A bar with both indoor and outdoor seating. We've often had breakfast here: the cappuccinos and croissants are delicious. We've also stopped for an after-dinner drink, and the service has been quick and efficient. Plus, you can enjoy the sea/castle view.

I visited this café for breakfast with my girlfriend during a day in Lerici. It's located on the town's main street, parallel to the seafront. Outside, in the adjacent square, there are plenty of tables overlooking the sea. The interior, decorated in a true nautical style, isn't very spacious but offers a wide selection of sweet and savory pastries. I had a pistachio brioche with a hot tea. The ingredients are good quality, and the prices, including table service, are fair.

The wait was incredibly long (over two hours for an appetizer and a main course) despite there being very few people in the restaurant. The maître d' was surly and inattentive; we had ordered two grilled dishes and, after a two-hour wait, only received one. The fish was burned (the squid were black). We needed water, and there wasn't even a waiter to ask. It's a shame because the setting is beautiful, right by the sea.

I go to have breakfast with my mother and we are rudely ignored by the two waitresses at the counter who are more interested in their cell phones than in the customers. We had to raise our voices to ask for the order, otherwise we would still be there waiting. Obviously they didn't even know what was inside the croissants, too much effort. I've never seen such disrespect.
