Date Night Blasts from Sonic! And...as you can see, she loved it! The Trick or Treat Shake will surely satisfy the highest level of sweet-tooth you could possibly have! WOW! As always, the staff members were downright awesome! Fast, friendly, helpful, & impressive as ever! Keep it up! You guys are amazing! Thanks for helping our night go so right! We will be heading back here real soon to get another of her new favorite holiday blasts before they go! 👍 (Not kidding...She sent me these photos, see?! Haha! 😊)
Kristine, Kareana, Kes are amazing people! It’s rare to find people willing to make a positive difference in some ones day. God bless these 3 women and you better be taking good care of them! We have to go back to wanting to take care of the people who take care of our business. Keep rocking ladies, and you will continue to do great things!
My payment wouldn’t go through and they took way too long tonight. I had things to do so I just left.
Love coming here and just enjoying the taste of the food and drinks. Even though at times they are really busy… it’s worth it sometimes to just be patient.
Are you kidding me? Of course, everyone needs a foot long coney with cheese and onions at least once a month. Servers need to get back to running food out and serving the customers. Taking orders should be someone else's job.
The food was good, fresh and hot. Service was friendly.
My husband and I just left this location. We enjoy a sonic drink from time to time, but these drinks, I did not hit the spot at all. The sonic app is making it harder to receive half price drinks. Therefore, we paid full price, which came out to be $7.41. This is a lot for one medium unsweet tea with peach, and a large dirty Dr. Pepper. My drink tastes like it has mango flavoring in it instead of peach. My husband drink tastes like he's swallowing dish soap. As a dual income family, who work very hard, and spend hard earned money on treats, do better!
Good food, however this is by far one of the worst Sonics in central Arkansas. Service is way too slow. I ordered DoorDash and had four drivers messenge me saying "Sonic is working slow" and then my order got cancelled. It doesn't take an hour to make a cookie dough blast and a strawberry limeade. Please hire better workers who actually care about their job
As usual, sonic disappoints. After many disappointing orders, I won't be eating My sonic. It's over priced and my dogs don't even like the leftovers, which is super weird since they love some human food from time to time
Absolutely horrible! Should have known we first pulled in. Outside was filthy and trash can were full of garbage...it was only 11am. Shouldn't judge a book by its cover, but in this case the cover tells the whole story. Only ordered drinks, which were packed with ice and very little drink. Paid in cash, and took fifteen minutes to get some of our change back. The staff looked disheveled and dirty. NEVER AGAIN!
So it’s $1 chili cheese coney day so I bought one… dude comes to my car and delivers my hot dog after a long wait—-no napkins or forks.. on a chili cheese coney! No big deal, I press the button to ask for the missing items. No response… wait 5 min.. pull out my phone and write this review, still no response by the time I’m finishing writing this and pulling out. . Absolutely unacceptable
If all you to pay with is a card you probably shouldn’t go here. That’s typical of most sonics since there readers are outside but this one wouldn’t take my card inside the store to run. Told me she couldn’t read the numbers so I gave them to her from a note in my phone. She said she couldn’t take my phone but I could come over and read them to her. Why can’t you enter the numbers at the terminal I’m at? Then the guy on the phone acted like he couldn’t understand my complaint. Not sure if he was incapable or unwilling. Still didn’t get the food right. So after I waisted 30 minutes of my time I went to Arby’s. Just like everywhere else in this country that were able to run the card with no issues. I mean sonic didn’t even try to take my money.
I’ve never experienced issues when ordering throughout the day so I need help with the night shift. First, does this location close at 11pm? If not, please consider updating the hours for customers. Second, does this location only take in app orders after 10:30pm? If so, why does the app advise this location is not taking orders? If my understanding is incorrect, please correct me if I’m wrong. I didn’t complain my first visit bc I wanted to give Trayvon a second time to turn my experience around. However, tonight, my experience was the same. My issue is, if the website says this location is open until 11pm, why are the lights off when customers pull in? Why am I unable to place an order at the stall? Tonight I watched several customers drive off bc Trayvon said this location only takes mobile orders after 10:30pm and to order in the app but it was turned off and we were unable to order. I’m irritated! My daughter works across the street so there are times I’ll stop by on the way to get her when this location is open after 9pm. I’ll leave early and go to David’s burgers to avoid poor service.
Uber is already not my style but every blue moon i have to. So I got sonic today. Why did they not cover the whole or use a different top. So my ice cream had to be thrown away, because they could have sneezed, stuck a finger in or or just spit in it.
Extremely rude service. I came around lunch time, so a busy time which I understand, not a problem at all for me to wait. I had a mobile order so I arrived and tried to enter the number of the bay I was in and it didn’t work. Tried multiple times and it didn’t work, not a problem I understand the system malfunctions. So I waked up to the building and waited for help from an employee. Again I do not mind waiting as I understand it’s busy. Eventually this lady that worked there saw me and asked why I was up there and I just explained the issue, “I have a mobile order, tried to check in, but the app is saying the bay is not available, and here is my name.” She goes in this annoyed tone “you should’ve tried all the numbers surrounding it” and just walked away with nothing else, as I understand because it was busy and no one wants to deal with a customer with technical problems then. So I try the numbers surrounding it as she told me to do, and none of them were working. So I just kept going down the list of numbers of each bay to test if it worked until I got one to work. But the number of the bay was not near my vehicle, so I waited near the building still. Eventually she comes out again a few times and when she had a second I let her know “hey I did this bay here just as a heads up for no confusion.” Then this same lady goes “why would you do that, that was a bad idea because that car is right there now… you shouldn’t have done that because now you can’t do anything” all in this extremely rude and unprofessional tone. And then without letting me explain she just walked back inside so I waited again. And then after a few minutes later she comes out to go to a different car but then in this same rude tone goes “you’re just going to have to wait here and hope someone brings your order out,” which then she started to say as if she wanted to yell at me. Then I waited and another waitress brought my order out and I collected it. This is by far one of the worst customer service interactions I have ever had and a complete shame that I made an order to this restaurant and was told “you’re just going to have to hope they even bring it out.” An absolute shame as I enjoy sonic, but now considering no longer being a customer at this location again.
Ridiculous behavior from the staff 1/4/26 at 8pm. Checked in for a mobile order at 8:05ish only to leave with nothing at 8:40. They were cancelling speaker requests and ignored me when I went up to the door for help. I had prepaid for a mobile order and had to sit with customer service for a refund. Pitiful behavior
I am not one to normally complain, but this was by far the worst sonic I have ever experienced. Rude workers, lazy, and have no care for the quality of their work. Waited 30 minutes in an empty lot for 2 waters and 2 burgers. Only after pressing the button we were served after waiting 30 minutes. And to no surprise, the order was wrong and cold as if it had been sitting there for a while. If you're looking for a quick bite to eat, do NOT go here.
They made my drink, nasty and horrible. The service is horrible. Jay Jay is very rude and disrespectful and has deplorable customer service. He did not offer to remake my drink or give me a refund. I had to suggest it. This is the one Chanel
This location wasn't too bad before, but has gone way down hill. The burgers have been very soggy laying in pools of grease, the tater tots are extremely crunchy and cold, and the drinks taste terrible. They will all leave an aftertaste in your mouth. You can tell the machine isn't being probably cared for nor run correctly. The cooks are awful. Even with an order on the app a while before arriving, and not even 2 other people at the location, you will be waiting forever. The employees goof around and never pay any attention to what they are doing. Many take take their own sweet time and don't put any effort into their job. We won't be returning.
BEWARE, they tried to scam me. I paid with a credit card, but the carhop said it didn't go through because their card machine was down. So I gave him $6 then checked my bank account and the card payment actually went through. I waited 5 minutes and he never returned so I pushed the button and requested a refund. The carhop returns with a death stare. I ask for my money back and he hands me the $6 and walks away without saying a word. DISGRACEFUL!
Ordered my meal at the parking stall. After 20 minutes, I rang them up again and asked if my meal was almost ready. They lost my order. I told them to forget it. I’ve always enjoyed Sonic. This was the first time I went to this location. Never again. 👎👎👎👎👎
Would give zero stars if possible, my mom and I sat for over 10 minutes and no one gave us the light of day, hit the button to order two times and it got reset both times with no answer, this place has gotten so bad they won’t even serve customers, only running mobile orders.
