Alice was extremely helpful and quick to respond to all our pre arrival questions. All the Hotel staff are welcoming and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. The Hotel were kind enough to allow us to eat 30 minutes earlier than the normal half board start time for the Evening meal of 19:00 - 20:00, although we not able to enter the Restaurant until 10-20 minutes after 18:30, which was disappointing. The request was made as we do not like to eat too late.

Space of the Anemone apartment was nice, with a good size living room. But some of the amenities were definitely not up to the Eur 474/ night paid during the New Year holidays. As blankets, we had the actual bed covers, not cleaned and not wrapped in sheets. Carpets were worn-up. Room was quite noisy too, we could hear not only the toilet flushes of our neighbors, but their conversations, and all their chairs moving around. As for the actual service, the check-in is not done at the location, which means we had to drive to the hotel reception for this, and back to the apartment when it was finally ready. The access road was also not sufficiently maintained: just 5cm of snow was enough to make our rental car with summer tires and snow socks un-usable.

They are not pet-friendly even though they said they were. If a dog barks even once during the day, the reception immediately comes to complain. The waiters are very rude, and the food is nothing special.

Hotel itself is nothing special. not too bad nor very good. if you want to use it as just an option for passing the night its not bad. Food isn‘t special either. Cuisine is not too bad but pizza is imo quite below average italian pizzas. What was very good though were the young people from the staff; very forthcoming, helpfull and polite. while on the complete contrary the staff that is a little older is just bad. very inattentive to customers (took us 20 minutes to get an order for beverages placed on the first lunch although we were the only custumors during that time) very unprofessional handling of critique by customers: one lady was not happy with being moved from a table for 4 people while her and her husband were only 2. 10 minutes later another couple of only 2 people took the same table and no one told them to move. so she told the waiter that she was not happy with this and he told her that its just what it is and when she left he said to his coworker in italian that she could foff so that she could still hear it. pretty rude and unprofessional imo. hotel is though very well situated, everything you need is in walking distance and public transport to the cable car as well easy accessible.

In terms of value for money very poor services. The photos in promo material and web pages showing differentr appartments. For 220€/per night we have expected much more comfort. The appartmant located at the basement with small windows (dark even during the day), poor and obsolette furniture, small and obsolette bathroom, poor kitchen equipment, the fireplace not working (restricted to use), non comfort parking (far from appartment). Similar appartments in location ussually available for half of this price.

This is our third time in Livigno and we were never have been this disappointed from our stay. The hotel has a good location, but everything else was a disaster. We were group of 24 people, half board. The food was poor, every diner we had a situation because of bad service and bad quality. The rooms were not pleasant and very cold. I guess the last renovation was a long time ago. The staff is arrogant and it was the worst communication.

Last renovation was probably in the 90s. The heating system was stopping during the night and it was cold in the room. We were half board and We felt the dinner was vague. The hotel is below the standards of the other hotels in Livigno.

The position is optimal as it is located at the centre, near all the main shops and restaurants. However, I was disappointed for the room. It's like they never renovated the furniture since 1980. The water from the shower was cold and the hair dryer is a total joke. Honestly I can't advise anyone to choose this hotel for their vacation in Livigno. It's bad because there is potential in this hotel, but it's like they don't care at all.

Worst value for money hotel. Rooms are old, cold and not renovated. The wall is coming off in the bathroom, the shower is constantly dripping and the communication is not on a level as it should be in 2020. Terrible breakfast times. We've been told that if you're after 9 am you won't get any food. I guess they only survive due to their excellent location. This is the only plus of this place. It's really central and perfect for shopping, going out and close to both sides of the ski resort!

Shocking experience. Today, at around 3pm we got hungry. I saw a sign "RISTORANTE NON STOP" and stopped for a quick pizza. I asked politely if the kitchen was open (just to make sure), the answer was yes. We sat at a table and after 5 minutes an incredibly rude eldery man approched us and said that we could't have lunch as it is not normal to eat at 3pm in Italy. I couldn't believe it. I may not be Italian (which is apparantly a crime) but I do speak Italian and I've been here so many times but never have been treated so rudely... especially that it was a "Non stop ristorante". He literally said "what do you even want to eat at 3pm? Lunch? Dinner? what's your problem? I can offer you water, get lost." What the hell? Is this really how you want to treat your customers, who spend money so you can put food on the table? Shocking. It took us 1 minute to leave. Stay away!
