An excellent place to eat tostadas with exquisite accompaniments of orejitas (ears), trotters (fish), tongue, etc. They also offer tortas (cakes) and more. They have fresh, well-seasoned produce. The place is simple but clean, very original and inventive. The service and attention are excellent. A good option to enjoy typical dishes from the region.

The pig's ears and steak tartare were disappointing, but the pozole was good, the flavored water was tasty, the pulque was delicious, and the portions were generous. The salsa had too much cumin for my taste. I ordered pozole to go, and it took 40 minutes for the bill to arrive. I realized the waiter had forgotten it, even though there were only three tables occupied. When he finally noticed, it arrived in three minutes. The restrooms were a bit dirty.

In my opinion, these are the best tostadas in the city. They're delicious and beautifully served. One order practically equals two tostadas. The presentation makes it so that even if you don't like tostadas, you'll want to try them. If you don't eat meat, they have some vegetarian options. They're also very tasty. The place is beautiful, very quaint, and in keeping with the concept. Plus, with the plaza's ample parking, you're sure to find a spot.

The prices are generally affordable. They also serve bottles. It was a bit warm the day I visited. The atmosphere is family-friendly, although they do sell alcohol in various forms.

I feel like the beans don't go well with the infurtido tostadas. That's something I didn't like. I didn't like the combination, it gave it a strange taste, and I decided to leave them out. Honestly, I didn't know they put beans in it. The place is very pretty and striking, I loved the decor, and the service was very good. I ordered the chismosa tostada, which was very tasty, but I also liked the beans and a small jug of orange juice.
