The service was kind of hasty which left a mean impression. But I can see that the waitress has a kind hart underneath the icy exterior. (She was just stressed I guess) The food was good, not particularly incredible but good. The restaurant is loud, so if you have a problem with that don’t go. The dessert is yummy.

It’s a good place for a really good pizza!!! Don’t really recommend pasta tho. Steak with mushrooms was also delicious! I was there twice and two times waitress wasn’t too nice. They also charge a lot for dessert comparing to other places.

I would not order PIZZA again... not convinced about quality of integrients; a tone of cheese, pizza could be more crispy and thin. It turned out 'very heavy' to digest in the end. You can deffinitelly get better on the slopes. Maybe we just had a bad luck, bad day, did not try again. Starter was served well after pizzas already arrived on the table... Other than that - other local food was fine. Indeed you cannot order drinks and food at once, lady did not want to take the order for both, drinks first, food in second attempt, a little strange but nothing unacceptable. Nice, warm, atmosphere in woody climate.

I wish I could give them 4*, but pasta was overcooked - which is disqualifying and which means that they not care about the quality when serving foreigners. The rest was positive - very good pizza, reasonable prices and fairly good service (sometimes it took them too long to realise the orders)

The service was good and the staff was friendly and attentive. The ambiance was very nice and the restaurant itself has a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. The portions were extremely small considering the very high price, especially since it was from the New Year's Eve menu. I found it quite unfortunate that there was no smaller or regular menu available as an alternative. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations in terms of value for money, despite the nice setting and good service.

We used to recommend this place to everyone, but after today we won’t recommend it to anyone. The waitress brought us different dishes, but we decided not to make a fuss about it and agreed on four mojitos as compensation. They added the drinks to the bill, and the waitress claimed that no such agreement had been made, while another employee said that she had only been working there for a few days and wasn’t allowed to do that. A tragedy.

Waitress made a mistake with our main food.Then she propose to make new one, but we don’t want to and we agreed that she will gave us 4 mojitos for free instead.Ok that’s fine they don’t need to make new dish for free we got mojitos all are happy . But when we want to pay they put this 4 mojitos on check.Manager said she work here 3 days and she don’t have „power” to give us free drinks. they made me look like an idiot that I made this story for 4 bad mojitos.Waitress lied in front of us that she didn’t say anything like that .You can eat better and with better customer services somewhere else .

Arrived there after ski to have dinner around 19:30. When inside, a waitress in her 40’s seated us on the covered terrace. After a while, we have noticed another table with a better view of the street leave, and we decided to switch to that one. The table had 2 finished glasses on it, a check belonging to the previous persons, and a small wine stain on the table cover, all in all nothing that would bother anyone, especially us since we decided we are ok with it since we moved there. When the waitress came back, she became very angry with us and started talking in Italian to most probably talk some s**t. When we told her that we are not bothered by the 2 glasses and a small wine stain which could have easily been picked up, she then proceeded to grab the whole table cover and lift it up nervously, forcing us to move back in order to avoid any potential glasses from falling. We then proceeded to get up and leave the restaurant.

I've been to Livigno many times over the last decade and have gotten used to the very friendly, chatty, all round good service coupled with very good food you get almost anywhere in the village. It's part of the reason I've returned so many times. We ate here as it was close to our apartment and it was convenient. The food was good, the bar/restaurant was nice, but it was completely let down by ignorant, unfriendly service. One of our party got a steak which was done correctly but came without a sauce, when he asked for some pepper sauce to accompany it he was flat told NO, nothing else, just NO. There was no reasoning behind it and we initially thought it was a joke! She then walked off! Normally when eating out if someone has finished their plate the waiters wait until everyone is ready and take all the plates together, not here! Gone as soon as you look remotely finished. No chat, no "excuse me", just gone. We noticed a lot of people getting pizza takeaways here and after our meal we know why, they avoid the abysmal, thoroughly mean, unfriendly service. Our 'tip' represented the service we got. If you have a sadistic leaning then you should try this place, otherwise there are far better places in Livigno to go to than wasting your time on this place.
