Devo dire che vado sempre abbastanza volentieri in questo posto. Pur essendo una catena il cibo è migliore che in altri luoghi simili: sia la carne da sola che gli hamburger che il Tex Mex li ho trovati sempre buoni. I ragazzi in sala sono simpatici e cordiali e fanno bene il loro lavoro. Gradisco molto anche le noccioline a buffet all' ingresso😆 Il rapporto qualità/prezzo direi che è soddisfacente 👍🏻

Posto molto carino e pulito. Personale gentile cortese e servizio molto veloce. Il cibo era buono, preparato bene ma non eccezionale. Di sicuro è una buona scelta quando si è nei pressi di Limbiate

Classico e accogliente Stile old wild west. Qua mi spiace constatare che le opzioni vegan non siano tali in quanto cotte sulle stesse griglie meat, per il resto ottimo

I come here very often to eat, and I've always had a good experience, the food arrives promptly and is above all hot, while the last time was very disappointing because in addition to my usual sandwich we also ordered chips with cheddar and bacon and we received cold and dry chips (after they had forgotten to bring them to us), I pointed out to the girl in the dining room at the time that the chips were old, I asked her if it was possible to have new ones and she came back 2 minutes later with the same bowl and the chips evidently reheated in the microwave, obviously inedible and still a waste of €6

Food was great, there is something for everybody in their menu. Service was fast. Prices are reasonable. Staff was very attentive, kind, welcoming and helpful.

Ottimo servizio come sempre, peccato questa volta per la quantità della carne ( petto di pollo Tagliata Mackenzie ) l’ho trovato molto duro, nervoso. Peccato

I panini vari e abbastanza gustosi voluto provare qualcosa di diverso tipo nachos ma fortemente delusa, la carne praticamente inesistente e nascosta da qualche fagiolo. Piatto sconsigliato!!!! Per quanto riguarda dolci e caffè bell' aspetto e anche gustosi snche se il prezzo Po esagerato

We decide to eat dinner here. Place is good food is good too but the service I was disappointed. I asked the waitress if there an Additional cost if I change the side dish of the menu and she said no. So I said to change it on grilled veggie than the fried fries. When we’re done and go to the cashier they asked me for the additional cost. I said that the waiter told me that it doesn’t have any additional cost and he just told me that the waitress was wrong and the excuse of this man saying that the girl was new. So I said to this man then you must inform your staffs then. And he don’t even apologise for this so I get mad and said things. “ i do did asked for information so it’s your organisation wrong for things how you train your waitress so it’s probably the restaurant responsibility this thing and you don’t have to let me pay for this additional cost, you give a wrong information to an costumer you you need to get your responsibility to occur this situation I don’t poop money even though it’s just a 2,50€ it’s mean a lot for me. Or else I don’t even change the side dish if it’s there’s an additional cost”. At the end of the undeserved situation he just keep quiet and pretend nothing. Which means I should pay this additional cost. It’s insane!

Delusione totale. Ho scelto di andare in questa catena per mangiare un hamburger che non fosse McDonald's ma purtroppo il livello è uguale se non peggio. Lo spessore dell'hamburger è imbarazzante e per 14 euro mi aspettavo di meglio...adios e non mi rivedete più

Non ci siamo… al momento dell’ordine chiediamo di una promozione (caraffa in omaggio con un coupon). Ci viene data una spiegazione non corretta e quindi non valida al momento del pagamento. Inoltre, cosa molto grave, viene portata una coppetta oreó con biscotti andati a male, tutti rammolliti, come aperti da tanto. Chiedo spiegazione alla cameriera e mi dice che è normale, che il biscotto è proprio così. Decido di non volerla più (avendola già mangiata in altri oww e quindi sapendo com’è ) e me ne viene proposta una versione senza biscotti. Dopo aver detto di non volerla, a distanza di 5 minuti, mi viene riproposta la stessa coppetta, questa volta con il biscotto che magicamente è diventato fresco e friabile. Non torneremo sicuramente più.
