The place is very nice, spacious, and clean. Although the menu could be a bit more extensive, the options are generally very limited: pasta, meats, and appetizers. The desserts are delicious. We tried apple strudel, brownie (nothing out of the ordinary), chocolate cake (it's delicious), and something with quince jelly. The latter isn't worth the wait; its presentation is very simple, as is the flavor.

It was our first time visiting and the place is very discreet, with both indoor and outdoor dining areas. The staff service is excellent, the food is very flavorful, and the prices are within the market range for this type of restaurant. Highly recommended.

The place was empty, I suppose because it was a Wednesday, so you'd expect good service as the only table. However, the waiters' attitude was terrible; we had to speak to them to order or ask about our orders. We asked to speak to the manager because one of the cuts smelled bad and seemed spoiled. They took it away but wanted to charge it to our bill. Haha, I think they need a captain or someone checking that everything is in order. We had a very bad experience today; I wouldn't go back.

The place is very nice, the service is excellent except for the chef, since I ordered a medium-well beef steak and in my opinion it was overcooked, dry and cold and the chef said that it was the correct doneness… from then on everything was very tasty.

Objectively The place is small, nice, well-lit, sparsely decorated but pleasant. The restrooms are small but clean. Arrival was smooth, and there's ample parking. The menu: limited variety. I thought it was a good idea to offer a Lenten menu, but unfortunately, what I ordered was terrible: the worst shrimp ceviche I've ever had, tasteless and seasoned. Awful!! For an appetizer, I ordered an arrachera taco. The meat was delicious, but the tortilla, freshly taken from the refrigerator, was cold and dry; it broke as soon as you folded it because it was so cold. Their cocktail menu is practically nonexistent. If they had 10 cocktails, that's too many. I ordered Clericot to be on the safe side, and it was very good. The mezcalita, with no description on the menu, I definitely wouldn't order again. The price isn't bad; I thought it was reasonable and affordable. The service: Terrible!! At first, I thought maybe it was because of the time of day, but no, the place was only half full. The waiter never came over to offer me anything else or ask if everything was alright. I had to call over whoever was passing by. I finished my drink, and in 20 minutes, they never offered me another one. Definitely: I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. The place only looks good from the outside. The service is terrible.

Staff was very friendly and kind, the place is nice and very comfortable. Meat was extremely tasteless, with no flavor whatsoever. We ordered some "choriqueso" but the plate was cold, raw, flavorless, and not like any "choriqueso" we've ever tasted. If you're looking for a steakhouse, please go look elsewhere, absolutely not worth the money.

We ordered two cuts, a churrasco and a flank steak. The arrachera was terrible, very tough. I ordered it with tomato and no lettuce; it's truly awful. The churrasco was very raw, but it was ordered well done. We don't like complaining to the waiter. I live across the street and we go often, but last time we didn't like it either. This place has a problem with the customer service policy. They're more interested in your money than you have a pleasant experience in their restaurant. The food is acceptable, but the service is not. And be aware that if are you celebrating a birthday or any special occasion and do you want to bring a cake, they're charge you a "service fee" even when they don't help you at all.

Terrible customer service. In their SNS mention that reservations are through whatsapp but in reality no one answers, calls? nobody attends. For a reservation they take days to answer with an automatic message which breaks down the times to make reservations (in which I already mentioned that no one responds) and they end up saying that when they have time they can confirm their reservation (i guess it will take them another 4 days). What a headache.
