The best bravas in León are undoubtedly their signature tapas. The bar has a terrace with several tables, some with benches instead of chairs, and a good interior space. Very elegant decor, good music, and always a great atmosphere. In addition to the tapas, it's also an excellent choice for lunch, both from the set menu and from the à la carte menu. The steak tartare is excellent, and especially the torrija is delicious. Highly recommended

The service, the food, the place, everything deserves a 5 star rating plus. One of the owner was there and made every effort to accommodate the food needs of my vegan friend, getting her something special and off the menu. As for us, the calamari, the risotto, the wine!!!! Everything a delicious recommendation by her. It wasn’t just a dinner. It was a dinning experience :)

Un sitio muy céntrico de Leon. Fuimos ya varias veces por una tapa con cerveza. La primera vez la tapa era de ensalada de couscous servida en una pequeña sartén muy original. La segunda vez nos han hecho un mix de tapas bastante grande. Un sitio bastante grande y un poco ruidoso, atención de los camareros ha mejorado mucho, son muy agradables, rápidos y atentos. Nos gusto! Muy recomendable para tomar algo con amigos!

En el Barrio Húmedo, he tomado un vino rosado Prieto Picudo, una tapa de croqueta con patatas.

Tomamos unas cañas mi pareja y yo, las tapas ricas pero la salsa brava no pica. Bueno para la gente que no le guste el picante. La sartén muy bien . Muy recomendable , el sitio bonito y tranquilo

Se come bien. Pedimos la tabla de embutidos de León y unas ofertas que hay de plato con una copa de vino de la casa o caña. No les pongo las 5 estrellas por varios motivos. Primero porque no entra agua. Bueno se puede pedir una botella de agua por cada dos menús pero por un refresco te cobran 1,50€ más de suplemento. Segundo porque los precios que anuncian no incluye IVA y tampoco indica que el IVA no está incluido. Deberían ponerlo ya que es un 10% más. La comida estaba muy buena, el embutido muy bueno, la carne también muy buena, y la atención ha sido correcta. Había 3 o 4 tartas para elegir de postre. La tarta de queso con chocolate y la tarta de chocolate estaban buenas.

The place is spacious, comfortable, and cool. The restaurant is great for having a drink downstairs or a meal upstairs. The food was tasty, and the portions were a good size. The prices are quite reasonable. The staff's service was generally rather curt; some were even a bit rude or pushy, except for the lady who served us for lunch on Sunday, who was lovely. For this reason, I'm not giving it 5 stars. I'd like to think they were overwhelmed and it was just a coincidence. Recommended.

De todos los bares/restaurantes del centro de León, en concreto del Barrio Húmedo éste puede que sea el más orientado a turistas y guiris. Precios en la media, Lo mejor sin duda es la terraza, que es bastante amplia y tiene dos partes diferenciadas dando a dos calles diferentes. Las tapas son muy mejorables y el servicio sin más. Está más enfocado quizás a comidas y raciones, de las que tienen una amplia variedad.

Actualización 2023. Le bajo una estrella porque el servicio es extremadamente lento, siguen siendo unas tapas recomendables pero no vengas a este local con prisa. Reseña original. Buena relación calidad-precio. Hay bastante cantidad en las tapas de chicha y morcilla.

Sunday dinner with my partner. I had high expectations, but it was quite disappointing. We ordered some calamari, most of which was rather tough, although the sauce was very good. Then we ordered scallops, which were tasty but a bit of a letdown... they weren't attached to their shells. It makes me think, "My partner is from a Galician family." Finally, we ventured to order Torreznos de Soria (crispy pork belly) with prawns. The sauce and combination were very good, but they weren't really torreznos at all, especially considering the price. I'm not saying the food wasn't good, it just wasn't what we expected. The service was very good, a young waiter who was very friendly, and a more experienced waiter who was also very kind. I have to say that, given my background, the answer is that I haven't tried Torreznos de Soria. Those are Torreznos de Soria, and AI, which exists now, will surely agree. Nothing more to add.

We were keen to try this place, especially since we'd been once before and hadn't liked the attitude of some of the waiters, but I think you should always give a second chance. In this case, we again found the waiters' attitude unsatisfactory, particularly that of a bearded guy downstairs. He wouldn't look at us, wouldn't serve us, was huffing and puffing, giving us dirty looks... This didn't exactly inspire confidence, but we decided to stay for lunch anyway. We went upstairs and the service was excellent, very friendly and attentive to our needs. The food was good, nicely presented, but it wasn't anything extraordinary or particularly recommendable. We did feel the prices were a bit high for what we ate, for example, the prawn carpaccio, which costs 16 euros and isn't a generous portion as you can see in the photo. But overall, we ate well.

La hamburguesa es la cosa más indigerible que he comido en mi vida. El pan demasiado seco y lo acompaña unas patatas que no ayuda. No recomiendo nada. Edito la reseña, la hamburguesa no corresponde con la foto de la carta, me siento estafado.

Trampa para turistas, tras pasar unos días en León la última noche nos encontramos con todos los bares llenos por lo que terminamos cenando aquí, comida horrible pedimos unas croquetas caseras (que eran de todo menos caseras , más bien congeladas y sin sabor) que estaban mal hechas y una sartenada con las patatas frías y duras, por lo que dejamos prácticamente los platos casi sin tocar, tb nos cobraron el pan a casi 2€ y lo mejor de todo fue ver cómo ponían tapas con la bebida a todas las mesas menos a nosotros (la verdad que en el fondo nos estaban haciendo un favor xq viendo la calidad de los platos...) y cuando pedimos la tapa con nuestra bebida nos dijo que al estar cenando no nos correspondía tapas (pienso que no lo pusieron por vernos caras de pardillos...), En resumen trampa para turistas , comida mal elaborada, lugar no muy limpio, bebida cara sin tapa y trato de personal mejorable, tenéis a pocos metros decenas de opciones mejores, sinceramente el peor restaurante en el que he estado en León . Edito a 25 de septiembre: Miente, y usted lo sabe perfectamente, pero claro, ¿que me va a contestar? Había alguna que otra mesa cenando porque aquello estaba casi vacío y tenían tapas y platos de comida. De hecho las ponían delante nuestra a la mesa de al lado mientras le comentaban que eso era un aperitivo mientras miraban la carta. Osea, que no, que lo que dice no es cierto. De hecho hay muchas más reseñas que así lo indican. Que depende si criterio pues a uno le pongo, a otro no....y así. Pero que a quien no lo pongáis les estáis haciendo un favor. E insisto croquetas congeladas , quemadas, abiertas por no saber freirlas y recién sacadas de su bolsa, bon appetit!

Acabamos de estar en este bar ya que habíamos pedido reseñas buenas sobre las tapas, y hemos pedido un vino y una cerveza con intención de picar algo además de las tapas que acompañan a las consumiciones tan típico de este ciudad. Hemos pedido dos tostas que la verdad, estaban buenas pero un poco caras, y al ver que sólo traían las tostas, le hemos preguntado al camarero por las tapas con la consumición a lo que ha respondido que en este caso no se sirven ya que habíamos pedido para comer. Es alucinante, sobretodo porque he visto en algún comentario de alguna reseña que indicaba lo mismo que yo, que el propietario decía que se servía una tapa por cada consumición como es típico en León .. ESO ES MENTIRA, o sino nos han estafado. No volvería a este sitio.

Pedimos una ensalada de cecina con tomate y el tomate parecía de plástico, no sabía a nada. ¿y esto cuesta 17 euros? Y 3 croquetas de jamón - 3 de queso, las de jamón parecían de pimienta en vez de jamón, con trozos duros que ellos no sabían ni lo que era.... Además pedimos un bocadillo de pechuga de pollo que aparte no le quitaron la piel que la recubre, que parecía látex...en Fin! Pagar por esto 56€ ??

Acabo de pedir a domicilio y muy mal, he pedido solo un bocadillo de calamares el cual ha venido sin mayonesa a pesar que especifica que la lleva por lo que está muy seco y soso. También pedí una ración de patatas fritas, las cuales no tenían sal y estaban crudas algunas de ellas, otras estaban bien hechas pero estaban aplastadas como se puede ver. (Entiendo que esa responsabilidad recae en el propio reparto pero creo que se ha de tener también en cuenta) nunca había pedido aquí antes y no creo que vuelva a hacerlo.

Acabo de salir de cenar de este sitio con mi pareja y nos sentimos estafados. Nos han visto cara de guiri...o se creen ellos. Porque de tontos no tenemos un pelo. Comida mala, muy mala. NEFASTA. Hemos pedido unas croquetas "caseras" que de caseras les aseguro al 100% no lo son. No sabían a nada. Malas. Quemadas. Un niño las hubiese frito mejor. Todas abiertas. Por si no lo sabéis, como consejo y más teniendo un bar que ofrece comidas, las croquetas se fríen en aceite bien caliente. No con el aceite frío. Porque si no, pasa esto. La porquería de plato que me habéis puesto y que no he devuelto por no liarla. Se suponía que tenían ingredientes variados y a todas les he notado el mismo sabor. A nada. A masa congelada. No vendais una comida como casera cuando no es así. Lo siguiente una sartenada de morcilla con patatas y huevo frito. Que fue poner el camarero en la mesa y las patatas ya estaban frías. Perdona pero no os habéis molestado ni en calentar 1min de microondas. Las patatas duras por dentro, como si estuvieran crudas...y frías. Hemos pagado 30€ y hemos comido con mucho asco, sinceramente. Muy caro para la mala calidad de la comida y su presentación. EDITADO A FECHA 26/09/25: Que mala suerte tuve ese día entonces....el cocinero debía estar con la cabeza en otra parte. Porque las croquetas, esas que nos pusieron, eran insípidas y su presentación, para ser un "restaurante" ,era impresentable. Es que eso no debería haberlo comunicado yo, es que ese plato directamente no debería haber salido de cocina, simplemente. Básicamente, que nos vieron caras de tontos y ya está.... No aconsejable ir para nada a este "restaurante". Hay muchísimos mejores en calles aledañas.

Horrible! Pedimos patatas bravas, mal fritas, aceitosas, la salsa es incomible! La ensalada de cecina, muy mala. Ingredientes de pésima calidad. Y por cierto, el camarero no tiene ninguna idea de qué se trata la carta. Si es nuevo, instruyanlo!! Le pregunté si las rabas eran frescas o congeladas y me dijo que eran congeladas porque León no tiene mar.........

Primera parada nada más llegar a León de vacaciones. Sabíamos de la fama de la ciudad en tema de consumición y tapas. Lamentablemente en este lugar no te dan esa oferta (algo incomprensible dado la demanda). Pedimos 2 refrescos, uno de tamaño normal, otro muy pequeño y probamos las patatas bravas...que aparte de caras fue muy poca cantidad. No volveremos aquí.
