I've always eaten very well, but not today. A slice of cooked ham, some random pieces of cheese, and a few mushrooms in the middle. Terrible. I pointed this out to the cashier, who insisted on being right, saying they have specific quantities to put on the piadina. I replied that it was fine, but that one slice of ham definitely wasn't the correct quantity, especially since I'm a customer and I know it. She didn't insist, and not even in an appropriate manner.

My colleague and I ordered the Nutella piadina. When we opened it, it was completely dry, so I had to throw it away. After half an hour, I had a stomachache!

Unexpectedly disappointed. I ordered a large piada, expecting a very normal piada, not to say overstuffed, but at least with a decent topping. The crust was completely empty, a piada that is also good as a crust, but the topping was almost nonexistent. I politely asked if it was normal and was politely told that the topping was standard, but anyway, it was "fortified," so to speak; once folded over, it became almost edible. If this is the norm, and I hope not, I recommend you revise the standard portion because, as far as I'm concerned, it'll be difficult for me to go back to it, and it's a shame because it really didn't need much.

I've had dozens of piadinas at this chain. The dough is good, but the filling is completely lacking in protein (this has happened at other locations as well). I had salad and bread, with a slight hint of chicken. A lost customer. I remember the piadinas I ate on the Riviera, with three fingers of prosciutto...

The piadina is good, but more than once we've eaten it cold due to a staff shortage (the piadinas are ready there but no one is paying). We went there early specifically to try to avoid this inconvenience, but it still didn't help. Perhaps the staffing system should be reconsidered, especially during peak hours. Furthermore, the fact that the cashier is constantly moving between the kitchen and the cash register isn't very hygienic. In this last order, we also had two Nutella piadinas, which we paid for but weren't given.

I just bought two piadinas to take away, but unfortunately mine (the mountain one) was missing two ingredients.... Mushroom sauce and sausage.... Obviously the price paid was for the piadina I chose, but it wasn't the one I ate. Oh well....

Yesterday at 8:35 PM I went in with my daughter and ordered piadina. They told me I'd have to eat it outside because they closed at 9 PM. I replied that it wouldn't be long and that I could at least sit down. No, I couldn't. I also work with people, I close at 9 PM, but if they're still inside, I wait. Anyway, I finished eating it outside on a bench by 8:50 PM, and the staff had already started cleaning and lowering the shutters by then. I have the receipt that proves the time.
