Great atmosphere with a cozy feel. Sit at a table, a booth, or the bar. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Menu is extensive and good for kids. Great place to take the whole family as we did. The food is very good. Warming the plates just a bit more will help with eggs which of course are hard for all of us to keep warm. The overall experience was amazing and more than made up for any slight flaw, ergo the five stars.

The food was very good; however, I was disappointed with the restaurant’s weekend seating policy. Our group of five, including one child, arrived at different times, and we were informed that all guests had to be present before being seated. As a result, we waited approximately 20–30 minutes. While the food quality was excellent, this policy negatively affected our overall experience.

Visited this restaurant for brunch during a recent trip to Little Rock. It is over on Chenal so it it close to many shops and some of the hotels in that area. It was crowded during my visit so the parking lot was full and it took a little work to get a parking spot but not too much time. Due to the size of my table, it took us about 15 minutes to be seated. If the party was smaller, we would have been seated much more quickly. Even though my party's size was large, our order was taken and served pretty quickly. Our server and other staff were friendly and attentive during our visit. I ordered the Big Ben omelette and it was prepared to my specifications. It was served with grits and a biscuit and while they were good, the biscuit did not seem fresh. That is pretty much the only knock I have on my visit. Overall, good restaurant and I would visit it again.

I ordered the brisket tacos with some fruit. I also ordered a frozen margarita. I did the seasonal flavor. My apologies for not remembering the flavor. It's a nice and clean restaurant. The hostess opened the door for each customer. My wife and I sat at the bar, and the bartender was very attentive to everyone sitting at the bar. The brisket tacos were good, but I'll try something else next time. The frozen margarita was the highlight.

BEAUTIFUL establishment!! I went with a group of six, we used yelp to preregistration for our seating, we waited about 10 to fifteen minutes after the registration . We ordered (from left to right) French toast, cowboy scramble, breakfast burrito, brisket scramble, another cowboy scramble, and the signature toasted yolk AND those donuts with caramel sauce 😄 the food was really good and brought out faster than we expected with all our orders at once, but the group sizes that were leaving the establishment after eating were majority five plus ✅✅✅ s they have experience with groups. We will def eat there again.

The omelette was bland. They didn't offer salsa or anything to go on it. The grits were pretty good. I couldn't eat the biscuit because I'm gluten free, but my sister said it was good. The service was just okay, too. We didn't get drink refills or anything. I was really disappointed.

I'd love to give Toasted Yolk 5 stars because the food and beverages were delicious, and the service was amazing (ask for Jojo, she was so kind and attentive and professional, yet friendly!). But I can't go higher than 3 stars simply because of the manager, Tony. My mother-in-law ordered a sangria, which was served in a tall stemmed wine glass. After her first sip when she set the glass normally on the table, the stem broke and shot out about an inch long piece of glass wine stem across the table. The red wine based drink spilled all over her lap before she was able to grab the bowl of the broken glass and set it in her water cup to prevent further spillage. Jojo, a busser, and two other servers immediately rushed over to help clean the mess, they even kindly made sure my MIL didn't sit back in her chair before it was wiped down as well. I noticed one of the servers flag down someone walking past without stopping to help, who I later learned was Tony, the general manager. He came over while others were helping, and told my MIL that this happens regularly, just with regular wear and tear, but did not apologize or ask to make sure everything was ok or offer any sort of help. Everything was thankfully ok, no one was hurt by the broken glass, my MIL's drink was replaced, and she was wet, but ok. The real issue began when the bill came. It was correct, with everything on it, but my MIL was curious if they might comp her drink since the glass broke on her. Jojo asked Tony to come speak to us, and this is when we learned that the person who came by during the spill but didn't offer any sort of apology or offer to make things right in any way, was in fact the manager. My MIL calmly asked about having her drink comped since she spent the meal wet and got wine that might stain on her clothes and shoes. Tony said that alcohol could not be comped at all, with no offer to do anything else. My MIL then asked if anything else could be comped then, and Tony became agitated and said she didn't give him a chance to do anything. He said that she was making a scene and didn't give him any opportunity to do something and that he was going to offer a gift card for our next visit, but she didn't give him a chance, said that glasses break when people set them down too hard (which she did not do, and he earlier told us it was a normal occurrence when it happened). Through all this my MIL remained calm and did not raise her voice. No one was looking at our table, there was no scene, other than previously when the spill was being cleaned. Tony didn't raise his voice either, but he was quite rude and implied that my MIL was at fault, that she was being unreasonable, and that a gift card to return and use at a later visit should be more than enough to smoothe over the current situation. Ultimately he did remove one meal from the ticket for us. But at that point his behavior had ruined the experience for us. It was nice to have some financial benefit here, but honestly I'd have rather paid for everything fully and had a small amount of empathy from Tony. From the get go, he was fully walking past the spill when several others were rushing in to help. And at a certain point when it's covered, having more hands doesn't help with clean up. But would have been helpful and kind would be an apology that it happened, asking if everyone is ok, or even saying right then that we'll get you a new drink - ANY sort of empathetic or kind word at all. We got plenty of that from literally everyone helping except for Tony. We even had a waiter from another section who helped with cleanup stop by the table afterward and ask my MIL if she was ok after things settled. So many people were so kind to us in an unfortunate situation, except for Tony, who was actively uncaring and rude to my family.

i try to eat healthy, so i looked at the “healthy” section. originally was going to get the power bowl but decided against it seeing it as 1000+ calories. got the yogurt parfait. got it and it was painfully sweet. holy cow. the mimosa was good though, orange juice was good, and the salmon benedict that my friend got wasn’t bad.

the overall 2 stars is solely because of the manager, Tony.... I would give 5stars to Toasted Yolk if it were not for the apathetic, argumentative general Manager Tony. Our server JoJo was all the good things, the food was fantastic and the rest of the staff was helpful and kind.. I had a strange situation where my glass of Sangria...served in a long stemmed wine glass.. randomly "exploded" at the stem. I took one sip and sat it down on the table like people do and the stem didnt just break but broke into pieces shooting a chunk across the table. the almost totally empty glass of sangria is now unable to stand up so i quickly put it in my water glass while jumping up with a blouse, lap and foot full of sangria..soaked.. our server along with several other employees jumped into action to stop the flow, give me napkins, wipe the table/floor with one kind gentleman making sure i did not try to sit back down onto my chair as it was wet..as i backed away there was another man wiping the chair. I spoke to him saying "I just sat the glass down" and he said "well this happens" "wear and tear"! I said Oh? well maybe you dont need to used these glasses".. that was the last i saw or heard from him.. come to find out at the end of our meal when we got our bill and saw nothing was comped at all not even my sangria, nothing, I asked my server about it and she went to get the manager Tony.. well in a bit he...the man I identify as the one who told me that these glasses breaking "happens" was in fact the manager who never once introduced himself, came to check on me, apologize, ask if i was ok NOTHING and what he did say was "We dont comp alcohol"... after silence i added well you could comp my meal or something.. he said "you didnt give me time i was going to give you a gift certificate".. WHAT... he had my whole meal to come over and speak to me/us but he waited until we were ready to pay and go and then had to be asked to come see us... I told him I did not want a gift card as that means i would have to come back ...yes i was agitated.. he then told me i was "making a scene" WHAT... he has no idea what kind of scene i am capable of making but in fact I was not.. no customer around us was watching and the restaurant is so loud i would have to have been screaming to make a scene.. I then said "so you are not going to do anything then?" he again said he would give me a gift certificate but i said "no i dont want a gift certificate i want an comp of some kind" he did not like that.. I proceeded to tell him i would be making reviews and corporate letters then he took up our bill and left, brought it back with my meal comped..I told him he as a horrible manager with no customer service skills.. sadly without him... even with the incident...I would have given 5stars.. this man needs to go

I LOVE eggs benedict. Thats my jam and I order it for almost every breakfast I get when I treat myself to brunch. The eggs were rubber pucks with slightly gooey yolk. The hashbrown casserole... frozen. You could taste the freezer on it if you know what I mean. My husband echoed my sentiments. Three mimosas and two breakfasts was 90 dollars with tip and we had to listen to other people's phone calls on speaker phone at the bar but thankfully when they hung up we got to listen to the videos they wanted to watch.

Atmosphere was good. Food was contaminated with hair or treading of some kind. Coffee cup had lipstick markings so my girlfriend couldn't finish the coffee even though it was good coffee. Didnt serve syrup, even though we asked. Ordered a cup of coffee for myself and it didn't show up. Waitress only came back once for the check.

I ordered from The Toasted Yolk through DoorDash and was very disappointed. My pancake had a bug cooked into it, and after seeing that, I didn’t feel comfortable eating the rest of my order. When I reached out, the manager of The Toasted Yolk told me to let DoorDash handle it — but the food wasn’t cooked at DoorDash, it was cooked in their kitchen. Very unhappy with the experience.

For my Hispanic people that are thinking of visiting this place, I’d advise you not to. Not only are we not welcomed but also apparently ‘we just don’t like anything’. I ordered a southern Arnold & received salmonella. After notifying the server Simon about the chicken being raw he continued to go into the kitchen and talk about us ‘Mexican girls’ to his fellow Hispanic kitchen crew. The manager, Carlos V , then came to us and said he didn’t know what to tell us and asked what we wanted to do. We kept repeating our concerns and instead of solutions all we received were ‘I’m sorry you feel that way’ & ‘I mean, uh do you want me to recook it?’ MIND YOU I had eaten half of that raw chicken. Save to say we won’t be visiting this establishment again. It’s been two bad experiences, I won’t have a third, especially if I die from salmonella.
