I think it's a good place, it does the job. The coffee is good, nothing spectacular, but good. The food is the same. I think the service could be better; the girls could be more attentive to the customer's needs. Overall, it's good.

The food is good, but it takes forever. The service is nonexistent. They just bring you what you order and that's it. There's no follow-up. They don't try to sell you anything, nor do they come around to clear your empty plates or offer you another drink. The place is comfortable and discreet.

The service is extremely slow. We ordered a cappuccino and two carajillos, and it took over half an hour for them to arrive, and there were only two tables occupied.

We came for coffee, and the options in Lerma seemed the most professional. The dessert was okay. The cappuccino barely tasted like coffee. We were a little disappointed because they only have three coffee options on the menu, although the bar has several brewing methods (apparently just for decoration). The other drinks, while they sound interesting, don't contain coffee and have a lot of syrups and sugar. There are few dessert options. The service isn't bad, but it's a bit inattentive.

Five stars for the coffee, but only two stars for the crepes, wings, and nachos. Today we tried the Buffalo wings, whose sauce tasted like Valentina hot sauce, and they didn't even look marinated; they looked and tasted more like rotisserie wings with Valentina sauce. Plus, they were cold after we bit into them, indicating they weren't cooked to the right temperature. The nachos, which are supposed to have chorizo, barely had any cheese, as you can see in the picture, and only three tiny pieces of chorizo. The waitress, who clearly had no desire to provide good customer service, should at least try to smile a little. Thanks.

Ya van dos veces que voy a comprar en esa cafetería y la verdad el servicio más pésimo de todas las cafeterías de Lerma, el personal ni si quiera te contesta, pedí una orden de chilaquiles y ni si quiera me contestaron en caja, y hace 15 días fui y mas de 20 mnts para que me dieran mi cuenta, el personal de la pasa en bolitas dentro de barra y descuidan a sus comensales, muy mal la verdad no recomiendo ir por las personas que trabajan ahi

Hace 8 días fui a comer ahí con mi novia y se tardaron más de 40 minutos en tráeme la carta, además en la caja te atienden de mala gana y te ignoran
