We set out to find a coffee spot for an afternoon in Lerma on a rainy day. We discovered this cute, cozy café. Our family suggested that the waitresses' service isn't friendly; they lack the spark to serve their customers. We arrived and the two tables they had were occupied, so we sat at the bar. There were more chairs, and they didn't dare to bring us one. While a table was freeing up, our friend stood there. The coffee was lukewarm, bordering on cold. They should be more careful in that regard. The desserts were delicious, no doubt! We'll come back another day to see if they change their attitude and get hot coffee. Thank you ☺️

I used to frequent this café because I always found it a pleasant place with a nice atmosphere and attentive service. However, on my last visit, I was very disappointed. The service at the bar left much to be desired; although the place is still cozy, the service isn't the same. I understand that staff can change, but they should pay attention to these details, as the quality of the service and the preparation of the drinks is what made the difference. Furthermore, I ordered my usual drink, and this time it tasted completely different. I hope they can address these issues, because it used to be one of my favorite places.

Hi, I wanted to leave my review. I went with my girlfriend, it's an amazing place, everything is very nice, but we got a dirty cup. I ordered a latte and they gave me a cappuccino, or at least that's what it looked like. What a shame, we had high expectations. Luckily, I didn't try the food because I think it would have been just as bad, and everything was very expensive for what it was.

I honestly don't recommend it at all. I ordered crepes and they were horrible. The service leaves a lot to be desired, and unfortunately, I saw that the food on the counter had bugs. I saw some white larvae on a cupcake. I reacted, and the manager noticed and brought it back to the kitchen. I think they just took them away and put them back on display. I don't recommend it at all.

The place is cool, but the person who served me yesterday forgot everything. It took her a long time to give me a coffee and a cinnamon roll. And when her friends from the person who served me arrived, they forgot they had customers. They left the bar abandoned, leaving me waiting for my order.

The place is nice, we had visited it twice before but this time we decided to return the truth is the service left a lot to be desired, they didn't give us napkins and when we asked for them they practically threw them on the table, apart from the fact that we ordered a crepe and they forgot so they brought it to us at the end and by the way it was horrible, the truth is I don't recommend it and I won't return
