The lady was so friendly and helpful. The hamburger was better than the one at Mena Arkansas.
Food was fresh and delicious, service was amazing and it was lunch hour!! I'd definitely visit again!
Share meals here with my daughters here on the weekends. Dine in is nice quiet and relaxing. Staff is helpful and kind.
The young man that took my order a few moments ago was very polite and went the extra mile to c if I could get one of those new cold brews…it was right bf they closed so thought that was pretty awesome…ty…n yal need to give that young man a raise im bout to ask his name right now….Jordan is his name!!!
Emmett the GM is wonderful. He corrected a problem quickly and professionally. I’m at this location multiple times a month. Will be back again.
Best wendys in arkansas! Great staff. Whenever I'm working on this side of town I come here. Food is always hot and fresh. Shout out to Dominique and Jordan. Every time they see me walk in the door they already know what I want and have it ready asap, sometimes before i finsh placing the order and paying. Other wendys as well as other fast food joints need to use this one as an example of how to do it right.
Wish they still did the 4 for $4, but this location does not. The cashier accidentally hit a wrong button and had to redo the order, but she was very easy and pleasant to deal with. The french fries and the vanilla frosty were scrumptious!
I love going into Wendy's for lunch. The service is amazing, the food is always freah and delicious. I definitely am planning on another visit soon ☺️
I had a classic with fries and a drink upgraded to a large. I thought a classic would be a burger but it was a chicken sandwich. It tasted good, just not what I expected. The large fries was too much for me to eat. The drink was great as they had a machine with about everything you might want available. Service at the counter was a little slow, they were quite busy filling a large order so I didn't mind. I just hate waiting when employees are standing around.
They got my order wrong and one of the ladies was mad because I told them that I had 2 of the same meals. Had different drinks though. My thing is if you got it wrong fix the mistake and go on don’t be rude because not everyone is going to continue to be polite. Hate your job let them hire someone else who actually wants to work.
Fourth time in a a many weeks came for baked potato, nope. If they are not going to have them they should take them off the menu. You should also want drive through because half the time the doors are locked. .
**Update, they reached out because we placed an official complaint and their reply basically said "we are sorry to hear but we acknowledge it happen". Even more reason not order from them again. Just save yourself some stress and drive the extra 5 minutes to order food elsewhere. **Ordered delivery and they didnt give us our two main entrees and when we called the store to see about coming to pick em up the manager refused to help, or even let us know what to do to get our money back. We are at a loss of food and money, and they refused to answer our calls about it. Horrible service and management.
I had to get a family member to pick up my order because of the lobby. I'm also deleting Uber. This is my last order for this store.
Every time I come here the service is so slow! Shouldn’t have to wait more than 15 mins in the drive thru, gonna stop coming to this one !
This store has the worst attitude about everything. They get mad when you show them they messed up. Arguing with me about ordering it wrong. Even though my receipt shows you were wrong. The digital one in app shows us you’re wrong. Yes you offered to remake it after telling me it’s my fault ? Lori g that on the screen it shows one thing even though the receipts are correct ? Really ? Yes I declined to have it remade because I don’t trust you to fix it with decency. Also note frys and nugget were cold and hard as if refried again and or grease extremely old. Please show me were it has mayo ????
Placed an order for delivery on 07/21/24 at 8:30 pm and when I received it I was missing 2 items from my order I called the store to let them know and the woman at first was nice, until I explained what I was missing she claimed she made them herself and that they were in the bag I told her I wasn't trying to cause any trouble I just wanted my 2 items that were missing and I'd come pick them up she again re-assured me that she made them and then hung up on me I work in fast food and I know how dashers can be but all she had to do was remake my 2 items but instead when I call back she answers then puts down the phone and proceeds to mock me to another employee idk how it's done at wendys but that's super Unprofessional especially when I'm literally spending money I earned, fast food is hard so if you cant handle customer service get a new job. Either I get some type of refund or I get my items how hard is that definitely would not recommend this place atleast if you want good service
Entire order was wrong. Asked for a burger, no bun. That came with a bun. Asked for a baked potato with cheese only. Received a potato with cheese and bacon. Wanted an all natural lemonade, it came as a pineapple lemonade. Don't waste your time at this location.
Service wasn’t bad but I got a chicken sandwich from there yesterday and now have evil food poisoning. Please check your sandwich and know that yellow in the crust is not normal .
They need to re-teach employees and managers about holding time. Cause it is not fair for customers to be charged full price for old, cold food. If you don't wanna cook fresh food, then clock out and go home. Cause you messing up the business. Tonight I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal and it was ice cold. I expected such, because when I ordered it, the manager was already at the window with it. So unless there is a genie working the deep fryer, ain't no way possible that food is fresh. And for a manager to serve cold food says alot. The guy that's normally there, takes good care of the customer. I don't know what happened tonight but it was not good.
Horribly slow in the morning and not friendly. Fast food? Go somewhere else.
Manager was RUDE and the store wasn't even open on time. Had to cancel order after driving all the way there. Management sucks.
