I walked into the Capitani bar, and my friend asked for two drinks to go. I didn't speak up, but they asked for my ID anyway, so they denied me a drink I hadn't directly asked for, proceeding to lecture me about always having to carry ID around. Despite the inappropriate comments about my supposed age (after I mentioned I was 20, he started laughing and joking with his friends at the bar). Despite this, the bartender ignored me several times, preferring chatting with friends to customer service and communication, quickly jumping to conclusions without leaving any room for me to speak. I think the customer experience is important, and in this case, I felt ignored and even a little mocked. I understand the reason for asking for ID to prove I'm of age, but I think the way it was done was inappropriate. Not to mention that I ended up leaving the place with a drink in my hand, thus not understanding the reason for such strictness if, in the end, a drink was given to a person without having asked for ID. Terrible customer service, with an atmosphere of annoying and presumptuous superiority. I don't think I'll be back.

Nice location, the only problem was the welcome. Sitting at the table, having moved a chair to accommodate a fifth person, the waiter began: "Usually, that's a job we should do, but whatever." Service was rushed, and the bathrooms were neglected in a health emergency. Prices were quite high for a "typical" bar; I've found the service less rude at bars in the Ligurian "buelli" district. If you don't really need a quick aperitivo, avoid it; there are other more worthy establishments nearby.

Esperienza pessima sin dall'inizio: quando ci sediamo e chiediamo cortesemente se è possibile pulire il tavolo (molto sporco), veniamo attaccati per non aver chiesto permesso di sederci (tavolini all'aperto con locale vuoto) esordendo il cameriere con la frase "adesso devo essere cattivo con voi". Oltre al servizio pessimo, aperitivo con due noccioline pagati anche troppo. Da starne alla larga per il futuro.

Una stellina perché non posso dare meno. Servizio non poi così gradevole da giustificare i prezzi elevatissimi e personale scorbutico. Ho visto venire cacciati via in malo modo dai camerieri, ragazzi che si avvicinavano per pochi minuti ai tavolini esterni per salutare i loro amici senza recare alcun disturbo al resto della clientela. Se si vuole passare una tranquilla serata in compagnia degli amici, ci sono molti altri posti migliori vicini.

BAR SCONSIGLIATISSIMO! Ma non prendiamoci in giro! In primis personale poco professionale, le cameriere oltre a sbuffare in faccia alla clientela non si ricordano le ordinazioni effettuate e sono ritornati 3 volte per richiedercelo e per di più il bar era mezzo vuoto. In drink non erano buoni con prezzi esagerati. Sono uscita con un gruppo di amiche e una delle cameriere si è avvicinata sbattendoci fuori con la scusa che era sabato sera e arriva altra gente quindi noi dovevamo lasciare libero il tavolo. Voto sotto lo zero. Non lo consiglio a nessuno.

Legnano centro, galleria: probabilmente i gestori si sono leggermente confusi con Galleria Vittorio Emanuele a Milano: 3 (tre) euri per un caffè mi sembrano leggermente troppi. Sono stati chiusi 2 anni per il covid, rifarsi con questi prezzi non penso sia il metodo più adatto. Per principio ci siamo alzati e ce ne siamo andati perché 3 euro non ci cambiano per fortuna la vita, ma essere presi in giro proprio no.

Assurdo.. Dalle 15 consumazione obbligatoria di 3 euro. Tavoli attaccati senza rispettare le regole anti covid, camerieri che non portano la mascherina correttamente. Tantissima attesa per ordinare un singolo caffè al tavolo. Non andateci. Delusione totale

3 tentativi: ma meglio lasciare perdere! colazione da asporto perché devo andare in ufficio e servono prima i tavoli, sono le regole basi della ristorazione se hai al banco un cliente che ha fretta, si serve prima il cliente al banco. Maleducazione a mille! Brioches da asporto per colleghi buttate nel sacchettino, con tutto il ripieno sul sacchetto e non nella brioches. Gli ho dato fin troppe possibilità, per fortuna Legnano è piena bar! sicuro qui non ci metto più piede. E con i clienti non ci vado, SCONSIGLIATISSIMO. Una stella perché 0 non si può mettere!

Aperitivo domenica sera 3 spritz 1 prosecco 2 noccioline 4 patatine posse cameriere ci porta il tutto senza ricevuta si presenta: 30 euro se volete 4 pizzette da discount congelate altri 7 euro : piangevate quando c era il covid ma adesso non dite quanto rubate alla gente !!!!!! Vergogna !!! Da evitare assolutamente .

I was there and I really didn't like the service, apart from the fact that the coffee we ordered had a bad smell, it lacks customer service, I don't recommend it and it's expensive. Sin perche ill centro di Legnano è piccolo centro ma molto expérico.

I've been before, so I gave it another try. The service and quality of the drinks were terrible. 1 Aperol Spritz and 1 glass of Prosecco (undrinkable) without even a single crisp or anything else, €14. Not recommended.

We were here for half an hour and no one took our orders. After twenty minutes of waiting, we politely called two waiters, and both responded in an annoyed tone, saying they were busy and would come by later. After that, we saw the same waiters stop to talk to their friends. No one came to take our orders, so after more than half an hour we left. Never again!!!!!!

I went for aperitivo today at this bar in the piazza in Legnano, thinking I'd made a good choice, given its location. What I'd like to say to the owner is that you can't go without anything to eat except a bowl of chips. Either lower the prices on the aperitivo, or offer the customer something different, if you really want them to come back!

Giving one star is even too much. During aperitivo time, we ordered two spritzes with some appetizers like chips and various pretzels, and afterward, nothing to eat arrived. After a few minutes, we asked for appetizers again, and were told it wasn't possible. Annoyed, I went to the cashier to ask for an explanation, and was told they didn't have time and that if I waited 5 minutes, they'd prepare them for me. All this after a 25-minute wait, and all for €16. Very arrogant, never again.

Courtesy and professionalism are lacking, which is a shame because the location is perfect for enjoying the Legnano square. After ordering a Gewürztraminer, the waiter shows up with a bottle of inferior Sicilian white wine, claiming it's identical to the first one. Furthermore, the Franciacorta proseccos on the menu are priced at €30. The waiter pushes us to order a Ca' del Bosco, emphasizing that it's a Franciacorta. It's a shame he doesn't mention it's €50, not €30. Shouldn't that be specified on the wine list? In my opinion, this is poor behavior.

I've tried coming several times, both for a simple coffee and for aperitifs with friends. The aperitif prices are exorbitant. Looking for something to eat? Oh yeah, chips, a couple of olives. For that price, we could have gone somewhere better. But the main problem is the staff. Rude, and they think they're the best.

The most disappointing thing about this place is the waiter's lack of professionalism and respect for the customer. We frequented this bar several weekend evenings and were always left feeling very disappointed and irritated. We were ALWAYS asked for change as a tip, even insistently; our trust was always taken and used without any respect for the customer. Besides the waiter, another negative aspect is the menu, which offers no variety of drinks. The high prices are justifiable given the location, but not at all for the service received. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT; there are significantly better bars just a few meters away.
