The Old Wild West has become a true routine for us, an event that my wife, my two children, and I look forward to every chance we get. It's more than just a place to eat; it's the perfect place to unwind, have some fun, and spend quality time in an atmosphere everyone loves. The atmosphere, recreated in perfect Western style, is always a plus. The setting is meticulously designed, and our children immediately feel immersed in an adventure, which helps make the wait for their food less... "anxious"! This is one of the main reasons we love returning: it's a family-friendly restaurant, where you feel at ease even with two small children in tow. The service is, without exception, impeccable. The staff is always kind, smiling, and incredibly patient with the little ones, a detail that makes a huge difference for us parents. Orders arrive promptly and there have never been a hitch. We always feel cared for attentively, but without being intrusive. As for the food, we're always satisfied. The menu is varied and has something for everyone. The kids love the burgers (especially the one with fries, of course!), which are always tasty and filling. My wife and I love everything from the classic ribs (very tender and well-glazed) to the more "adult" cuts of meat, always cooked to perfection according to our requests. The ingredients seem good quality, and the portions are generous. Old Wild West is thus confirmed as our ideal choice for a casual family dinner. It's an experience that combines good food, excellent service, and a fun atmosphere. It's a guaranteed success for a carefree moment. Highly recommended for all families looking for a tasty and stress-free dinner!

The sandwiches are very good, and I also tried the mixed grill with three cuts of meat. Two were very good, and one was so-so, but only because it was full of sinew. The ribs are tender, but there was too much barbecue sauce. Overall, it's a very nice place, and the staff is always friendly, though not always attentive.

Located right next to the cinema, so it's convenient before or after a good movie. You get a 10% discount with your ticket. The staff isn't very talkative, but they're attentive and courteous. The beer selection is good. The Kentucky salad is excellent. The tacos were a bit disappointing, but that's because we expected them to be a bit bigger. The food served to our table was good.

A mio modesto parere i piatti sono molto buoni ma i panini non sono all'altezza. Prezzi un pò troppo alti e cosa più importante la carne dei panini è precotta, se si vuole scegliere la cottura c'è un supplemento di 2/3€.

Nice place, never disappoints. Old Wild West is always a guarantee. Regarding the service, on this occasion I have a comment: if a table orders two medium Cokes and one Coke Zero, don't bring three Pepsis! They don't taste the same! When ordering, it would have been enough to specify that the menu says Coke but that Pepsi is served, so guests have the freedom to choose.

mi sono recata lì ieri. non ho neanche mangiato perché ci siamo seduti alle 7.15 e alle 7.35 non avevamo ancora ordinato. cercavi di chiamare la cameriera ma ti guardava sorrideva e non veniva, non perché era impegnata , ma perché era al bancone a parlare con altre tre cameriere. noi ci siamo alzati e siamo andati via. non ci tornerò più, sopratutto se ho prenotato un film

Servizio pessimo (lo fanno anche pagare €2,00) Poi sostituisci il contorno da un tipo di patatine fritte ad un altro tipo di patatine fritte e fanno pagare €1,50, erano pure molto scure ovvero fritte troppo quindi lasciate più di metà nel piatto. Non sanno proprio come fregarti i soldi!

The place is located inside the UCI Cinema in Lissone. We waited a few minutes for a table, and were seated around 8:00 PM. From that point on, we were completely abandoned by the staff, who ignored our requests to take our order three times. Finally, at 8:45 PM, we decided to leave since we hadn't ordered yet... I can understand the workload and the total lack of staff, given that three or four people were serving, but I don't see how this could be a problem for us.

Because it's as good as it gets, but really 0 out of 0. Terrible service is an understatement. We arrived at 7:20 PM, and they let us sit down at 7:30 PM, which was fine, but we waited half an hour to place an order. Even though we asked twice and they gave us a terrible answer, no waiter ever came by to take an order, and I'll tell you more, the few times they did come by to bring food to others, we called them, but they pretended not to notice. So after a 40-minute wait for an order, we left without even being able to order. Never again. Absolutely avoid it, even if it's the only place to eat before the movie. It's absurd. Learn to be kind and know how to manage everything. Working with the public won't be easy, okay, but being like this isn't.

Disappointing experience. As soon as we arrived, we were assigned a table right at the entrance, which was uncomfortable and unpleasant. We asked to change and were told "just choose another one," only to be stopped by another girl who said otherwise. Eventually, they seated us at a table next to the cake counter, still in an awkward position, with lots of staff coming and going, as well as delivery drivers. We asked to move to a quieter area, but were told that "for organizational reasons" it wasn't possible. The service was confusing, unwelcoming, and lacking the slightest attention to the customer.

The older, balding waiter is incredibly rude, arrogant, and boastful. He should change jobs, or better yet, be fired immediately. He ruins the image of this place, which is also frequented by very young people. P.S. Besides his rudeness and arrogance, he was much more interested in the soccer match on TV than in doing his job properly (he probably never succeeded). Best regards

We waited 3/4 of an hour standing outside when there were free seats inside, the service was too slow and incorrect, but the food was good.

Never coming back again. Payed €9.50 for a very small portion of food (wouldn't have been enough to feed a dog). "Mex Mix" was supposed to be spicy, there was no sauce and when asked for a spicy sauce, this was not for free as one would assume.
