Mathieu took amazing care of us, great wine tips and amazing food. My favourites were the oysters with shallots and the lobster risotto. Will be back again soon. <3

We found this place on our first night in Lisbon and what a first meal it was! We had the mackerel, a white bean hummus, and the catch of the day, all of which was exceptional and proudly locally-sourced. We also had some delicious Portuguese wine to go with our dinner. The owner was incredibly attentive, helped us pick a wine we liked, and explained the dishes to us. Honestly, this place set the bar high for the rest of our meals in Lisbon, and I would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful meal here. Fresh ingredients and wonderful presentation and everything tasted delicious. The owner is very nice and friendly and he made sure that we had a wonderful time in his restaurant. This was the best meal that we've had so far on our trip to Portugal. Highly recommend.

I love food and trying different cuisines and different approaches that chefs use to prepare their dishes. This restaurant is a place that others who approach food like I do should try. The chef is an amazingly talented lady who combines French and Asian influences to traditional Portugués dishes. The front room staff and owner will make you feel very welcome and offer a great selection of wines that pair well with the dishes that you select. Very friendly and welcoming ambience and decor. I highly recommend that you try them. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening with them!

Well I'm speechless 🙊, the place is amazing. I've been twice yesterday. Once in the afternoon for a couple of drinks and then later for dinner. Firstly the host is an amazing guy who makes you feel welcome and comfortable with the classly but contemporary theme and a damn good playlist. I don't really like most wines but I asked him to surprise me, I was definitely surprised how much I like his wine. For dinner I had the Picanha rossini with the Black garlic fondant potate. The taste and presentation of the the food is exquisite as well as the cocktails. The only sad thing was I walked in for dinner in a t-shirt and shorts and when the food came to the table! I felt so underdressed because the food was so well dressed lol. Please try it, you will be surprised.

Génial ! La nouvelle carte est en cours d’élaboration et du coup, on nous a proposé une planche de fromages d’exception accompagnés de super vins. J’ai adoré le gorgonzola et le Crozes-Hermitage. MERCI !! 🙏

The owner is incredibly friendly and the atmosphere is laid back and wonderfully cozy. Between the excellent wine and absolutely stunning food it's hard not to have a good time. They have a mixture of wines by the glass or by the bottle. Not all wines can be had as a single glass. We had the fish of the day (red snapper) and the slow cooked pork and both were incredible. The wine reduction sauce for both were perfect and the fish skin was a wonderful crisp texture. Finally the cheese plate may have been some of the best goat cheese I've ever had.

Great experience for our first night in Lisbon. Always prefer to support independent restaurants and this place far exceeded expectations, even after reading such great reviews. The food speaks for itself, the locally sourced produce cooked SO well and innovatively. But the lasting impression is the service, genorous time and care is taken with each table to explain the food and suggest wine pairings, felt very at home and relaxed, highly recommend.

Mathieu is very knowledgable and is more than happy to explain anything on the menu. Amazing service, food and drinks, will definitely be coming back often ❤️

The owner of this restaurant also works as the waiter and he is simply fantastic. The food was great, interesting and very well tasting. Wine pairing perfect. We wanted to stay for hours. Treat yourself with a visit here and you will not be disappointed!

I simply cannot believe this place is not on the Michelin guide or star list yet. The preparation, presentation, and atmosphere were simply amazing, and so was the owner. Every dish we got had care, love, and simple yet impactful ingredients that made the dish beautiful. Major compliments to the chef, and a simply unforgettable Lisboa experience.

Bonjour, je confirme, ce restaurant est super, le patron prends le temps de nous expliquer son fonctionnement, en français biensur, s’adapte au goût de chacun, en l’occurrence ma femme étant enceinte, il a adapté son menu en tenant compte des restrictions. Nous n’avons pu goûter que le menu unique du midi car ne ne pouvions pas y retourner le soir en rapport à notre séjour, avec regret, mais le soir il propose une carte avec différents choix, Cuisine pas forcément typique portugaise mais entièrement avec des produits locaux portugais, un petit peu gastro ( en tout cas le midi) mais un vrai régal. Nous avons pu goûtes des goûts différents de d’habitudes et c’était excellent

We literally stumbled here and learned they had only opened 10 days before. Lucky us !!! The owner of Pata is amazing and the food is pure reflection of his knowledge and passion. I can’t say enough about the quality of the food or the people. Wonderful place and I look forward to returning as soon as possible. Small small small locals hot spot.

Went here on our first night in Lisbon. Had a warm welcome by the owner. Who told us all about his wines, the food and Lisbon. I would go here again!

한국인 리뷰가 없어서 좀 불안했지만 전체적인 좋은 리뷰와 평점 4.9를 믿고 예약했다. 피게이라광장 뒷골목을 지나 가파른 계단을 몇차례 올라가서 좌회전, 우회전을 거듭하다보면 도착!!! 구글맵없이는 다시 찾아갈수 없는 위치, 그 위치에 보물이 숨어 있었다. 도착하자마자 사장님이 문앞에서 반겨주셨고 아담하지만 깔끔하면서 세련된 인테리어에서 편안함이 느껴졌다. 유창한 영어 실력의 사장님이 메뉴와 와인에 대해 자세히 설명해주셨다. 후무스, 제철생선(yellow tail), 돼지등갈비, 감자, 버거를 주문했는데 모두 포르투갈 로칼재료를 가지고 건강한 조리법으로 만든듯, 짜지 않으면서도 재료본연의 맛들이 느껴졌다. 무엇보다도 과하지 않으면서 친절한 사장님의 서비스가 최고였다. 한국분들 중 관광지에 흔하고 비슷한 식당에 지치신 분이라면 pata gastrobar 방문을 추천한다. 건강한 음식과 로칼 분위기의 식당에서 제대로 대접받는다는 기분으로 식사를 즐기실 수 있을것이다.

This was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. The staff is so friendly, accommodating, and great at suggesting food and wine pairings. I WILL be thinking about this experience for the rest of my life. If it doesn’t get a Michelin Bib in a year I’ll move here and do their advertising for free.

A hidden gem in the heart of Lisbon. A cozy French Gastro bar with magnificent tasty food and good variety of wines. The dishes are prepared by the owner, who also takes time to go to our table and welcome us. Definitely, a place to come back. Great and friendly service makes a great difference.

This is a Michelin star experience. It’s only a matter of time before this restaurant gets one! We originally tried to go to another restaurant but it was full. That restaurant recommended Pata. When we arrived it was fully booked as it’s a small restaurant (so book early!) Mathieu, the owner who also waits on every table recommended a cocktail bar to wait for a table later in the night at 930p. He took my number, tried to reach me but couldn’t so what did he do…he came to the neighbouring cocktail bar to tell us he had a no show and that we could dine earlier - what service!! We are so lucky…what an experience…the food is fresh, unique and quality controlled by Mathieu himself. He provides the best wine recommendations and food pairing and the chef is divine. The atmosphere is perfect with Mathieu ensuring a friendly vibe “like home.” He also has a ton of patience as one in my party is very particular about her steak being chargrilled. He spent 20 minutes ensuring he and the chef understood what that meant and then accepted the challenge with a drive to make it perfect…the picky eater stated that it was delicious! Don’t hesitate and book yourself into this classy restaurant before word gets out and reservations become impossible!! Mouthwatering dishes recommended: Yellowtail fish, Zucchini appetiser, Pork, Cheesecake

Echt een fijne verrassing. De gastheer was vriendelijk, had veel humor en liet duidelijk zijn passie zien. Hij nam de tijd en gaf goed advies over de wijn. Het eten zat vol onverwachte combinaties die verrassend goed werkten. Veel smaak en aandacht in elk gerecht. Ik snap niet waarom het hier niet vol zit. We hadden een topavond. Echt een aanrader!

We shared 2 starters, 2 mains, a cheese and 2 desserts… Each plate was beautifully presented, perfectly prepared and the taste was oustanding!! I went here for wine while waiting for the laundry. Kind of accidentally stumbled here. I saw oysters on their menu but it's outdated due to new ownership. I settled for wine instead and great company with the owner. Super chill and cool French dude. I really wanted to try their food next time. It's a small and cozy spot with a hint of French. Highly recommended.
