. Very slow even though nobody was in here. I got a large drink and a regular freebies burrito and added guac. The rice was old and crunchy. The girl 'blobbed' everything such that you took a bite and only got beans, or only got crappy rice, or only got guac. They have no straws long enough for the large drink cups. How stupid is that? Lastly, my bill was 20.50, before tip which I wish I could take back. For a reg burrito and a drink, bad service, bad food, etc. Should have gone to Chipotle and will next time.

I had the worst service ever at this location. I always go to this location. I found a piece of hair in my burrito. I called to let them know about the situation. I spoke with an employee. Then he passed me to manager name Brian an he was rude when I spoke with him that he couldn't do nothing about the situation.

Did a mobile order and I guess I don’t matter since I’m not watching the employees. Talk about employee integrity. I received my order with an eye drop worth of jalapeño sauce and basically a quarter order of everything I ordered.

Not coming back here. I start eating my food to notice a hair in my burrito, and not some small strand of hair, it was long. I walked up and showed a girl working there and the host Jeffrey the hair. As I pull the long hair it snaps. I lost my appetite and threw the burrito away. I guess just wearing hats is enough to stop their hairs from falling in their food. I don’t recommend eating here. Or at least this location.
