Really nice pita for under $15. Fast friendly service too. Lots of topping options and very fresh.
Delicious food, good portions for reasonable price. Their sweet potato fries are one of the best we’ve had so far! We tried chicken bowl, kids had chicken sandwich and chicken strips- all tasted great.
Delicious and healthy food for a good price (15 bucks for a bowl plus pita bread) . You can customize your own bowl. Plenty of protein, vegetables, hummus, and sauces to choose from. The blended drink is a must try. The place is always clean and tidy.
First time visiting a place like this. For the amount of food you get, it would be hard to beat the price. Everything tasted great and tons of variety for toppings and dressings.
Wow this place knocked it out of the park! The menu is laid out well so you can build your own item and flavors. All the ingredients are fresh, sauces are on point, and each hummus is so good! I really liked the shawarma chicken too - not rubbery or hard. I also ordered a pita and it was very fluffy!
Been here twice, great experience. Healthy, fresh, cooked with love. The variety of sides and options is impressive
Build your own salad, wrap or pita flat bread. Soooo good. The woman owner is very sweet and gave us a tour of the ingredients. Best tabouli and hummus! Pickled cabbage, and lemon chicken. Fruit flavored lemonade available by the cup. We will absolutely be back to this gem!
Had a great lunch, trying them for the first time! Setup as a create your own meal. You select a base (pita, wrap, bowl), protein, toppings, sauces, etc. Could easily go vegetarian if you desire. Friendly & helpful staff are eager to assist. Our wraps were hefty, packed with yummy fresh ingredients and delicious! Very clean, bright, cheery dining area, with a few outside tables. Highly recommend! Ample parking, located across street from our outlets.
5/5 for food and service. One on the most delicious Mediterranean food in the bay area. Portion is generous. The staff was very patient and took the time to explain items on the menu when asked. Price is reasonable too.

I noticed the Hummus Republic while I was charging my Tesla. I was extremely pleased to eat there. I have trouble finding good Vegan food when I am traveling. Their wraps are delicious, vegan, and inexpensive. I noticed that the Arabic word for peace is written left to right and should be right to left. Other than that, everything was perfect.
I love the food at this place. Their wraps on spinach tortillas are the absolute BEST. I literally get my wraps with everything(not all sauces/hummus tho. Can get limit of 3 each).

This Hummus Republic location is conveniently situated right across from the San Francisco Premium Outlets. Many visitors from the outlets stop by this area in search of good food. It was our first time at Hummus Republic - we stumbled upon it while looking for a healthy lunch option over the weekend. We ordered the Chicken Shawarma Bowl and the Falafel Bowl. They offer two bowl sizes - 26 oz and 38 oz—and the 26 oz was just the right portion for one person. The Chicken Shawarma Bowl came with chicken, rice, and three toppings (we chose onion, tomato, and corn). We also added fried eggplant for an extra $0.50 per piece. Hummus is an additional $0.50, and there are several flavor options; we went with harissa hummus, which was great if you enjoy a spicy kick. You can choose two dressings - we opted for Tzatziki and Garlic Jalapeño Tahini. I almost forgot it came with a pita too .I personally thought it could have used a bit more dressing for extra flavor. Overall, it was a decent, healthy meal option. However, the total came to about $16 for the 26 oz bowl, which felt a bit pricey considering the add-ons. If that price applied to the 38 oz bowl instead, it would have been a better value.
Great bowl with hummus, spinach, farmer's mix lettuce, garbanzo beans, couscous, 3 kinds of hummus, mushroom shawarma and tahini. All was good. Especially loved the harissa hummus, good flavor. The mushroom shawarma wasn't as flavorful as I thought it could've been though. Good counter prep speed. Casual atmosphere.
The food was really good and the Falafels were like nothing I've had before, but in a good way..... There are numerous ways to build your own meal, so you technically can have a different meal each time if you choose so.

I had the falafel bowl. The veggies were fresh, and they offer a great variety of toppings, which is nice for healthy eating. However, I found the sauce to be somewhat flavorless. With more flavorful sauces, the overall dish could be much better.
Saw great reviews and went for it. I ordered chicken shawarma bowl, pita chips on the side. Shawarma was soft but okay flavor but the rice was very dry. Overall the ball portion was so small that it dint even reach half. Pita chips looked delicious but way too fried so they were hard.

Fast service with Chipotle-style "make your own" wrap/bowl options. The veggie toppings were fresh, and the hummus was decent, but the pita, falafel, and other proteins were pre-made and dry (The mushroom shawarma is pretty bad, avoid it). I've had better quality pita, falafel, and protein in other places. There's so much room for improvement for a fast-dine restaurant that is so closely located to shopping outlets.

I love Hummus Republic but for some reason this location was a disappointment. I detoured here in my way to SF because I thought it would be worth it but it was not. The portion was so small compared to other locations I have been to. I can usually eat out of this meal twice, maybe three times. Instead the portion provided did not allow me to save some for later. The chicken was also cold and pretty fatty. They didn’t have as much vegetable options compared to other locations. They also tried to write menu options on the glass but it was faded and made it look tacky/dirty. The guy behind the counter was so soft spoken I could barely hear him. This “hummus republic” location is trying to be a Hummus Republic but it’s not holding up to their standards. At least this day they weren’t.

I ordered a fiery shawarma bowl with chicken shawarma. The chicken was cold and dry. Worst shawarma ever. The flavor was good but the chicken was chewy.

They need to be cleaned up really good I said food is ok, but I will never Going back to the place and this was around 7:00pm😢😢😢😢😢

If you want the worst customer service you can experience at an establishment and feel like you are bothering the employees, go here. I went the night of Jan 24, 2026, at 7:26 p.m. The first guy I tried to ask how the falafel was, and he just looked at me with a straight, cold Yoko Ono stare and added it to my plate. Okay, guess I’m getting falafel. The next guy grabbed my bowl and added toppings. As I asked for the toppings, he scooped them up and flung them on my bowl, with many of the toppings falling off and very little accumulating in my bowl I was annoyed but kept my cool. At the end I asked him about two sauces: olive oil and cilantro. He proceeded to pick up the cilantro and squirt it in. He did not ask me which one I wanted but just heard cilantro and squirted it in. They are both not helping the customer or guiding them when clearly asking for help or questioning ingredients. No smiles, cold stares; clearly, they don’t want to be there. My first time here and my last time. Spent $27.45 and didn’t even eat it.
