I'm not exactly a fan of McDonald's but you can usually count on the consistency of what to expect. Between bars on a Saturday night some friends wanted to firther lije their stomachs and grab a quick something to eat. I never had any food myself but rather than stand oitside on my own like a lemon i condisodered the fact i really needed the loo and proceeded in with them. I headed to the predictable area were the loo's usually are to be met with a security guard. Although friendly, he told me i needed a code to use the toilets as the doors were locked. This is new to me in a McDonald's but hey, maybe this is how they do it in liverpool. So i wonder off back to find my friends to see if there is a code on the receipt. unfortunately there wasn't. Now i'm a bit miffed and this McDonald's is pretty big and i still need the loo. Naturally i start wondering toward the the McDonald's maon counter but the staff bizarrely weren't there, there was one to be seen (another first for me at a McDonald's) then...thabj goodness, the security guard beckoned me over to him and proceeded to use a code to open the door. I offered my profound thanks and went through the door expecting to see a toilet but no, my adventure to find relief wasn't quite over with yet. I encountered a huge corridor and turned the corner onyl to find another long corridor. Another male friend had now joined my search with me back when the security guard opened the door. Now we were laughing at the many signs that were specifically telling you.. 'not this door, this is NOT a toilet' so we carried on past them and 'Viola' the mens toilets appeared. I felt very jaopy for my fellow friendband his success and then finally my owm as the the womens toilets appeared before me. So my opinions of McDonald's havent exactly wavered but i am greatful to the very nice security guard who let us in ,hence my star rating. Even though in hindsight, he probably could have let me through in the first place and saved a bit a aimless cafuffle. At least it gave us a good chuckle either way. So I suppose now you know you can eat your calorie dense mcdonalds along with the chance to work it off walking, walking and walking to the loo's 🚶👌

Quick service, table orders, and plenty of seating (even with a view upstairs) make it super convenient. Wheelchair access, free WiFi, and all your McDonald’s classics are available. Breakfast is served till 11am, and it’s an easy walk from Central train station.

We called in with our daughter and grandchildren on Saturday 01st November. It was very busy. We didn't know how long it would be or where we were going to sit. But it was great. Found seating easily, service was fast friendly and efficient and the food was hot and tasty. With it being so busy I just wanted to say well done to all staff at this McDonald's.

McDonald’s Lord Street - Surprisingly this was the best experience I have had in a McDonald’s, it was busy with lots of kids however the food was hot, well put together; service was phenomenal as the guy who delivered our food was polite and charming. He made sure when he delivered the food that everything was there and when we finished he even put our tray way and cleaned the table. He was all over, helping people when I seen him. I ordered a box of 20 nuggets, chips and a coke. My partner ordered a grill Bic Mac meal and a mayo chicken. My nuggets were fresh from the VAT and my chips were really hot and well salted. My partners grill order was correct and the Big Mac was well put together which is rare for a busy shop as normally they just throw the burgers together. Only downside was that our boxes the chips came in were greasy. This can happen when if some of the boxes fall into the chips when filling it up but it wasn’t a huge problem as we tip the box into another box anyway. The place was great too, good location in the city centre and couldn’t recommend any more, best McDonald’s I’ve been to.

Yes, you have never seen such cleanliness, it is very impeccable and very clean. And the food, the burgers were brilliant, the skirts were good and the procedure was done well, and the staff was very serious at work. But what I liked most was that the manager was giving a speech to a girl and her smile and the way she spoke to her was very kind and very understanding. It is worth eating at a McDonald's. This place is really quite spacious with plenty of seating upstairs. The main thing that lets it down are the toilets. Firstly, they're on the ground floor, and secondly, they are tiny. The ladies only has two cubicles, and the gents just one, this place must seat hundreds of people?

Large, loads of seating, not too long to wait for food. Only downside was large groups of kids hanging around. Security was very on the ball.

Friendly staff with generally quick service but it's always packed, a lot of seats upstairs and downstairs with many self service machines available too. Perfect for a quick stop off during a shopping trip on the high street or for a bite to eat. Accessibility isn't great as upstairs seating is only accessible by the stairs but on site toilets and baby changing rooms available too.

I started eating McDonald's about a year or two ago. And I love it! I tried several locations, and they seem to be very consistent with the level of cleanliness, atmosphere, and service. However, I struggle to recall if I ever had a cold meal, but I did experience missing patties or surplus fries (fyi I love fries). Nevertheless, I usually stick to one location. I have been in love with this location for a while. But lately, it seems to me that they do very poorly in busy time, and I mean really busy like Friday nights. I wonder whether the employees experience burnout. If this were the case, I would probably be so disappointed to the point that I would stop eating from McDonald's. I mean, why would I choose to have a poor service knowing that the people delivering it are neglected?! So, I think I speak for a vast majority when I say that the higher management should implement some solutions whether having more people during busy times (not necessarily newly hired because that can turn even more frustrating; I advise training the newly hired employees during less busiest time), providing better training (in terms of how to deal with customers, and managing emotions), looking after their employees (ensuring they work adequate hours, time off, and have their needs met) or any other thing that I missed mentioning because I lack the needed information.

Slow service, but the food was really good. Fresh, warm and not greasy. The only negative was that there were a load of teens literally chasing each other around the seating area while a member of staff cleared tables and said nothing.

Quick service even though extremely busy. Has two collection points which works well. We found seating easily as this place has 400 seats. Obviously a well oiled machine and is efficient as McDonald's should be. No complaints from me at all.

I buy from this restaurant every now and then. It’s a good, spacious place with friendly staff. Once, I had an issue late at night with my order, but the staff quickly helped me and resolved it. I tried both the vegetarian and beef burgers; they taste almost the same, so those who don’t eat meat will still get the same experience. Prices are reasonable. The only downside is that the burger feels a bit small. I recommend it.

I love McDonald's, I wish if they serve Halal I always have to order filet o fish. I also wish if they make the filet fish bigger. I will add the missing star 🌠 if they fulfill at least one of my wishes 😏

Good local McDonald's handy for a meal or snack when shopping at Deepdale Shopping Centre. Only downside is it can be difficult to get to if the shopping centre is busy.

A standard large inner-city McDonald’s. Nice view of the shoppers below from the seats upstairs. Main problem is, like many inner-city McDonald’s, there is no policing of the toilets so there is a contact stream of people wandering in off the street and through the restaurant just to use the toilet.

Average to good service. Food is fab and as soon as you finish eating you are hungry again, but it is tasty.

Unfortunately a pretty poor experience here. Receipt printers don't work and instead of fixing them, they've taped signs over saying to just remember your order number (doesn't help if you actually need a receipt though) They had a huge backlog of orders to get through after the Taylor Swift concert last night and all the staff were working their hardest to sort it out. I'm not sure how it got into such a shambles in the first place, but nobody was to blame, just one of those things. When we finally got our order we were missing some things and the chips were cold and soggy, but didn't notice until we got home. Massive props to the security guard though. He seemed to be running that place better than the manager. Definitely deserves a pay raise!

Put a meal through using the app for a table service waited up to half an hour for my meal and it still wasn’t there, I asked a worker who understandably asked me for my receipt at the time all I could provide was my payment details and order confirmation on McDonald’s app although the worker didn’t believe that the money had been through although a showed him that it had in fact, after I found the receipt I showed him and confirmed the fact I had ordered, after around 15 minutes the worker asked me to talk to their manager because apparently the system had gone wrong and put it through as a collect instead, as I was talking to the manager he questioned me why I had waited an hour to bring this up, although I had waited only half an hour as I assumed that it was just busy with other orders since the McDonald’s was packed, although my order was sorted out I felt like throughout trying to sort it out I wasn’t spoken very kindly.

Very crowded and fairly dirty looking since there are many people in at all times and not that many staff members to go around both floors. The service is relatively fast and the food is what you'd expect.

Kiosk did not give me a reciept, needed to tell two times what was my order to staff for finally believe it to me. Other member told me she can not help with the non-printing issue and left me without solution before getting my order after a longer discussion. I am able to accept and understand problems with machines, happens all the time elsewhere too, but please let us know… The food was fine. Toulet working only in the highest floor.

This is a very busy McDonald's in the city center. Because of this queues are longer than other McDonald's and the food is a bit rushed had four tomato slices on my burger

Visited this branch of maccies on Friday morning. I ordered a flat white coffee ☕ and a ham and cheese 🧀 flat bread 🥪. The coffee was good however the flat bread tasted stale. First time I've order a flat bread and won't again. The branch itself was clean as was the toilets 🚻. It's a typical Macdonalds 🤷🏾‍♂️

If you Go to McDonald's then you know what to expect. This one gets extremely busy during the day and the staff keep it quite clean, even the toilets. Service is a bit slow, it appeared that just eat and Uber have priority. The company appear to have fired staff to replace them with self ordering pads.

For how busy this location is I can't believe they have so few staff. Barely any face to face contact apart from when you eventually get your food.The people serving the food calling the orders sounded like they were losing the will to live .

No longer fast food, used to be in and out now its just a long wait. If you want to eat in you may as well eat at a wetherspoons. Food would probably come quicker too 😆

Food taste good but if need the disabled toilet downstairs they won't allow you unless u have a wheelchair or pram, stick etc which is stupid for those with hidden disabilities. Barely any seats down stairs so u have to go up stairs to eat but the toilet is like a maze trying to find it so many steps of stairs by the time you get there u would probably pee yourself. Also security won't let you up unless you have McDonald's food recipe which is awful cause the printers don't always print.

I called into this McDonald's for a quick, cheap breakfast while on my way to a training day in Liverpool. I used one of the touchscreen machines to order which didn't spit out a receipt, and I hadn't thought to check my order number, however they were very quiet at the time so that wasn't a problem, although it might have been at peak time. It was interesting that there's an option to place your order in Welsh, which I didn't do as my Welsh is a bit limited.

Was very very busy and there didn't seem to be great organisation to get the orders out and numbers were showing for collection but not getting called for ages, numbers were getting called in no particular order and sometimes people's names and orders were being shouted out which was just embarrassing, myself and a few other customers were cringing and hoping they don't call our order that way! Also, I was given the wrong order even when I gave in my receipt, and when challenged it was told no that's it even though the ticket was a different number, but since it was the same happy meal as i ordered I just changed the drink to what I wanted for my lil one and I couldn't be arsed to challenge it more or wait longer cause he was hungry so I'm guessing someone else didn't get their correct order!

Hate ordering by machines. Staff spend more time preparing let's eat,uber and other deliveries rather than people in the shop. Not really very clean. Had to ask for table to be cleaned. No more visits for me.

Ordering (at the kiosk) went fine but.. There was no printout for the receipt. So we were lucky to remember our order number. Then it was very messy in front of the counter. Display of the ordering number could not be seen, then found that it was in the far corner of the room. Numbers were very small. Not great experience in this location.

Waited 20 minutes for food! Was ice cold when I finally received it, 1 toilet open with a massive queue for it! Not enough facilities for the size of the place. Just want to take your money. No standards at all! Will never return.

I have placed an order on Uber Eats this morning, and I’m very disappointed with the condition of the muffins. Both items look extremely unappetizing — the buns appear to be ripped or possibly bitten, which is completely unacceptable.

Asked about the flat bottom bun was told it is supposed to be that way, is it supposed to be like this “actually”? Horrible service! I’m damn sure it’s not supposed to be this way. And if by rarest of chance it is then who the hell came up with this receipe?? Plus the patty was cold as hell!!

Worst McDonalds ever! The burgers are flat, the burger patty is too thin and the cheese is not even melted. Also tried delivery, the fries came in cold, bbq dip was missing, the burger is messed up, oreo mcflurry doesn’t have enough oreo in it.

It was the worst place I’ve ever seen. First, I didn’t even get a receipt for my order. When I asked the two young girls working there about it, they completely ignored me and just kept talking to each other. They didn’t even apologize — they just laughed.

We went inside of the McDonalds to grab a quick meal. We had waited 30 minutes for a cheeseburger and a nugget meal. The food was cold, and the overall hygiene of the place was not satisfactory. No staff wore hair nets, the kitchen and seating areas looked messy. Staff were on their phones as working, overall we left our food and went home.

My daughter got a 4 chicken nugget happy meal and I was opening the box up for her when I saw there wax only 3 CHICKEN NUGGETS. THATS ABSOLUTELY DIABOLICAL. I FEEL CHEATED BY THIS IM NEVER COMING HERE EVER AGAIN

Gave me freezing cold nuggets so i asked for a new box and handed that box back. The lady who served me and passed me them made me show a receipt to prove i had paid in the same 2 minutes she gave me them. Had me stood there with a disabled child for 10 minutes because THEY forgot to stick my receipt to the bag and i ordered on my phone so had no paper receipt. THIS SAME LADY HANDED THEM TO ME IN THE FIRST PLACE.

Update : gave McDonald's another go, 6th Oct 21- worse than ever ( see triple cheeseburger, ) served by minimum wage teenagers whose food hygiene training involves being shown a certificate on the staffroom wall. Cold stale looking food not clinically safe to serve to rats let alone people. Avoid like the plague we are living through and eat elsewhere.

Just thrown together and served cold, meat tasted like it had been cooked and warmed so dry, it's seems to be the norm each time I take the kids these days, I will not be participating in future, but picking up a real steak and chips from the supermarket at less cost

Pointless McDonald's for delivery. Couriers are put in a room and ignored until they manage to finally locate a staff member who will go into said room and then make the food.

The new Tiramisu is just a disappointment... looks nothing like the one from the pic which is normal. But it just looks like the staff who made it just wanna get off work and tossed the things in carelessly...

There are security guards standing around the stairs, blocking people from going upstairs unless they physically have an order on their hands. So if you have friends/family who have the order upstairs and you arrive later, you are not allowed to go upstairs to join them. Absolutely disgusting!!!

Absolutely ridiculous place. Everything was closed. No access to toilets or even desk or chair to seat. I do understand that late hour should be treated differently but I wasn’t expecting this. 11pm till midnight that’s how long did I wait for my wrap and coffee…

Very busy. Badly organised ordering/collection procedure. Staff rather abrupt and discourteous. Had children with me and endured staff member talking to friends by straw/napkin/sauce area swearing and being thoroughly rude. Food was cold. Overall a really dismal experience.

What a Total Let Down...... went to this McDonald's & I'm so disappointed. The Food was Stone Cold with Both sides on the Quarter Pounder with Cheese well done on Both Sides plus Cheese on both sides aswell (Like it's been Heated up & Done again & Also the atmosphere in here wasn't Great. Plus the Male toilets was in a Right mess & Not cleaned.

So I ordered 2 hot drinks with table service, online after 20 minutes I had to go down to the collection point and enquire as to where our drinks. They had been sitting there. And they were cold. Soi asked for fresh ones. Apparently it never came up on the screen. Not happy!!!

The place is dirty - at least sweep the floors. Fix the ordering terminals - put in paper or make sure they display an order number. 'Food' was cold but I knew there was no point in complaining - staff don't seem to care at all.

I was on my work break, and because McDonald's is a quick grab for lunch, that's what I did. I ordered a DOUBLE BIG TASTY, and to my disappointment, once I got back to my workplace, they gave me a half-assed burger that had nothing to do with a double big tasty and I couldn't even go back because I had a 30 minute break, now I don't know who made this mistake but the person who served me was sylwia, as stated on the paper bag. Very unprofessional.

Went here today as was out for river of light and was hungry and needed loo, they checked my reciept to make sure i had bought something and I was told my drink i was holding wasnt allowed in restaurant so I threw it away even though it still had enough left because I just wanted my food, after I threw my drink away they then told me I hadnt spent enough to be able to sit upstairs?!. Could have told me before I wasted my drink, service is outrageous, security has their heads stuck up their backsides and I honestly dont recommend as this whole experience was super overwhelming. Since when has a spend minimum been a thing to sit down

Absolutely terrible service 30 mins and still no food. Asked for the money back and the manager was fuming didn't even say sorry disgusting attitude. She thought she'd be funny and give me about 50p in penny's so they got lashed all over the floor. That will teach her miserable you know what.

Stopped at this McDonald's in Liverpool on a Monday night about 10.30pm, placed and paid for order, got locked out by security guard with body-cam and stab-proof vest, he blocked the entrance with bins. Gained access by the exit door at the side and stood waiting locked inside for 50 minutes and managed to leave with something akin to "food" and the order was missing items but also had 2 cheeseburgers for a different order number. Shocking.

Errr mc rib is dryer than a nuns chuff! Remember years ago when they use to rest it in bbq sauce? Now they drizzle a small amount on it. It's not me first visit with bad experience. In the past I've had old cold fries, burnt burgers and orders missing. Management needs to get a grip on their staff or take someone on with a bit of common knowledge

this mcdonald's is awful... i have a severe mustard allergy so ordered my burger plain with no sauce or anything... just pickles and cheese. i lift the top of my bun to put my own sauce on and see that they had obviously put on ketchup and mustard and realised their mistake and just wiped it off!!!! (picture enclosed) we then tried to call the restaurant to let them know and they answered once asked about "booking a table" and then said "do you do pizzas" then called the again and couldn't get through at all what a joke of an establishment

I've had many McDonald's even from this place but this time was hands down the worst experience. Ordered nuggets and fries but the fries were extremely undercooked borderline raw. Nuggets were fine but the fries were inedible, we got delivery so we couldn't go back and complain about it but through customer support, we couldn't get a full refund so that's great. Honestly just an exhausting and terrible experience and since it's McDonald's they literally don't care at all...
