Although the neighboring restaurants were packed, we were able to be served right away. They are speedy and accurate. My burrito was the perfect size and they went the extra mike to accommodate any request we had.

I've got to say, the lady working the line by herself Friday night a week and a half ago just renewed my faith in Chipotle. I always love the food, but this time it was the service that made me go for 5 stars. Personal service, fast and accurate bowls, great conversation (we chatted about our kids and how virtual learning was going) checked every box. She also managed to help the cashier, communicate with her team about what was needed on the line and give each person eye contact as she quickly and accurately put together some amazing food. Thanks for showing everyone how to make things happen (by your lonesome) when the line is long and full of hungry customers.

Just went to This Chipotle 10 minutes before closing. The new manager that has been here for about two months was helping my husband and I. She was very thorough and extremely nice. She made sure we were takin care of and that our food was fresh and well handled. She was not letting this slow day during everything going on affect her mood.

Not sure what the morning managers name is but he keeps this place on point. The food is always fresh it’s always clean and the customer service is awesome. I drive from Denton to come here. It’s the service and the manager in the morning the brother with the 2 nose rings. Lol He’s awesome how he manages the place. His personality the staff the morning/ afternoon team rocks. Good job.

I don’t write reviews often but after seeing some bad reviews below me I felt I had to…I’ve been in the food and bev industry for 15 years as well as a regular chipotle customer for years-this was the best experience I’ve had at any chipotle I’ve ever been to, not only was my food the freshest I’ve ever had at any location, I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was out in less than a minute. Please recognize your staff because they were great and I will make it a point to specifically come to this location whenever I’m in the area.

This is the best Chipotle I have ever been to. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The restaurant is very clean and quiet. The portion sizes are exactly as they should be. They aren’t crazy but they don’t cheat you and you feel you get what you paid for. Chipotle Lewisville is very well managed!

Everyone here is so friendly and polite. It’s like going to your favorite place to hangout, even when they are busy, service and quality never changes. I’ve been coming here for a while and won’t go anywhere else to eat while on my lunch break. And you can never get tired of this food. It’s fresh and delicious!!! I rely this it’s 10 stars to the staff and management!!!!!!!! Google will only allows 5 😅😅

I cannot explain why this location has a better food. The rice and beans are perfect. It’s not acidic like the others. I tried the one at Grapevine, old Denton , Keller and all of them are hit and miss. however this location gets right every time don’t know what they do, but they are good.

I just ordered from this Chipotle location through Uber Eats, and I couldn’t be happier! The portion sizes were generous, and the food was amazing. Everything was fresh and flavorful, making for a truly satisfying meal. The staff clearly takes pride in their work, and it shows in the quality of the food. Highly recommend this location for a delicious and filling meal!

first of all my quesadilla looks like a explosion. the sides aren't even touching, there is a slight amount of cheese and the contents are misplaced. will be leaving a photo context.(btw your employee cheniyah made this).

Wow wow wow! My daughter just loves this quesadilla! We have been to this location multiple times and they have been perfect without fail, just a few times where they lacked in giving extra of something when we asked. Today, she ordered the sour cream and stuttered, and I kid you not, THEY LAUGHED AT HER!!!! It was very disrespectful but otherwise love this place!

"I got takeout around 7 PM last night. The food was decent. The cleanliness and atmosphere of the store were also good. The disappointing thing was that both the employee packing the food and the cashier had very stiff expressions. They seemed reluctant to answer my questions. Also, the romaine lettuce was not fresh, and when it was my turn, they scraped up the rest from the bottom of the container and gave it to me.

Granted, I go at the end of the day usually, so there bound to be some undone bussing, but this place is consistently disheveled. Today there was a worker, perhaps exhausted at the end of a long day, who just couldn't wrap a burrito, and forgot toppings. Food taste the same as far as quality. Remember also, that the events of the last few years have wrecked havoc with workers and turnover, so one must practice patience

The food was delicious, the timing was horrible. They didn't have any chips in bags ready. They didn't have the plastic little containers to put guacamole or salsa out. They didn't have any tortillas out. She had to go to the refrigerator to get them. It was not organized at all. One of the guys opened up a bag of little plastic containers to put the guacamole and the lids fell on the floor and he still picked them up and put them on the counter used them. Horrible germs

Bad customer experience today. Great food, but the chick who was serving me looked like she was not doing too well. I dont know if she hated me or her job, but she moved with extreme lethargy. When I asked for water she gave me bottled water, and when I told her sorry, i would like a cup, she still charged me for the water. I didn’t notice till after she threw the receipt in the bag. I hope someone cheers that chick up. Pretty poor customer service.

My most recent experience was interesting enough for me to share. Upon entry, before receiving a greeting, we were informed that there was NO white rice. This was no big deal as I was seeking a salad. The issue surfaced when we requested a quesadilla, a clear menu item, and were informed that quesadillas were limited to online orders only. Taken aback, we asked for clarification and were then informed that quesadillas require the use of the quesadilla maker, which was visible and not in use...this required "time" for them to operate. The facility was not busy and there was another worker who was also not busy. This was a quite unfortunate choice in response as the other franchise option is close enough for my family to preference in the future. When options are available, customer service becomes the determinant.

This review would have had a 1 star review if it wasn’t for the store manager Hu Nan I think is name was, handling my complaint properly. I ordered a chicken salad bowl and the night shift supervisor Kevin was the one to make it. Instead of greeting me professionally and ask what I would like ( like he did the customer in front of me), he instead just stared at me. It was awkward and I don’t even know Kevin on a personal level and have never met him before. I asked for tomatoes in my salad but the bin was empty. So instead of getting a new bin of fresh tomatoes, he dug his hands in the practically empty bin and scraped what he could with his hand. Then he grabbed corn with his hand and put it on my food and then he scraped off guacamole with his hand onto my food. At checkout, I asked for a glass of water and he got one and slammed it onto the counter. Again I don’t even know this guy yet he committed these actions. I spoke to the store manager about it and he showed me the video capturing Kevin committing all these unprofessional unsanitary actions. The store manager apologized for the disgusting behavior of his night manager and said he doesn’t understand why Kevin would do such things. As if he is supposed to know better. Apparently he doesn’t. He complimented me with two free meals and he said he’ll talk to Kevin about what happened. It was absolutely unacceptable. Additionally I saw Kevin give free food to 3 of his friends while I was there. I’m not sure if you’re supposed to do that but I’m pretty sure you’re not. Free food to 3 people. 3 of his friends. Wow. I’m glad the store manager tried to remedy the problem but honestly his actions were completely unacceptable and definitely were not provoked. This is not the behavior of a supervisor or manager. I think something more should be done than just talking to him.

Normally when I come here and I have good customer service and spotless.. this visit was way different then normal.. the cashier just stood there looking at me and no greeting. Food was all over the station and I've never seen it look like that .. the same cashier act like she didn't want to put food in the bowl so I'm like can you add extra or I pay for double meat .. do too I see it's coming out your check and your not putting enough for a regular bowl. SMH.. not sure if I'll come back to this one .. I can tell management has changed from the people I was use to .

Service was ok, they had plenty of staff and seemed a bit disorganized. They went from slow to busy in a few minutes. I had to wait for steak to get ready. They were apologetic, but it was chaotic as there was no real flow of servicing the customers. I had to get back in line once the steak was ready to fulfill my order that had previously started, but was tossed once I had to wait for the steak. The prices have increased and they give child sized portions. I was picking up an order for my teenage son. 1 burrito, double wrapped with extra steak and a large drink was $19. I wouldn't return.

if you don’t have chips don’t tell me after you prepare my food, say that before i give you my complicated order. why would i pay $11 just for a bowl when i can go somewhere else and get an entree side and drink for the same price. tldr; have better communication

The food is fine sometimes but Ive been to this location more than I can count and they always have issues with their mobile order times. I know I schedule my pick up times for a reason and when my order isn't ready and I have to wait almost 20 more minutes? I ended up leaving with out chips because I would have had to wait another 15 minutes for them to be ready. Would not recommend using this location for any mobile orders!

We had a late night due to a baseball tournament. Ordered on the app. Went in to pick up the order and they hadn't started the order yet. She started the order, then people walked in. She stopped my order (placed 20 minutes prior) to make the walk-ins order. Finally got mine. Went home and noticed that my salad was a burrito bowl with nothing on it I ordered, other than chicken, pico and guacamole. So freaking spicy I had a hard time eating it. I didn't take it back because we were already eating too late. They needed another person helping to serve and I should have watched closer. Actually, I should have not ordered from the app at all because obviously it's not a priority from a walk-in, no matter when you placed the order. And you can tell them what to put on your salad. I got no lettuce, no fajita veggies, no black beans, no sour cream. But I got rice, some spicy salsa, and cheese I didn't ask for. I have liked this location in the past and will go again, but if they mess up again, I won't.

You know it's not good when the best thing about a restaurant is their dated 'atmosphere'. The meat was room temperature because the heating element on the food line was out. The guest in front of me spoke Spanish to and joked with their fellow Hispanic server and was rewarded with extra amounts of meat and condiments. When I asked for comparable portions ... the seemingly irritated server promptly announced "double meat and extra costs" to the cashier, which were not charged to the guest in front of me. Room temp food and even 'colder' service do not add up to a multi-star rating ... or a return visit.

I ordered through the mobile app, and I had to wait for the staff to prepare my order even after 10 mins of estimated time, and there's literally only 1 customer at that time, and the staff is asking me what toppings do I want when it's a mobile order. Staff is not at all professional and doesn't have the intent to work.

Not sure what was going on today. Workers seemed rushed and chaotic even tho it wasn't very busy. I asked for a little bit of red hot sauce on my bowl, the lady proceeded to pour an entire scoop of red hot sauce on my food.

Ordered a pick-up order, the cashier handed me my bag which seemed pretty small for the amount of entrees ordered. I asked “is this everything?” To which he replied “yeah”. The bag ended up missing mostly everything that was ordered. I returned to the store and told the same cashier that the food was missing. He found another bag on the shelf and was like “oh, here.” No apology or anything. And for that I wouldn’t come back to this location.

This location has gone downhill. I have been going to this location since it opened and I think I’m officially done. I understand we are in a time of inflation in prices, but we cannot have deflation on the portions that we give customers. Or is that what they’re instructed to do? The guy in front me walked out on amount of chicken he was given and the attitude of the gentleman who was making our bowls. He got a dollop of chicken. The attitude he got back at him was a “Do you want it or not?”. That’s one of the worst customer service response I’ve seen on somebody who was not even rude to the worker. When it came to my, the next person who was adding the toppings is the only one that had a bit of compassion and she added more chicken to mine when she saw me cut my eyes at my bowl. Like really are we going to wait in line for 10 minutes for a little bit of food these days? I’ve tried to have patience with this location. It’s time to cut my losses with this location and drive the extra couple miles to go to the main street location.

Went in for a barbacoa burrito but the barbacoa they had was so dry! It looked like shredded carnitas! They said it was reheated barbacoa!! I didn’t get anything at that location because barbacoa should not look the way they had it that day. Then they laughed about it. The food is supposed to be fresh, not reheated.

The food was mediocre at this Chipotle. A lady was complaining about the guacamole being brown and no good. The food servers did not pay attention to us or our order. They were too busy laughing and watching the lady complain. It was not a good visit this time.

Ordered in app at 3:20, showed up at 3:25 and checked in with the cashier. She siad they will start the order. Told to wait and i waited for about 20 minutes watching new customers walk in and getting their orders while i twiddled my thumb. Eventually there was nobody in line and i still didn't get amy burrito for 5 minutes. Very confused why this has happened since it wasn't particularly busy. Burrito was good though!

I arrived right at opening (10:45am) . The outside of the building was fairly poorly kept and broken glass bottles in the parking lot (though I did see staff sweeping as I left). The food itself was very cold and the chips were stale. I would believe it if I were told I was sold left overs from the day prior. The staff were friendly.

Went today 4/13/22 @10:50am and food still wasn't ready. Then while standing in line I see a employee cutting the meat. I promise I had to do a double look the guy was sweating over the meat. Literally sweat dripping off his forehead and chin on to the food he was cutting. This has gave chipotle a major blow to the brand . I honestly can even tell you I would ever comeback . They need to re evaluate their poor choice of manager how can you not see this how can a restaurant open at 10:45 and not be ready? Was a very disgusting experience

I just came in to eat and I’ve been coming here for years but this last visit was the worse. The lady manager there is incredibly rude not only to customers but I actually saw and heard her raise her voice at her employees. The manager was literally yelling about food portions because we asked for extra on our food because it had very little chicken. We are never coming here again they need to get a new manager!

I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this Chipotle. The cashier was extremely rude. She did not say a single word to me the entire interaction, including asking if I wanted chips/drinks or even telling me the price of the meal. Unfortunately I had to ask her about restocking the chipotle flavored tobasco. She still uttered no words but angrily got one from the cupboard and looked around at tables before opening it and setting it on the counter. She was visibly annoyed with me and again, didn't speak. I heard her talking to someone after the fact, so I know she is capable of speech. Frankly I would expect better and will probably never return to this Chipotle.

I don’t review very often but I had to go out of my way for this one. I walked in (12/21 around 8 pm) and stood in front of the first station for a solid 6 minutes with ZERO acknowledgment while the employee literally stood in front of me and made multiple bowls of food for himself and talked about how it’s for all of his family at home all the while I’m waiting to order food. Multiple employees glanced at me and then went about talking to each other and even left to go to the back and keep talking. The lobby was absolutely trashed as well. Finally was able to order and had to repeat my order 4 times and kept getting the same response “huh”. Absolute embarrassment of a franchise. GM should be fired for this trash of a franchise it’s horrible. Either the GM doesn’t care what their night shift does or they know and shrug it off. Either way DO NOT COME HERE. STAY AWAY.

There were 2 people in line ahead of me and only 1 person making the orders. He was doing the best he could, he was polite and took his time with each customer. The manager on duty finally came out of the back to “help” the young man at the counter. He immediately started berating the young man in front of customers about how he needs to speed up and talk louder. He hurriedly took the guys order in front of me. I told him my order 3 TIMES and he still did it wrong because the whole time I was talking to him he kept telling the other guy working about how fast he was at taking orders. Then after he took my order he went back to the back and left the guy by himself with a line of 5 more customers 🙄 I feel like the manager was very unprofessional rude.

I order from this store pretty frequently and don’t have many problems, however on 3/27 y’all literally gave me food poisoning from an order through DoorDash. I have been sick for 3 days now and can barely move. I am a die hard chipotle fan but I don’t think I can ever eat it again after this. Please educate on required food handling procedures.

I don't think I have ever been to a fast food restaurant where the employees were more inept at their job. If your job is to roll burritos, you should be able to do it better than a toddler. If you have trouble finding a tortilla (3 mins to find them) and then can't figure out how to open the bag of tortillas, maybe you should be back in training. There were 6 people there and none of them seem to care or knew what they were doing. 0 stars would be a better indicator of this stores status..

Never been to Chipotle so dirty. Tables dirty. No spoons 2 forks. No knives. Horrible. Felt like I was eating germs. Very dirty. One of the staff in the back wiped his head with napkins.. didn’t even wash his heads he went back to cooking. No gloves! Nasty nasty

If you want to each raw rice grains instead of cooked one, visit this location of Chipotle. I have stopped frequenting this location, every time during lunch hours, the serving people would be scrapping the bottom of the containers to prepare your order. And it is not a one time thing. The franchise owners probably did not train the staff well enough how to handle rush hours and how to be properly stocked up and presentable to the customers.

This location is a hot mess! Online food order wasn't prepared until 30 minutes after the time it was supposed to be available. One customer was chatting with the food prep employee with out a face mask over his mouth & at an angle whereby I imagined he was contaminating the ingredients. Cashier handling food with out gloves or washing hands. Not enough staff to expedite waiting customers & very unclean. I've wondered why my delivery orders were regularly missing items & this was my first (& last) time doing a self pickup. You may want to avoid this location. Chipotle should look to management for an over haul.

Very disappointed in the customer service. Waited online for about 5 mins with no other customers in front of or behind me. Watched as several staff members passed me and said nothing. Then observed one staff member reach in the chip bin as he passed by and grabbed a few and put them in his mouth. No gloves nothing. The work area was not clean and I feel so bad for this locations regulars. I am at chipotle all over the metroplex at least 3-4 times a week. This has to be a fluke for this location or at least I hope so.

I have eaten at Chipotle in probably 10 states and this by far is the worst experience. They charge for salsa even if it comes with your meal. They didn’t want to give us a drink we paid for. I had to beg to get my sides for my quesadilla. The workers get paid WAY too much to be this lazy and rude. Never again here! Management please contact me!

Do not go to this location! They don't acknowledge you when you're about to order, very unprofessional staff, the tall guy with dreads took my order and kept complaining that he'd been making burritos all day (hello? That's your job) and that he was tired. He continued to fold the thing (cause it wasn't a burrito) in a weird manner then gave up half way and walked off saying he was tired and told the cashier to roll it for me. Meanwhile the customer in front of me is still there waiting for his order that they've made wrong for a SECOND time until he finally just walked out and so did I. NO ONE TRIED. What a horrible staff.

NO A/C!! The food was delicious, the staff was very friendly and attentive. But it was absolutely miserable sitting in the dining area TRYING to enjoy our food. 98° in Texas heat and NO A/C?? What is the matter with you? I feel for the employees. Please fix.

I understand the food industry is having difficulties right now. However this is the 4th time I've been to this location in which a preordered meal was not ready on time. Approximately 15-20 each time. This time the order was wrong and my chicken bowl did not have a single piece of chicken. I went back to the location after taking the meal back to work. I asked for the manager and we went through the Burrito bowl trying to find a single piece of chicken to no avail. I requested a refund to the manager Robert who advised I'd have to do it on the website- I did request so for the first time at Chipotle. He remade the bowl for me, fairy quickly. Unfortunately I suspect this will not be my last time there will be issues. No one was rude this location seems to have many inadequacies

I recently visited a the Chipotle on main Street placed an order online and picked up within ten minutes. Today 8/23/22 I decided to go in and order and I usually order half chicken and half beef bowl and a tortilla on the side. I got changed for 3 extra meats and tortillas I never received but was charged for. For what would have cost me $25 dollars at the most I paid $38 for 2 burrito bowls. The so called manager was extremely rude and wanted me to come back to show them what I was given not even a sorry!! The kids working here are absolutely not trained on customer service and over charging customers and then making them feel as if they did something wrong is not a great way to earn business. I will never recommend this place nor spend my money at this location ever again! If the store manager would like to reach out to me I will gladly accept a call to let him know what a horrible experience I have had at this location!

I urge you to avoid this restaurant if you’re a dasher/order DoorDash. I’ve watched them, on multiple occasions, completely ignore the DoorDash orders and only take care of the in store orders. I’ve waited 15+ minutes on multiple occasions just to pick up an order that shouldn’t take more then two minutes to make. Time is money, and this restaurant really seems to enjoy wasting a dasher’s sweet time. It’s a shame, because I’ve had to deny multiple good tip orders just to avoid this restaurant. If you can’t handle the flow of DD orders, disable it. Quit wasting people’s time and money.

The manager, OMG I think my teenage do better than him. But we understand your looking people to work for less money and more hours. I refused to go back at this place and the food was the worst I ever had from Chipotle.

Went to get lunch. Place was dirty behind counter and in the restaurant. Staff rude and acted like they were bothered when spoken to. If you can not have good customer service you should not work in a place as busy as here. All Food was mixed in with other stuff. One girl serving food and checking people out.i don't remember it being this bad with the manager there.

I tried to use my free entrée coupon off of the app. They proceeded to double charge me because I got a half a spoon of extra chicken. I advised the manager that I wanted something different since the portions were not enough. He then instructed me that he was not gonna change my order. I proceeded not to purchase anything since he did not want to change my order and yet he still used my free entrée from the chipotle app when I returned to the store to confront him about it he told me to get out of his store and that was no longer going too serve me anything because I cost him money. I’ve been coming here about once a week for the last 3 months and this is how I get treated by your manager. While I was trying to resolve the issue he had an employee call the cops on me when I asked for what reason he started ignoring me(I waited for the cops). Long story short I just wanted my free entree back because your manager told stole it from me. Didn’t know Chipotle was in business of stealing from the customers.

Sadly, management at this location is not geared towards service. Arrived at 9:12PM, who appeared to be the manager was chastising one of the employees, the line did not have pico nor were they willing to make more. To top it off, they just clean the tables and did not wanted anybody to use the dining area 40 minutes before closing!!!! Pick another location.

The manager gives you the smallest portions even when you ask for double!! Its extremely frustrating you ask him for more and he gives you like 1 extra piece cmon now thats horrible service …. The rest of the staff is great though all very great people

I’m not one to complain not picky with my food but seriously so upset my food was legit cold the rice was hard and COLD! My chips were stale & the coke was warm. Very disappointing when you spend $$ on food because you chose to treat yourself & come home having to stick it in the microwave then it’s just hard stale rice 🙄

The portions have gotten way too small. I ordered double portions all the time. Today I notice it was very light. I voiced my concern to staff but lady manger tried to convince me she gave double portion. At almost $4 extra, it doesn't look extra. This place has been going down hill for the last couple of years. I like Hawaiian Bros on Main St. much better anyway. Really good portions about the same price and way friendlier staff.

This used to be one of our favorite spots. I don’t know what happened but this location is going downhill. The food is not as flavorful as it used to be and portions are getting smaller. Every time we order a head from the app we get less and less food in the bowl. We spoke to the manager and he claimed they were reducing their portions… while I was seeing how they served full bowls to the people ordering in the store. Not going back to this specific location.

Employees were rude and the guy tried to charge me for salsa and he barely gave me any. I will NEVER come to this chipotle again. The food area was dirty, they had no napkins....I ended up wasting my money...even with a stupid bogo. I regret going to chipotle to grab a bite today. Oh, because I asked for lettuce in a sep container instead of in the bowl...he tried to charge me for a extra side, when I got nothing extra. I guess I am having to cook my meal. ugh.

2605 S. Stemmons location. If there was a zero l would have done a zero. First the staff is rude. I asked for white rice he just gives me brown rice. I correct him he gives me scraps that were there not even a full scope l ask for extra he just looks at me as if lm crazy. I ask for beans it’s the same half a scope l had to ask for extra again. Did a second bowl it was the same thing again they just stare at just ridiculous. Then move to the cashier who was rude when l ask for the receipt with my hand out he then throws it at me. Worst ever experience. People who don’t know customer service should just work behind the scenes. l lost my appetite.

It takes a lot for me to write a review but this is one of the worst locations ever and today was the last time. I’ve been here 4 times and every time they are out of pico… at around 7:30pm. HOW??? How do you continuously do this at the same time every time during dinner hours? It only triggers me because it’s literally 5 things for toppings like be serious. Today and the previous time I just left and told them I no longer wanted the food. WHAT ELSE IS THERE? Lol it’s funny but it’s not, food is way too expensive these days to settle for a “you get what you get” attitude. So yes, keep the burrito and I’ll go to the location across on the other side.

Stay around the corner from this chipotle i literally had to choose another location to start going too . Have gotten hard rice on too many occasions. It’s always a gamble on if they’ll have chips or not . And too many times in my salad do I have to resort to getting chopped lettuce instead of the spring mix . On top of them always being skimpy on their portions . I just had to start going to the one in Coppell

Never coming back. We had a very long day and we decided to get some chipotle at 9:40pm (20 minutes before they close). My brother and my mom where trying to decide what they wanted in their bowls and the staff was really, really rude, yelling at them, and asking them in a very rude way to hurry up, cause they had to close in 15min. My brother was asking for double portions because they were serving literally so poor portions, and the staff was SO RUDE being kinda aggressive and sarcastic and he didn’t want to give them double portion because “there wasn’t enough guacamole” but he didn’t even try to get a good portion. I have to mention that the place was empty and we were the only people ordering. My mom who doesn’t speaks english was very confused and scared about this attitude they had, I’ve never experienced something like this before. We are never coming back.

I come here for lunch Tuesday and Thursday. I am a costumer with a history of repeat business. I usually go in store but Today i ordered online. They messed up the order not a big deal. But the manager in charge was very rude about a mistake they made. Will never visit this store again. Please train managers to handle costumers with proper training.

Placed an online order at Lewisville, TX location at 7:12 pm for a 7:30 pm pickup. Received a message that was order was ready for pickup. Head to store. It was 7:38 pm when I entered store. Online orders are never placed on the shelves like they should instead you have to wait an eternity for cashier to acknowledge you. I was told my order wasn't ready. It's now been 30 mins since I placed the order and still no one is preparing my order. The floors are covered in food droppings, counters are filthy and the customer service is beyond unprofessional. Since I wasn't getting my order anytime soon, I ask for a refund since I had already paid when I placed the order. The young lady gets who I imagine to be the one in charge. He offers no apologies and no I can't get a refund since I placed the order through the app. Once again, customer service sorely lacking. I had no choice but to wait again for my order to be made. This is not the first time I've placed an online order and my order is not ready when I arrive and no apologies. I will never return to this location and I seriously suggest these employees be trained in customer service and cleanliness.

The chicken was very salty. I approached the manager and explained there was too much salt in the meat. The manager, Loren or Lorenzo took my bowl and TOLD me to go back through the line and disappeared. I assumed a new batch of chicken was brought to the line. After I made it back to my table(25 minutes into my hour lunch); it was the exact same salty chicken. I removed the chicken from my rice and lettuce and tried to salvage the remaining lunch I had. Chiptole, epic fail on the customer service ; you'll gave ZERO effort!

Do not eat here. We ordered burrito bowls and burritos. The food was inedibly salty. Service was slow. The whole restaurant including the serving line was so dirty and messy. They were out of napkins, so we asked for some and informed them the dispensers were all out, they told us to give them a second, but never refilled them or gave us any napkins. Definitely won't be going back here again.

We came on Friday night. The restaurant was empty. This was the day after the snow so our closest one was closed. We did call to ensure they were open. The girl was extremely rude. Did not fill the portions at all. And was in a rush to get us out. The rudeness was uncalled for and pathetic. A good attitude from this girl would have been nice. We grabbed our bag and went on our way. But never again will visit this location. Abysmal! Thinking about the experience makes me livid.

I placed a mobile order and arrived early, since they are usually done sooner, especially with it being first thing after opening. I ended up waiting in the store for 25 min total. I walked in and I was told “it’ll just be a few minutes” After 15 minutes I had to ask for an update, and they said they still hadn’t started my order. They were short staffed and not able to open in time because of that, but the communication was disappointing. I should have not planned ahead and mobile ordered because at least four people who walked in after me were able to order and get their food before I did, and I probably would have left anyway if I didn’t already pay for my food. I reached out to customer service and all they offered me was a free soda.

I hate leaving bad reviews but others need to know. Workers were kind and great, but I’m so frustrated with the poor food quality. Just so disappointed, quality has completely fallen off. My burrito was inedible because it tasted like someone dropped salt into it. Quality has completely fallen off, I won’t be coming back. Go to freebirds instead.

We drive out, from Coppell, to this location often because the food here is cooked better than our local location and staff is usually friendly. Unfortunately, I'm not sure what changed but we walked in today around 5:20 PM for dinner, we were completely ignored. There were three ladies at the register area and one in cooking area. I stood with my family in front to order, but we were not greeted or acknowledged. No eye contact, no one told us that someone would be with us - nada. Two of the ladies walked right in front of us several times and still didn't say anything or make eye contact. After three minutes of waiting, we walked out. No attempt to stop us or even bothered to care. Sad, since we had come often enough and would normally recommend the location. Not sure if we will come back. Food is just too expensive to be wasted and treated badly.

I recently visited a Chipotle location and had one of the most disappointing experiences. I specifically asked for extra lettuce , only to be told by the employee that they had run out of lettuce. To make matters worse, the staff seemed more interested in their personal phone conversations than in serving customers. I saw several employees sitting around, literally on their phones. The lack of attention to customer service and the unpreparedness of the kitchen left me with a substandard meal and a sour taste about returning to this Chipotle location . This experience was not just disappointing but also frustrating, given the price point and expectations I usually have for this chain.

I tried to give this location another chance. I even tried calling customer service and they redirected me to the store. I called the store and bypassed the IVR and still nobody picked up the phone to remake my entire order. I am missing cheese on both bowls and missing sour cream on one! I am not one to be writing reviews but todays experience forced me to write one. Today 06-11-2022 I made an online order thinking I’d get to finally enjoy an amazing meal after having a long day. When I got home I opened my bowl only to find out the forgot not one or two toppings, but 5 of them. I’ve had times were they forget to add one or two toppings but never 5. I was so disappointed to the point where I actually couldn’t even get mad. I just lost my appetite and put it away. After a long day this was the last thing I would have expected. It’s so bad to the point where I might actually force myself to not eat chipotle again. I hope that no one else ever has to go through that in their life
