Parlo solo dei pasticcini visto che il resto non l’ho provato ( caffetteria e snack/piadine ) La fiamma è una delle migliori che io abbia mai assaggiato così come il cannoncino al pistacchio , anche le frolle per metà al cioccolato sono fatte veramente bene 👌
Quick review during my coffee break: excellent pastry shop and cafe. Friendly staff, fair prices. As a literature teacher, I'd add that I'm one of the few to spell "arte pasticc"i"era" with an i in the suffix "-iera" (preferable to the one without the i, while "pasticceria" never has an i). "Spiegone" aside, this is a place I recommend.

Con solo 1€ ho mangiato una torta semplice ma molto gustosa. D'altronde è vero che le cose migliore sono le più semplici. Mi permetto di consigliare al personale di essere un pò più sorridente verso il cliente. È così bello entrare in un locale e 'avvertire il calore' di un sorriso.
What can I say... I read the reviews and... it must be luck, breakfast this morning, cappuccino was ok, croissant was very good and we even had seconds... good service... I'll be back :-)
Breakfast: coffee and croissant, good, with plenty of fillings. It's a shame about the service; the croissant was on the tray, resting on two napkins. I couldn't pick it up and put it next to me at the table.

Premetto che spesso piuttosto che scrivere una recensione estremamente critica, mi astengo, faccio passare del tempo, do una seconda possibilità, perché una giornata no può capitare.... Ora.. Il locale é vicino all'ufficio, quindi comodo, spesso mi fermavo a bere il caffé la mattina con i colleghi, fin quando non era piú accettabile la lunga attesa, inoltre ricordo che l'educazione si mette sempre al primo posto. Se pur sono la prima ad essere felice che la loro qualitá sia decisamente migliorata negli anni, se pur a giorni alterni, e premetto che non sto dicendo che é un posto che consiglierei... oggi mi vedo costretta a puntualizzare una professionalità da parte dello staf.. Assente! Per pranzo piuttosto che ordinare con le piú famose App, abbiamo deciso di farci fare un toast e una piadina semplicissimi da gustare in ufficio. Dopo un'attesa interminabile il risultato é quello in foto. Avrei voluto riportarlo indietro, ma non avevo ne voglia ne tempo. Peccato perché, tralasciando il pancarrè che personalmente abolirei dal commercio (gusto personale) l'imbottitura se pur fatta alla maniera di mc Donald's (senza criterio e alla come cacchio capita) il prosciutto era anche commestibile, ma il tutto era freddo. Tanto valeva che chiedessi di tagliarmi due fette di formaggio e prosciutto dirette dal frigorifero. Ora.... Lo vedi che non é stato "tostato" e che risulta della consistenza di quando hai tolto il pane dal sacchetto. . Non puoi fare finta di nulla. Idem la piadina... E la piadina fredda é ancora peggio... Che sia stata solo l'ennesima giornata no? Certo é che non ci ritenteremo. Consiglio alle ragazze dello staff, se siete insoddisfatte del vostro lavoro, non é colpa dei clienti.. Un sorrisino in piú... Buongiorno, grazie, prego, mi scusi.... Le basi dell'educazione diamine!
Ho comprato una cheesecake ai frutti di bosco. Portata a casa e, cercato di mangiarla (ma era immangiabile)dopo 15minuti dall'acquisto il risultato è quello della foto. L'unica cosa commestibile era la frutta (che infatti nella foto manca). 12 euro presi e buttati via! È finito tutto nel cestino dell'umido! Per non parlare del servizio...a malapena ho ricevuto un buonasera. Mai più!
PASTICCERIA DA INCUBO!!! Mi reco tutte le mattine in questa caffetteria/pasticceria visto che è l'unica nella zona aperta alle 6.00 anche se ultimamente non sono precisi nell'orario . Di recente mi sto trovando davvero male: persone che non sorrido sembrano frustrate( voci di corridoio sembra che non vengano pagate ) . Poi pasticcini veramente pessimi , molli sembrano che sono lì da una settimana
My husband and I stopped for a snack. We had two coffees and two desserts. My pasticciaotto was soggy and the cream inside had runny. It was a single block of gelatin. It was clearly not fresh. I brought it back and pointed it out, and they told me they had been fresh from that morning. They at least gave me my money back. The coffee saucers were also all chipped and nicked. Never again.
Today I go to the bakery, and nothing seems to have changed. At the cashier, I show a voucher for coffee and pastries, but they deny the validity of the card, saying they've changed management. This isn't mentioned anywhere; in fact, they're even more rude. This is also evidenced by the many negative reviews. Working with the public isn't for everyone.
The products are even good, the pastry shop looks very inviting from the outside, but the staff is awful and rude. The blonde girl is annoyed and bothered. I definitely won't be back!
This pastry shop is in decline! There's an employee who's always sick, constantly coughing without covering her mouth, truly rude and unhygienic. It seems like they like being seen doing it! They can't lift a chair quietly when cleaning, they make a deafening noise, it's like being at a rock concert, like those who throw and break the railings. Mr. Owner, please, we need new staff who are kind, polite, and have good manners.
There's an employee who's always minding his own business; when the bar fills up, he always slips away! He has zero desire to work. The pastries are inedible, and they're even marked up by an extra €0.50 for a mini. They've changed owners; if he doesn't get a move on, his investment will be lost within a year. Broken tables, holes in the walls, bathroom doors with faulty locks. Not to mention the paper towels; now they don't even put those on the trays anymore, it feels like a soup kitchen.
Does the owner of Falconieri read the many, many, absolutely negative reviews!!?? They mainly refer to the rudeness and lack of empathy of the clerks...not to mention the terrible quality of the products...then the macchiato coffee costs €0.20 more for the milk...but not even at the bar across from the Duomo in Milan do they charge for 2 drops of milk!! Personally tested!! However, in this bar the situation is not changing, in fact it is getting worse...and it has been going on like this for a long time now and no action is ever taken....honestly, even by the managers of the place I find it truly absurd!! Many of us are wondering how it is still open!! This entire long introduction collects the thoughts of many people I have spoken to and who, like me, have had absolutely negative experiences!! In fact, yesterday I had an argument with a really rude and aggressive clerk!! It is unacceptable for an employee to raise their voice at a customer!! All this just because I told her she seemed annoyed...that word started an endless argument on her part, and she was the first to raise her voice!! Anyway, before leaving with my friend, we responded in kind!! We didn't let the frustrated saleswoman trample us!! Change your job, you don't know how to deal with the public!! We won't be returning to this place again!! Unless you change the staff and the quality of the products!!
The girls at the counter are usually rude, but I never expected to witness a racist incident. Management must take serious action for the rudeness and unacceptable behavior of their staff. With such behavior, they have lost not only our trust, but also two families who are regular customers.
I am deeply disappointed and shocked by what happened at this restaurant a few days ago. I was with my sister for a simple break, but what we experienced was an episode of gross disrespect and racism. The girls at the counter were distracted and uninterested in the customers, busy playing with a dog instead of paying attention to the order. When my sister politely pointed out the mistake and reminded them that priority should be given to the people being served, one of the employees reacted with unacceptable aggression. It wasn't just rudeness; the girl shouted racist insults, even trying to approach us in a threatening manner. This shameful behavior shows not only a lack of professionalism, but a profound disdain for foreigners. We decided to leave, and the same employee threw the coins on the floor in contempt, a humiliating gesture that no customer should have to endure. Those who work with the public have a duty to maintain respect and courtesy, regardless of their personal frustrations. Offending, discriminating, and attacking is never justifiable.
Unacceptable behavior from the staff. This morning I witnessed a truly unpleasant incident: a foreign customer was treated disrespectfully and aggressively simply because of her accent. The staff spoke to her in an offensive tone and even threw money at her instead of handing it over politely. This all happened after the woman had simply asked politely to be served while a bartender was chatting and playing with a dog instead of working. I consider this behavior grossly disrespectful and unprofessional. I hope action is taken and that the woman reports the situation as soon as possible. It is truly unacceptable and shameful to witness such racist incidents in Italy in 2025. We cannot remain silent and do nothing about this.
Today, Saturday, September 5th, in the morning. We had two coffees with croissants. Indifference and, I must say, rudeness are rampant, especially from the blonde girl at the counter. Besides not caring about the customer, even with a smile, she was asked for a little water. Her response was, "Take it if you want it; the jug is right there." GUYS, basic manners are the foundation of everything, and she has absolutely no basis. Absolutely to be avoided in my opinion.
This morning I went to the Lissone location for breakfast, something I do every day with my husband. The membership cards to save a little money are no longer available, and Alessandro, the bartender, has been transferred to Nova Milanese. He's a very professional and friendly guy. I'm sorry, but you've lost professionalism and reliability, and also two customers.
I went for breakfast because I was passing through for work. I ordered an empty croissant and a cappuccino. The girl at the cashier didn't even look at me because she was too busy talking to her colleagues. She looked annoyed and served me what I'd asked for on a tray. The croissant was plain, and the worst part was the saucer under the cappuccino, which was ruined and flaked...it put me off having breakfast. I definitely won't go there again!
