I usually come here at night. My favorite items are on the late-night the Munchie Meal Menu. I go through the drive thru, and the line is never too long. I usually waited about 5 minutes from the time I placed my order to the time I have my food and driving off. The place looks clean and the workers seem young, clean-cut, and not distracted by workplace chatter. I can't say I've seen anything wrong with this place in the last 3 months.
Today's visit to Jack in the box was pleasant. I was greated as I entered the door. The staff person at the register was patient as I reviewed the menu. My order was taken thoroughly and accurately. I waited only a few minutes and the same staff person brought my food to the table at which I had sat. She asked if I needed anything else and returned shortly with with my request. I observed as several tables were cleaned. Then a staff person came by to inquire about my meal quality. The food was good for fast food. The one staff person I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. There are lots of places to choose from for a quick meal in the area. I know I will return to jack in the box.
Delicious! They serve breakfast for dinner, major plus for me. My husband and I ordered DoorDash quite often and we love Jack in the box. Their food is always so fresh the eggs. Oh my gosh so delicious.
It's fast food at 2:30 a.m. The person answering the speaker was prompt and professional, the food came out perfect! Hot tacos, hot fries, burger was ordered with only ketchup and had only ketchup. Perfect stop for a late night hunget-fix. Thanks Jack In the Box! :-)
Unfortunately, they changed the large chicken tenders item to include only 5 tenders, but they did supply plenty of dipping sauce and it's usually sufficient. The drive-thru service was fast and courteous and wait times weren't too long.
I spent the last 30 years avoiding Jack in the Box because of the horror stories I heard about them as a child. I'm glad I finally got the courage to try it. This was the freshest, tastiest fast food burger I've had in years! Not sure if other locations are this good. It came out so fast I was worried that it would be thrown together clumsily with Luke-warm ingredients. Everything was hot and fresh and the staff was super friendly. I'll be back every week until something changes.
So boom this is my first time having something from them outside of the day I ordered 50 tacos to feed the houseless. Today I got some mini churros, I had the munchies I just left Taco bell but who really eats the twists eh either way filled churros are the best I came through drive through shawty was mad respectful. I asked for my churros fresh and guess what they were...not redipped or blanched if u wanna be fancy 🙄 fresh...and THEY WERE FRESH... Great service thanks I will be coming again soon for 50 tacos. Walked into this restaurant. Had to call out to somebody to come and take my order because nobody was around. I was told it would be just a minute, but it actually took 10 minutes. The food is excellent. I got the sourdough, jack and eggrolls. A little pricey, but still delicious. It’s worth it.
I'm am so happy they are open 24hrs. Everyone is extremely nice there and always smiling. And the food is awesome especially the curly fries always fresh.
Idk... I usually jack outside of the box...just safer that way. Oh yeah I like fast food too. Especially after I.... don't eat out for like a month or two. 🤑🤭😋

When I go there, I order my food and certain way, because there are some things that I cannot eat. Jack N The Box is one of the rare establishments that allows this, and I am so grateful. I work nights so when I visit Jack in the Box it is after 2 am and I go though the drive through. The food has always been hot and tasty. Service is fast and polite. The location is somewhat hidden but worth the search.
I couldn't tell if the app had put my order through so I went inside to ask. The cashier was incredibly sweet and she got my order together immediately. The food was great.
Got the Ultimate Cheeseburger and a slice of New York Cheesecake. They were really good!! I've never been to the new ones since i figured they were crappy like they were in the late 70's and 80's. They're not even close to the old ones!! Good for you JITB!!!!
I had a great experience at Jack in the Box thanks to Miguel! He was very friendly, professional, and made sure my order was correct. The food was fresh and delicious, and you can tell he takes pride in his work. Great customer service and a positive attitude. Definitely appreciate employees like him!

A blazing fast and a whole lot of yummy cheesy goodness munchie meal which comes with a choice(mine us the best of the best ultimate cheese burger with white cheese, yellow cheese, mayo,mustard and Ketchup which BTW the reason I always ask for these ingredients where ever there's a burger in the itinerary) two sides and the drink. Ten bucks well spent that share with your co pilot or maybe you're being rewarded with a delicious meal for being the GOAT. Thank you for having an amazing team at night who enjoy what they do and show pride with food that's supposed to be just the way I like it.
Straight up....I love these Tacos.... especially fresh out the fryer.....thanks Jack and Colorado keeping and bringing the restaurant back.....I hope Greeley Gets one that's what missing and when I was homeless in a tent eating ramen noodles got old but I but some effort to it, like your services do...God Bless Jack n the Box

At first my order was sloppishly made. There was very little toppings on my curly fries. But amazingly they remade my order with great passion to do better. They remade food was much higher quality and the employees made my experience a very enjoyable one in the end.
The food here was great and the service was amazing. Love the cheeseburgers here. The fries were good but a little cold. The ladies' bathroom was gross. There were no towels to dry my hands.

When I went, there was an issue with the speaker that delayed ordering and food prep times. They got several items wrong on our order despite confirming multiple times. They also forgot items in our order. THAT BEING SAID, when I went back the next day, they made it right without hesitation. The workers here truly care about their customer service. Definitely would go back.
The service at this one is always great. They always get my order right.... The only downfall today was I ordered 3 jalapeno poppers and got 1... Ordered breakfast, one item was a plate with scrambled eggs and French toast sticks with extra syrup. They didn't bother letting us know they had no syrup. And I'm not sure if they were also out of napkins and silverware you know to eat scrambled eggs but we also got no utensils or napkins. Food was good though that's why I'm getting a three stars instead of one or two
Now.. my gripe is about late night availability. The food (when available is great!!). But all too often they've got a cone across the drive thru. OR if not.. There are simply way too MANY items they're out of (IF YOU'RE A 24 hour a day OPEN you should have constant deliveries of product to make and SELL to your customers) 04/2023 thru 07/2024.
We came here because I was craving a burger. This location was on our way home off Highway 85. This is a new location for my children so they are really undecided when ordering and all the staff was very patient with them. Let's discuss the interior of the restaurant though, not much was working or filled like napkins, lids and soda machine is out of order. My little king of hamburger ratings has given the Supreme crossaint have a4 out of 5 rating. Mini pancakes were good but no butter was given with them just syrup. Onion rings were super crunchy. We also waited about 10 minutes for our food. The food was delicious though. That was for the status of the restaurant the restrooms were without toilet paper so we had to use paper towels and throw it in the trash of course. All in all I would give this restaurant a 3 out of 5 stars if out of 5 stars the food was good but the building was not presentable.. They did offer 10% discount for military as well. The staff friendly I won't forget that. Thank you Jack in the Box!

I come here very often. I work late and this is often one of the only places open. I came through the drive through tonight, waited 20 minutes in a line that was NOT moving and I was stuck as people were piling up behind me, only to be told I couldn't be served unless I was picking up an online order... so I waited ANOTHER 15 minutes just to get the rest of the way through the drive thru line.. I waited a total of 35 minutes in a line and left with no food at a place that advertises strongly that they're 24 hours
Honestly I have never seen so many workers doing nothing. It took 17 minutes to get my salad and the ranch was ranch dip. So disappointed.
Usually order online because it's too far food is good but they removed the munchie meal specifically only on delivery websites. Kind of ruins half of the point of delivering them at all anymore
I came here on my way to work to get a coffee and some egg rolls. The egg rolls were okay they were out of coffee. The prices aren't accurate on their drive-thru menu. I also am very disappointed in the high prices they charge for the menu items. I realize there's inflation but the prices do not match the value.
I thought coming in at 10am would get me a fresh burger but not so much. Grus and onion rings were hot and fresh but burger was very disappointing. I’ll hit Wendy’s next time
Only one employee working the night shift. When your one of the only spots open 24hr hours stupid idea. Ordered 8 tacos and and oreo shake. Moreover shake was great. But the tacos that I waited 10mins on where Luke warm product with rubbery texture. Tacos need to be cooked for the full time always. No exceptions especially when u wait for 10min and looks like he cooked them for 1min.
Out off all jack in the box restaurants I've been to this one had the worst service. I went at 4:30 today Nov, 26th through the drive through while it wasn't busy at all. The girl over the intercom didn't make me feel welcome she started with "go ahead and order". I "went ahead and started ordering" I ordered a number 8 and wanted a monster taco she replies "we are out of that taco" no apologies no suggested replacement items. I finish my order. I get to the second window she hands out the drink and tells me the price, without and welcome or anything. She asks if I want any sauces I reply yes please plenty of taco sauce, she doesn't say anything and leaves the window returns and opens the window half way and holds out my bag of food and as I say thank you and grab the food she just closes the window and walks away. Top all that off, Not a single sauce in the bag. This was the most disrespectful way I've ever been treated at any food place, especially when I'm being polite and respectful even throughout the entire ordeal. Remember I was the only car in the drive though so the was no need of rush or shortness. I only gave 2 stars because the food seemed like it was sitting in a warmer for a long while and service was way below par. I do not mind changing my opinion if a manager tries to contact me

Tonight I give Jack in the Box two stars any other time I would give them 5 stars....7/21/2020 they had 3 staff members working we choose to go inside and order the drive through was busy. We had to wait to order and then they did not fill our orders until EVERY CAR had received their order they also told us they were out of the mini tacos yet while we were waiting they filled several orders of them for the drive through.Not a Thanks for coming no note that we were leaving. Service sucked for the first time sense we have been ordering from them. Very disappointing.
Every time I visit either my order is wrong or missing something. Last time it was a Chocolate cake for my mother, didn't get it, called about it and they claimed it was in my order, but they missed a taco as well and didn't recall my order having tacos! I had my receipt too, (how do you think I called) unfortunately they're so slow or short staffed in their dining room (by design it seems) they got me for a tiny, overpriced, dessert! It's a sign I guess!
Couldn't even place a fork in the bag when ordering the loaded tiny tacos, you've got to pay attention to the orders of the people who come through the drive through, which is too much for some people. I even tried to go inside to just grab a fork and go on my way but at 745 at night the doors were locked. Jack in the box is normally one of the better fast food restaurants but apparently here in Denver the quality of help is very limited so you've gotta take the best bad you can i suppose.
Twice I have ordered a whole bunch of food and so finally order the number 14 WITH CHEESE. They go as far asking if I want cheese, and give me 6 chicken strips in the number 14 box. I’m so tired of paying for this combo and receiving a totally different meal. The food tastes good BUT IT IS NOT WHAT I WANTED AND VERY DISAPPOINTING. The fact this has happened not once but twice demonstrates this must happen A LOT.

Order took forever to make, and it was awful. Too spicy for my family to eat, had more hot sauce than cheese. Looked like they were made on autopilot. Every time I eat here no matter the location I get sick. I will never go back. The food never even tastes that good. I have been in locations in multiple cities and even different states. Always the same thing. And they don't even have that great of service. Takes forever and the employees seem like they don't even want to be there. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Blaahhh I have never eaten at any Jack in the box and not thrown up and had diarrhea soon after eating. My husband got super sick too and he usually has an iron stomach for any food.
We waited in line for about 30 minutes which were dumb for, ordered a good amount of food, they let us pay, then asked us to move up to a space in the lot. Ordered $30 worth of food online and was charged but the website said declined. Tried again - declined. Tried a third time - declined. My bank account was charged every time ($90 worth of charges). Waited in the drive thru for 20 mins before an employee came out to say he wasn’t going to make any more food. Now I’ve got $90 worth of food to dispute with my bank and I completely wasted my time, it’s also too late to order anything else so I’m hungry and down $90. 👏 great job.

This place is disgusting I was in the drive through watching the workers through the window and one of them is handling a dirty ladder and cleaning the vent filters with gloves on them gets off the ladder and starts handling the food while playing with his hair whiteout changing his gloves he was handling the food with filthy contaminated gloves on top of that we sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes to get our food I don't know how this place is still in business it's disgusting
I try to give this location the benefit of the doubt many times even though they continuously mess up. Never again. I bought the 17.99 8 piece hot and spicy tenders with sauces, only got 6 and no sauces. I pay for them, because I want the right amount. Oof. 😣
I ordered a bacon cheese burger, bun was very very oily.... I went back and asked for another burger because that one was not up to par, the very snotty cashier said something to whoever was in the back then says to me that the gm said I'd have to pay for another if nothing was wrong with that one. I'm saying what's wrong, but that was not enough to exchange it or even offer a refund. Cashier needs 101 on customer service for sure. This happened Saturday about 3 pm
8/14/22 at 1:20am: Probably the worst experience I've had in a drive-thru. I work with people every day and understand how stressful these jobs can be. However me and my girlfriend where talked down to, given sarcastic remarks and overall felt uninvited to spend our money here. I won't be coming back and management should do a overhaul on staff.
The worse experience EVER! My family and I went thru the drive thru and we were missing our cheesecake, chocolate cake and 2 orders of fries, but first let me mention they were closing there doors at 6:30 pm on a Sunday when they’re schedule on the window says there open until 10:00 pm. So back to the order we had to get back in line and when we explain the issue to Brenda she said she couldn’t do anything for us because we did not get a receipt from the other employee when we first got our order. I tried explaining that to her and she acted like she couldn’t hear us at the drive thru so we had to drive up to the window. It was obvious that she and other co workers were drinking on the job. When we originally pulled up she was just locking up the doors and she allowed my daughter and I to use the restroom and we saw alcohol and a few cup’s on the table. She was using profanity and laughing saying that she’s a nice person obviously mocking us. Very unprofessional.
I've tried ordering and picking up from this location multiple times in the past few weeks, and there's almost always some issue going on. System down. Loading truck blocking the drive thru. More than once the worker at the window was smoking and high. Do not waste your time or money on this place.
Rude employees, probably the rudest I have ever seen of any fast food chain I have ever been to! Got rudely snapped at multiple times while ordering. I get it's the graveyard shift, but it's 1am, it's not like it's busy or stressful; there was 2 cars in the drive-thru, TWO! 1) Yelled at us to "wait" on the intercom as soon as we pulled up. 2) Man on the intercom was very rude, impatient, sarcastic and snappy. 3) Rushed us through the entire ordering process. 4) Got snappy because we asked for a sprite (which was out of stock) and when we asked "what else they had" the man on the intercom said "anything but sprite." 5) Rudely proclaimed they didn't have onion rings when asked. 6) Lastly, slammed the window in our face after handing our food to us, even though we politely said thank you (and yes we had to check the food for spit.) For the first time in my life I made a complaint with corporate. I am now awaiting a response from a representative. As for management: Stop acting like you care and actually DO SOMETHING, we aren't the first to make these complaints and we surely won't be the last. DO. SOMETHING. How many 1 star reviews do people need to write before someone is held accountable?
Literally just went through the drive thru, ordered a #4 burger and the new double smash combos I ordered the combo with no cheese, large regular fries and a large sprite. Food was fresh and came quickly which was good, however, my large fries WERENT EVEN HALF FULL! WHEN YOURE CHARGING 17$ FOR A FAST FOOD COMBO, FILL THE FRY CONTAINER DUDE! SERIOUSLY! spending 25$ on ONE COMBO and a burger is ridiculously expensive already, then you stiff me on what I pay for. Completely unacceptable
I don't know what is going on, but this location is properly the most poorly managed Jack in the Box I've been to. The staff is rude, has difficulty taking orders and takes their frustration out on customers apparently. They are under supplied, out of multiple soft drink flavors, milkshakes. Looked like this location is also understaffed with maybe two people running everything. I feel bad for the employees for working in a place so poorly managed. They are obviously getting overworked and too much asked of them and it shows clearly at every turn. No wonder the staff seems like moments from having a meltdown.
This place left me speechless. I pull up to the drive thru and they tell me "we're only doing one combo meal per car right now." Well I guess I can't grab a meal for my co worker who was paying separately. I was only able to order the muchie type foods on the menu. Then at the very end she tells me "oh and we're card only right now." Well guess I have no choice here. Food was mediocre at best. Not a good look.

Came around 1am and I waited at the mic to get help for a while. They totally didn't know what they were doing. When they finally helped me, I place my order through the mic and when I got to the window they said they didn't have my order in at all. Like if my order didn’t exist. They kept saying that I didn't order thru mic when I clearly did and kept repeating the same thing. He told me I was going to have to get in line again to order. I didn’t because the line was really long. Very rude and unprofessional.
I bought a munchies box for lunch, Spicey crispy chicken sandwich was like jerky, curly fries were rock hard and the tacos had old brown and dried out lettuce on them and the taco itself was pretty old as well. went to this location at about 2am for something quick to eat. there was a cone in the drive thru lane preventing cars from going in. i then noticed two women dressed rather inappropriately inside so i went in myself to order. the cook looked at me and said “you tryna order?” i said “yes” and he replied with “nah, we’re closed. drive thru is open” i pointed at the cone and said “no it’s not” to which he didn’t respond. not sure why i wasn’t able to order but the other two women looked like they were waiting for food
The lady that was supposed to be running the drive thru was out side with her boyfriend who didn't work there. She knocked on the window to tell the cook to take the order. Then she let him in the lobby, 2am and the lobby was closed. I wouldn't have even posted this review but her boyfriend stared at me the entire time, I was waiting for my food through the window. Made me super uncomfortable, I just came to get food, should have went to Taco Bell.

I just worked 14 hours for Nelly to not give me extra pickles after she had it on the screen after I asked for it. Then when I came back around. She tried to charge me an extra dollar. Then when I asked her why she's charging me she said I can have 1 extra pickle. Horrible customer service. June 5 at 1140 at night. Naily? Nelly? Please train her on proper English. If I ask for extra pickles, that's extra pickles on top of the one that you put on the sandwich. It might bring you more customers if you actually put some effort into the burgers. I don't want to taste a pickle in 2 bites of my sandwich. I want to taste the full flavor of everything the hamburger has to offer. If you guys only put one pickle then there's a reason why people prefer McDonald's. I ask for extra pickles and it's free and I get 5 pickles at MCD and then she wants a dollar after her mistake? Even if I don't ask I'll get 2 or 3. But one pickle is pathetic and sad. One tasty corner right? Step up your burgers.
The service doesn't even deserve a star!! Normally I'm not one to complain... This visit was the first visit that I have had to Jack In The box in years and I will never go back to this location!! This lady who strolled in off break apparently, was one of the rudest ladies I have ever met in my life.. Waited in the Drive-Thru for no response just to go inside and be treated like a pile of dirt no thank you!! NO RESPECT
I went to drive thru and person who took my order was a good person but when I went to grab my food and eat is very grease and the chicken was uncooked and grossed is too expensive for the food I received. I don't recommend!
When I walked in the place was dirty. The manager was leaving her shift. It took 5 minutes for some lady to say we will be with me in a minute. 5 more minutes and then ordered. Food was cold. They had no big burgers for their meals. It tasted nasty. And the whole dining room smelled like feces. No vents in their bathroom. There was a trash can holding the door open. So the entire placed smelled.Nasty is all I can say. I won't return ever.
Horrible food. Fries taste like dirty a fryer and are covered in burnt breading from other food. Burger was spongy and off tasting. Inedible.
My brother and I stopped by Jack in the Box for a late lunch. To start things off, the drive thru rep was impatient and rushed us to complete our order. Second, once we got to the window, the guy that helped us was not very friendly at all. He took our payment then gave us our food and just had a not so nice attitude. I was saying thank you and he just walked away with an attitude. Now most fast food places I have gotten some pretty nice people that work there and do their best to give good customer service. Not at this Jack in the Box location. I will be avoiding this location and go somewhere else to eat.
Fries were somehow both over and underdone in the same container. The egg roll was still cold in the middle. I know fast food employees are just trying to get by at work, but I would prefer my food wasn’t prepared at the same time the worker was using their phone. Might have been faster? If I ever visit again, I’ll be sure to get stoned out of my mind to cope with getting an order of cheap, deep fried tacos.
Dont come here at night, night crew serves cold food and asked for a large got 1/4th of the box of fries. Extremely disappointed. Gotta get what you pay for.
Apparently its 24 dr thru but i came here at 4:40ish in the morning and I saw employees inside sitting on there phone possibly waiting on the next person, but as soon as I got to the speaker absolutely dead quit sat there for about 5 to 6 mins and nothing, now if something was happening to where you cant take orders then say something, this place went down hill fast
I've been going to Jack in the Box since I was a kid in CA. When I saw that they opened this Jack in the Box, it was great. Great service, friendly people, and not late fast food. Now I'm sad to say that this place sucks now. Many times I don't go to the drive thru because they always mess up the orders. The drinks are missing, fries are not in the bags. My brother claim to them that they had some tacos missing and the employees didn't like that. When we got home, we saw that some of the tacos didn't even have meat and put only cheese and lettuce. That's really ridiculous of them and honestly it is sad that it has gone down the drain the location. It used to be great, now it's a joke. Update 3/8/19: it says 24hrs but they’re closed for 20 min now. But the car before me got his order. They should just close down this location
How can this location stay in business? Half the time you get to the drive thru menu and they tell you that they can’t take any orders because their system is down and others times they are out of something. This is why we stopped going. Then after about a month it’s the same problems. Nothing has changed. Took our business elsewhere. Don’t plan on ever going. Today was the final straw.
Went thru drive thru around 10 waiting for several minutes before they would even take my order...a ck bacon ranch NO TOMATO! I CLARIFIED THREE TIMES!! HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER FIVE MINUTES IN PARKING LOT for them to bring me a "fresh" sandwich. Clarifying again no tomatoes! So what they bring me? A sandwich with tomato. Then they don't answer the phone. How hard is it to do your job and listen! And to make sure it is made correct!!!
I showed up at 2:45 am on march 7th and was told they were on a break. I asked for how much longer and was ignored. I showed back up at 3:16 am and was told they still had 20 minutes. This is bull. They were rude and not good with their time. I do not appreciate them not doing their job being the only fast food place open for miles. They need to be evaluated and monitored because they have wasted my time and now I’m not able to get food on my break due to the people taking a break longer than they are designated to take. Horrible service and a waste of time.
Food was made to order but came out cold. Not the best burger out there for their price. Also their loaded fried were lacking flavor and toppings
Pretty pissed off customer. Spent over $30.00, asked for bacon cheddar fries, got all the way home, no bacon cheddar fries! Just nasty, soggy, curly fries! Tried calling but they won’t answer so I will be going up there tomorrow!
I am sitting waiting for my order and watching through the frosted windows and there are see through Jack heads where there is no frost and was watching the workers and one was doing maintenance with food service gloves on and touched his hair and then proceeds to grab a whole bunch of hamburger buns on top of touching his hair and putting them on the little thing that toasts some and he never changed his gloves this whole entire time as I am watching him and now he's going up again doing some more maintenance probably on the vents that have the filters yet and he has not changed his gloves after touching people's foods this is pretty disgusting
Takes two hours to get your meal here don't recommend
I'd give it a zero if I could. What an absolute waste of time. I ordered a bunch of food, waited, then was told someone stole my food. Instead of remaking it they just let drivers pile up until the order was canceled. Then when I tried to reorder the entire thing they've kept me waiting for hours also ignoring drivers. It's now 5am & never got food. What a lovely waste of time.

Order was completely wrong, ordered 2 chicken supreme combos, straight stem, fries were wrong. Ordered curly fries got stale chips (yes deadass). it was half assed. matter fact whole order was half assed. I understand its late but no reason to disrespect costumers like that. Gave us the stem and cream special. Pure mayo and white steam lettuce. Tomato wasn't even red more close to yellow orange. Seasoning on the bun had more flavor than the chicken. Chicken for real was like bread. Cheese wasn't even melted and was breaking like a dead leaf. Bro probably spit too. I wouldn't be surprised if they did. MEAL OF DOOM NEVER AGAIN. FELT LIKE A SIN EATING. I CANNOT SLEEP THIS ORDER HAD ME CONTEMPLATING LIFE. Worker wasn't even in uniform what is this. This the type of meal you eat after losing a dare. DO NOT RECOMMEND. (Yes picture below is how I got the fries put of the bag) Decreased my life span by 10 years for sure
My order was completely wrong the staff could understand English very well so I was over charged and they didn't give all of the items that were ordered. Place was clean but and staff was nice just very hard to communicate
Called this location over and over about my order. Lady picked up, didn't speak English and hung up on me. Took an hour and a half to get my food.
They are NOT 24 hours the woman working the drive through tonight 11/15 approx. 2:30am HATED her life and clearly her job too, watched her turn 6 cars away very rudely screeching out " WE ONLY TAKE ONLINE ORDERS" than was PISSED I actually pulled over and had my husband do an online order( as a pregnant girly I'll do anything for my chicken tendys from Jack ) 😂 was petty and didn't sauce our mini tacos or give us the right drinks, and it obviously wasn't because they were busy! worst experience I've ever had at Jack in the Box. I eat at the one off of 52nd and Kipling regularly, at this point next time we'll just take the 20 minute drive next time.
Ummm......... How are you only going to have the place open for online orders but the drive thru is full and now I gotta wait in line to not order my food ........ Ugh. Maybe you should have some signage???
Zero stars is more like it. This jack in the box is horrible. My first bad experience was receiving a molded breakfast sandwich about year or two ago. (Previous review) Now, my boyfriend and I were constantly throwing up all night after eating jack in the box. He had an ultimate bacon cheeseburger meal and I had some loaded mini tacos and curly fries. They serve people spoiled food and make them sick. Get it together hack in the box. 🤢🤮 I urge everyone to stay away.
Somehow my previous post was deleted but I’ll continue to post this so it doesn’t happen to someone else. Plain and simple, I ordered a breakfast sandwich and they gave me a moldy croissant. At first, I thought it was just black stuff from the stove but shortly realized no, it was MOLD. I’ll never eat at this place again. Please inspect their food before you eat it people. I just visited this establishment on 1 Aug 2020, first let me say that the young lady working the drive thru window was very polite and friendly. But the tall young white male was just completely rude and unprofessionally unpleasant. I simply asked for a little more cheese on top of my bacon cheese wedges and he insisted that I pay extra. I have visited many Jack in the box throughout the west to southwest region, and not once have I been told to pay extra for a little more cheese. I think that young man needs a lot more retraining in customer service. He really needs to change his tone towards future patrons.
Went to this resteraunt specifically ordered a fish combo with no chese. Please look at this photo and tell me if you see why I'm complaining ! Went again today 3-15-2020 ordered fish combo and simply asked for fried with no salt. I get the order and noticed the way the window person/ manager was looking at me so I pull out the drive thru and check my order everything seems fine till I looked at my fries I just put ketchup on. Sure enough there's a hair on them ( see photo ) . pull back up to the window and there's this fake concern and surprise. Is it really a bother to make fries without salt. If so let me know and I'll return to this establishment once the pandemic is over !
