The fries were delicious, and the burger was great too, even though it only had one piece of bacon, even though I ordered the most expensive XL. Plus, seeing the employees constantly eating fries, grabbing them from the same place they serve customers, and then using the trays, was incredibly unhygienic. There was no ice because "the machine was broken," and they gave me warm Coke with no way to return it. The trash can was overflowing, and we couldn't put any more of our leftovers in it. The bathroom... it smelled like a sewer, strong and dirty. And the hand dryer didn't work, so you had to dry your hands on your pants. 5/10.

I don't think it's acceptable for someone to go to a fast food restaurant because they're in a hurry and want a quick bite to eat, only to find themselves having to wait more than 20 minutes for their order. I can understand this in a pub where there are preparation and cooking times, but in a fast food restaurant like Burger King, where they serve pre-cooked food that simply needs to be reheated, I can't explain these wait times. I should also point out that the place was practically empty.

The dirtiest BK I ever been to and I have been In more than 25 countries with BK and more than 200 different one on North America so I know how clean it should be, even the staff where discussed by all the garbage and left over on the table when they came out for their smoke brake and simply pushed the rubies aside to have their smoke and when back inside… unfortunately I forgot to take a picture but I will be passing by again this week and will snap one

We waited 10 minutes for 2 sandwiches, a French fry, and 1 cola. The sandwiches were awful. The XXL bacon basically had a slice of raw bacon on a layer of three burgers. The kebab shop does it better. The caccio e pepe sandwich didn't even have a little sauce. I paid €25 for terrible food. Change the kitchen staff.

I normally love burger king. This was really poor. You order fries and have to buy ketchup as and extra. They do not give a free sachet with them. Dirty and crowded.

I'm editing my previous review and going from 5 to 1 star. After the initial problems, which are normal, tonight is the worst. It's been more than 3 weeks since opening and everything is getting worse. Tonight, a 48-minute wait, an empty restaurant, or rather, only 7 orders in front of me. The kiosks aren't working, only 2 are active. Anyway, we order and hopefully wait 48 minutes. The sandwiches are frozen cold, the fries cold and half-raw... The competition in Albenga has had faster service since day one. Not to mention the tables, filthy dirty, and no one was cleaning them the entire time between waiting and dinner. The trash cans are overflowing and no one is cleaning them. I've attached a photo of this. I'm leaving my previous review below to offer constructive criticism in the hope that they'll mend their ways. For now, we'll avoid it for a while. Burger King is always the best for me. Despite the controversy in the reviews, I had a good experience. Ordered via app, food delivered in just 4 minutes. Everything was spot on and hot. I understand there may be some organizational difficulties the first few days, but we trust these guys. Kindness and courtesy, tables are constantly cleaned. Nothing to complain about, in fact, highly recommended.

NEVER AGAIN!!! Two weeks ago, I went there and waited 10 minutes for my order while it was not so busy. Yesterday, the restaurant was busier but they still had only half of the kitchen stations working. As a result, they were backed up with about 15 orders on the screen. After 12 minutes and realizing that they would need another good 15 minutes to prepare my two cheeseburgers, I asked for the money back and left. Go to McDonald's in Albenga if you don't want to wait that long!

Nobody inside .one drive order with 2 sandwiches they managed to forgot one sandwich. Well done guys 👍 I guess it was your maximum.Cant trust this franchise.
