Davanti al Bennet di Lentate direttamente sulla provinciale dei Giovi, Famosa catena dove non mi aspettavo grandi sorprese eppure amo sbagliarmi e questo è il caso. Prima cosa lo staff incredibile, gentile, giovanile, disponibile e super veloce, ho assaggiato una fiorentina T Bone ben fatta ottima qualità della carne, salse a volontà, mega bibite e per chi come me non può vivere senza vino tadaaaa sorpresa hanno anche una lista vini a buon prezzo calice o bottiglia media o grande. Assolutamente consigliato, io ci tornerò sicuro.

Da ritornare per la ragazza che ci ha serviti! Ci ha seguiti dall'inizio alla fine. Se ci dovessi tornare sarà sicuramente per lei.. il resto lascia un po' desiderare; con questo intendo che non hanno di sicuro le costine così buone.

Vorrei fare un plauso a tutto lo staff di questo store per la gentilezza, la disponibilità e l’attenzione al cliente che hanno (anche quando decidi di provare un piatto nuovo, scopri che non rispecchiava i tuoi gusti a livello di sapore e ovviamente lo lasci, e tutti si preoccupano di portarti un altro piatto; e nonostante il mio rifiuto e la mia volontà di pagare comunque il piatto SCELTO DA ME ma non gradito, il Manager, con grande professionalità e bontà d’animo, decide di offrirtelo). A trovarne di ristoratori così.. Pace e bene gente 🖖🏻

For a business lunch, I ordered a menu with meat and new potatoes, the Legend menu. The friendly service was exceptional, but the glasses and water bottles had obvious signs of limescale from heavy use.

Food typical of Roadhouse...good but not exceptional. However, the service is ridiculous! Arrived on time for reservation. A mass of people in reception area. Tonnes of tables ready but hostess in great confusion with backlog of clients to seat. Told to wait outside (luckily not raining) and didn't even want to take note of name of reservation. Service slow. Waitresses running around but not clearing tables or serving. I actually saw one girl moving an empty tray from one spot to another on the same counter! Line at the door increasing by the minute but dirty tables not cleared for at least half an hour. At the end of the meal, no one asked if we wanted dessert but we were asked about coffee. Felt a bit like the bum's rush. Wait staff definitely needs training and management.

My wife and I ordered two dishes. Hers arrived just in time, while mine arrived after she'd finished hers. The coffee in a dirty cup was the icing on the cake.

Positives: The waitresses were truly kind and polite, always smiling and professional. Unfortunately, everything else was a disaster. I ordered a T-bone, asking for it rare, but it arrived boiled on one side and barely seared on the other, with much of the cut consisting of fat. The quality of the meat was very low, definitely not up to the asking price. The side of grilled vegetables was tasteless: they all tasted the same, flat and indistinct. The most unpleasant aspect was the manager's behavior, who addressed me informally (very unprofessional) and, despite my complaints about the dishes, ignored them and charged full price for everything. An embarrassing attitude, especially when compared to the professionalism of the waiting staff. Honestly, someone like that shouldn't be running a restaurant. In short: Poor meat quality Incorrect cooking Unprofessional management Disrespectful manager Shame about the wait staff, but otherwise, avoid the place.

The burger was on the dry side and was missing salt. Adding sauces helped but honestly that's not what I would like to have to do in order to be able to enjoy meat. The fries felt like eating cardboard: dry and not particularly tasty. The menu was misleading and it made it seem like standard burgers should have coated half price on the night we were in while they weren't. We only discovered that while we were paying when one of us asked an explanation on the price being higher than expected.

Ieri sera un vero disastro! Abbiamo prenotato, ci siamo seduti a tavola alle 20,15. Alle 20,50 stavamo ancora aspettando il nostro ordine mentre altri clienti, arrivati dopo di noi, avevano già mangiato. Dopo aver sollecitato, arriva una tagliata super secca, l'insalata senza salsa (che normalmente è fra gli ingredienti) ma con un pezzo di plastica all'interno.! Chiamiamo una responsabile per far presente l'oggetto indesiderato e anziché andare subito in cucina a far presente l'accaduto si ferma beatamente al tavolo dopo il nostro, occupato da una collega/amica a chiacchierare e ridere per 15 minuti. Dopodiché si consulta con le colleghe dietro un paravento davanti all'ingresso, che lì rimangono, come comari all'ascolto di pettegolezzi, anche quando andiamo a pagare e ci lamentiamo della serata. Davvero poca professionalità.

Domenica 28 dicembre, offerta Ribs All you can eat, prima portata arrivata quasi subito, chiesto secondo giro, sto attualmente aspettando da 40 minuti e non è ancora arrivato niente, nonostante abbia chiesto svariate volte la situazione, dicono solo che “in cucina sono oberati” quando la metà del ristorante è vuoto e sta mangiando. ho notato che molti altri clienti sono nella stessa situazione per le RIBS, sembra fatto apposta.

I wouldn’t recommend to dine in here. We stopped here in the middle of the drive. First, it is not a vegetarian friendly restaurant. My partner ordered a salad and the meat was quite bland. The price doesn’t justify the costs. However, the place was open on Easter so an available option to eat but not worth it.
