The employees here are always so nice & friendly. I especially love the roast beef sandwich & they always give 1st class service!! 🥪 😋

That particular location is pretty small and got a little busy on a cooler day so outside wasn't good option. They were having trouble keeping the tables clean and no seats for customers.

Hair in the tuna, the Doritos nacho cheese chips were stale, at least the Pepsi had some fizz. Alright customer service . Got my funds back but not going to be a return customer.

If you order the tuna sandwich just FYI the tuna comes mix in with pieces of celery!!.

Do not come to this location. I ordered a sandwich and asked for no cheese on the sandwich. I waited on the patio while they prepared it and came in about 10 minutes later and it was ready to go. I grabbed a bag of Doritos, paid for everything and headed back to work. While I was driving, I cracked open the back of Doritos and started munching. They were stale, but that's not the point. As soon as I got back to work, I open up my sandwich and take two bites and realize something's off. Then I notice, CHEESE. Gobs of cheese all over my sandwich when I specifically said no cheese. I packed it up. Rolled up the Doritos. Tossed t all in the bag. Drove back to the store. Told them I'm sorry but I asked for no cheese andI would like a refund. She said I'm sorry that was probably my fault. I appreciated that. She then said do you have your receipt. I said Yes it's in the bag, she opened the bag, picked up the chips and said "no I cannot refund this you already opened it." I told her "I opened it while I was driving before I knew the sandwich was wrong" and she said "no not my problem I can't refund it." I asked her how much they were and she said $2. I stood there quietly fuming while she processed the refund of the sandwich. And handed me my receipt. I decided I was going to call the manager or owner to let them know about my experience so I asked if the phone number at the top of the receipt was the phone number to the store. She said yes. I said are you the owner? She said I'm the shift leader. I said what's the owner's name, she said I can't tell you that. I said you can't tell me who owns this place? She said no. I said okay what's your name, she said I can't tell you that. So I took her picture. I used to love Jersey Mike's. I will never be coming back to a Jersey Mike's ever again. I wasn't super angry about the sandwich. Everyone makes mistakes. But when she refused to refund the chips, refused to give me the owner's name, refused to give me her name and had a bad attitude - that's when I knew I had to leave a review.

I bought giant a sandwich here. I was so excited. It was inedible. I had to throw the whole thing out. They forgot how to use the grill.

Came here to pick up a to go order and sat there for 40 minutes to get one sandwich. Don't come here if you are on a lunch break or you will be late getting back and have no time to eat your food
