An absolutely positive experience, the only restaurant in Legnano that offers dishes that are out of the ordinary, paired with highly sought-after ingredients. The location is simple yet very welcoming. Gloria's hospitality is exceptional and highly professional, with a smile and dedication. She accompanies you from start to finish through the experience, taking particular care in explaining the courses and the accompanying wines. Each dish is technically well-structured by the Chef and carefully selected in its combinations of ingredients, which are undoubtedly top-quality. A special thank you for accommodating our specific request regarding a dish previously offered that was currently off the menu. I can only recommend this restaurant because, in my opinion, it's worth more than one visit.

I had lunch at Soul on October 29th to celebrate our anniversary. Expectations were high because we'd received so many positive reviews from friends, and I completely agree with their assessment. We were immediately greeted at the entrance by Gloria, who discreetly yet warmly made us feel at ease. As we were shown to our table, we were asked if we'd like a glass of wine (not included), which I accepted. On the advice of the restaurant manager, I ordered a rosé prosecco, which had an extraordinary aroma and taste. The restaurant is elegant and sophisticated, in shades of white and blue; it may seem cold, but it's in keeping with the restaurant's style. FOOD: We ordered the full tasting menu; each course was a journey through the flavors, aromas, and colors (explained beautifully by the manager) of quality cuisine. It was a fantastic experience; every dish hit the mark, the flavors enhanced by thoughtful pairings and impeccable cooking. Perfectly balanced portions, the chef tried to make us try something out of the ordinary, and he succeeded perfectly. In short, the top spot among Legnano restaurants is more than deserved—congratulations!

Food 6.0 Service 6.0 The magic is hidden in Legnano. Since you arrive from the first moment, you can see the passion Soul Restaurant team puts on their food and the service they offer. I left Gloria to choose the wine pairing for each dish, and I can say she nailed perfectly. She didn't tell it, but it gave us the good impression they know their ingredients and wine providers well. Food was enough complex to impress you with the presentation, but the taste of each ingredient can be identified on the dish, excelent ingredients, and quality. Prices are totally in line with what you get. We'll be back for sure.

A very beautiful place, neat and clean, with a relaxing color scheme. High-quality products, truly expertly crafted, both in terms of taste and aesthetics. The maître d' is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind. A special mention goes to the various types of bread served during dinner, all of which arrived warm and with an indescribable aroma: I'd call it touching for the attention to detail. In short, even though I'm 200 km from home, I can't wait to return to try new combinations. Congratulations.

This restaurant was recommended by a friend from Legnano, and we tried it a couple of weeks ago. Never before have I waited so long before writing this review because there were aspects that didn't convince me immediately, and I wanted to be as honest and transparent as possible. Location: Hidden in a maze of one-way streets, where finding a parking spot is difficult. The place isn't very large, but it's cleverly managed to offer guests all the privacy they need. Extremely minimalist, with bare walls and cold lighting in the dining room. The lack of a tablecloth/placemat/runner was definitely not appreciated. We may be picky, but dining on a bare table (no matter how clean and sterilized) was definitely not appreciated. Staff: The maître d'/waitress was perfect in every way. Polite, smiling, immediately available for a chat, and never intrusive. We've rarely encountered service like this. Food: Dishes with unusual pairings, perfectly executed. Unparalleled plating and presentation. Generous portions, not the usual tastings. Wine list: varied, not many labels, one might argue, but the best ones are there. Bill: in line with the Michelin star. Superior quality at a more than fair price. In short: a location that's too sterile and doesn't reflect the warmth conveyed by the young lady and the chef. In my opinion, the interiors need redesigning. There's no miracle solution for parking, but leaving your car almost a kilometer from the front door is unacceptable.

I can't find the right words... Minimal environment, perhaps too much. Exceptional welcome, the young lady was prepared and smiling, impeccable!! Let's go to the menu, we tried the essential tasting. Raw materials chosen with great care, preparation of the dishes with great technique. Now what remains of the journey? Not much... I appreciated everything but nothing surprised me... congratulations anyway because it is not easy to propose a cuisine like this. Correct price.

A young establishment. Recently opened, the restaurant has become known through word of mouth. The decor is very welcoming, with a simple yet functional tablescape. The menu offers seafood and meat dishes, with options available à la carte or as a tasting menu. The wine list is excellent. The menu is anything but ordinary and features high-quality ingredients, impeccably prepared. The pairings are carefully considered and offer a balanced palate. Special mention goes to Gloria's professionalism and expertise, who perfectly manages guests, from welcoming them to serving them. Reasonable prices. I will definitely return to try other dishes. Currently one of the best restaurants in Legnano. I highly recommend a visit.
