Forgot to put bacon on my sister's bacon cheeseburger. Did not have a veggie patty option. The fries were great hot and tasty. The service was great.... I struggled with a 3 or 4 star rating.

Went here with the wife after traveling from Mckinney so we wanted some good burgers. What we got was unmelted cheese on our burgers, missing lettuce on her burger and fries were not fully cooked. Spent damn near $50 for 2 and will say we will not be coming back.

Five Guys has always been my go to for a good burger. Not anymore. I ordered a burger with mustard and it said mustyon the order ticket but it had ketchup on it. I took it back to the store although it was exchanged but I should have been compensated. I was never offended compensation. The new burger had so much mustard on it it was not edible, the bun was not grilled it was horrible.

My friends and I visited this Five Guys location last Sunday for dinner, and we were truly disappointed with the quantity of french fries we received. As regular customers, we are all accustomed to getting a generous portion of fries in the cup, plus a significant amount of "extra" fries scooped into the bag. This time, that was not the case at all. The portion was noticeably smaller, with hardly any additional fries in the bag. Considering the price point, Five Guys is already on the expensive side, but we always felt the value was justified because of the quality and generous portions. Without the extra fries, it just feels overpriced for what you get. We believe this issue is specific to this location, as we've never had this problem at other Five Guys restaurants. Unfortunately, despite this being our closest location, we will not be returning.

The other reviews are correct, this location gives a disappointing amount of fries and often they are not cooked properly. EVERY other location I have ever gone to always completely fills the cup up with fries and then gives you extra on top of that. This store doesn’t even fill your cup up all the way. Our order today, the fries weren’t even cooked all the way. The burgers were fine. The staff was friendly and welcoming. But Five Guys customers expect a portion of fries given the price point. It’s almost like the franchise owner has specifically instructed their staff to under portion just to save on costs. I recommend Five Guys to people but advise them to avoid this location in particular.

Refused to serve me hamburger patties without ordering a sandwich. First the cashier said they can't ring that up in the system. When I pushed back the story changed to they changed their policy beginning of this year. How a hamburger place won't sell hamburger patties is beyond me. Plus the dude had a horrible attitude. 0 stars if possible

This has to be by far the worse location ive ever been to. The food just sucked. I was served old cold frys and my burger we just awful and cold. I love 5 guys! But this location just isnt it, obviously by the other reviews its a common problem here

Typically at five guys, your fries are overloading the cup and there are a ton of fries in your bag. Today I can count on one hand how many bag fries I have. If I’m paying damn near $30 for a meal I expect a decent amount of bag fries. Typically this is never an issue but it has become more frequent

07/31/2024 around 8pm Looks like this place changed their large fries portion. They served me a really tiny portion and when I asked if they changed their portion they said no and nicely proposed to add more fries. However it was still small overall. I went to a different five guys in Plano just ti be sure and the portion was the way I used to. Looks like this place changed their portion, 200g total compare to the Plano place 500g The taste was weird also, maybe the oil was too old.

Literally didn’t even receive the burger with the meat. Just toppings. When we called they were very rude. First time ever eating here and the last. Also bought their 8$ large fry, let’s just say my 5yr old nephew could devour what we received plus more. Not worth the money, eat elsewhere.

Another horrible Five Guys experience at this location. I have been to several locations around Texas & this is by far the worse. The last three times I have come here they have managed to screw up my order. Today me & my wife both ordered Bacon Cheeseburgers. They didn't put bacon on either of them. When we brought to there attention instead of remaking my burger they handed me a piece of foil with old, cold bacon pieces to add to my now soggy burger. I am enclosing pictures to show not only the sloppy way they put together the burger, but the bread was way bigger then the burger patty. The attitude given when they messed up my order was unnecessary. When you are paying $7 for a burger by itself, you kind of expect it to be right. We showed up at 9 pm, well before they closed & were the only ones waiting for our order so there was really no excuse for them messing our order up. If they don't want to work there, they should find another job rather then take it out on paying customers.
