5 stars solely based on customer service. I believe her name was Athena? Not to sure I couldn’t see it very well, but she was extremely nice. After a loooong day of getting turned around things not going good we decided to stay at motel 6 behind this Taco Bell and just went here for dinner since it was close. She was so friendly and honestly made our day better. Thank you!

We got breakfast burritos for 30 kids and 10 adults. The app was not working, but the employees were a great help to get us our breakfast to school on time. Thank you

My daughter is got the nacho fries box comes with a drink quite a bit of food in that box I opted for the beefy potato flatbread and they asked if I wanted sour cream in it I said sure what a perfect touch it was more delicious than ever!

I go to the Livingston Location to eat because of the customer service. Indervir works there during the week everyday she is there the place is clean the orders are always correct. She always has a smile for her customers.

The lady who took our order was fun to interact with. She was also able to answer my questions about what ingredients are in the different items. Due to medical conditions there are some things I can't eat, they had no problems making my items without certain ingredients. The place was clean. Our food was great, tacos, chalupas and nachos. Our food came in a timely matter. I had some Mango Brisk Tea that was very good too!

5 layer burrito never gets old. And every now and again when ordering by drive thru i had the pat attendant not charge me and say its on the house........ Never heard of such a thing.... Hmmm no complaints here....A great place with Great employees

It should at least fill a person halfway. There should be guidelines in which $5 should fill anybody up for basic Foods but that's another issue

What can you say that hasn't been said before. It's Taco Bell. I gave it 4 stars due in part of their value menu. Of the remaining fast food places in this area, the value menu offers the best selection at the best price.

Great and patient service attendants. I haven't eaten at a Taco Bell in a while, so I wasn't familiar with their menu at all. And the guy was very helpful and made sure I got what I wanted, and how I wanted it.

I order a grilled cheese burrito but they forgot to put the meat in. I was 10 miles down the road before I realized it.

Clean, decent customer service. It is one of the few fast food places left that have SEVERAL $1 items. My boyfriend and I get plenty to eat for under $10 when we're in a pinch & hungry! However the reason for only 4 stars is because this particular location closes at midnight on weekdays, and 2am on weekends... I believe they should stay open til 1 on weekdays like other locations.

Was just here not too long ago, I came through the drive through and had no problems at all. From what I experienced the employees were kind and my order was completed without any mistakes. My food also come put really well.

This place is always fast and friendly. We go there maybe once a month, but the service and food is always consistent

Better than average for a taco bell. Conveniently located right off the 99 at exit number 203. Some gas stations close by if you need gas as well as food. Fresh food. Not very busy mid afternoon. Good service.

Great food, fast service. But, the women taking my order was less than friendly with a huge attitude. If it were busy maybe but no one was in line so for her to be so rude about trying to figure out what i wanted, bacon or sausage, was ridiculous.

This is a typical Taco Bell. Since it is located by the freeway, it is usually busy at lunch time. My favorite meal of the day is breakfast. I love the breakfast soft taco with bacon, and I ask for it grilled, perfection. For only $1. The only thing I do not like is their beef. Makes my tummy rumble.

We always stop here for lunch when we travel from the Central Valley to North Sacramento. The food is good, and the employees are friendly. However, the reason for 4 stars and not 5 is due to them not having changing tables in the restrooms. With a family of 6, and 3 still being in diapers, it’s a hassle trying to change them.

I am not a huge fan of Taco Bell. When I go, I know what to generally expect out of their food. So this rating is based on that and not as a comparison to more traditional Mexican food restaurants and taco shops. This particular location was unfortunately located in a place that had an overwhelming cow manure smell, or something similar, but the inside had no smell of that sort and was a nice escape from it. The inside was clean, the condiments and other amenities were properly stocked, and the food was quite acceptable for Taco Bell standards. I had NO PROBLEM eating all of my food.

Pleasant Grove location closes earlyish since the pandemic (10pm or so). They also stopped serving enchiritos so they are once again dead to me.

Sometimes need to check if order was correct. They have added meat in order when requested for everything to be vegetarian.

Needs some better training, and vetting for hiring. Hire those that are able to learn and listen to that training. It's almost better to shop somewhere else because of the servings are bad.

The remodeling job has made it less comfortable than a doctor's office, and given it an industrialized feel of generic gentrification.

I asked for 2 nacho sauces and paid $1 or so more and I never got it. When I was explaining to my (husband ) on my phone she interrupted saying she got it. She never heard me as I explained to her clearly I wanted 2 nacho sauces. The reason why is because one sauce was for someone else. Thanks for making me pay more. I’m sure they charge people extra when the want additional sauce and then they take money when they clear the count of money at end of day..

For some reason they decided to cover cover my supreme taco in cheese. Usually taco bell clears my system but now im more constipated so something was clearly wrong.

Food handling safety needs to be addressed. I observed the person preparing food go from handing office items to preparing food without changing gloves. It's important to to remember that anytime you change tasks the gloves should be changed to prevent cross contamination. An otherwise clean store and correctly prepared product.

I went to this place 2 days ago for some burritos and chalupas First the restroom was very dirty toilet paper everywhere I the customer service very poor I found a big blonde hair on my chalupa Call the attention to the cashier and she told me that she will call the manager Who never show up disgusting . I went to Taco Bell and I asked for a salad, half chicken and half beef. It was fantastic but for some reason it upset my stomach. I don't think I will try their salad again.

Came by this morning. Tables are dirty. Floor is dirty aswell. Sodas are flat. And the cashier who is Indian lady. Had a attitude. Well she learned that I could too have an attitude. I ordered online 30 minutes prior to showing up. Get in the drive thru they tell me they are short staffed and closed? After I already placed and order and the app allowed me to not only place it but shows that the location was open. Ridiculous

This is one of the worst taco bells out there...its local so I've given them several trys and each time the food is cold or stale...I ordered the steak chulupa without tomato it should be hot and the shell soft every time I have received cold hard and stale with tomatoes...

Walked in ordered and was asked my name.....not a single person in the store.... Asked why was told procedure... Really have some common sense......and the workers want 15 dollars an hour with no common sense and still got my order wrong geesh

Rude employees....I walked in and the kid at the drive thru saw me but didn't acknowledge me or come to take my order. I stood in the lobby for several minutes and no one greeted me or took my order so I left.

Advertised til 1AM, closed at 12am when I drove there tonight. Nobody inside or out, no cars parked, driveway still lit up but inside closed. Lame. Suggested update of hours online to 12AM. Not first time this has happened.. I suggest ya call here before you make a late night munchies drive to be let down 💀 lol.

We ordered four items. The "grande" nacho burrito was way underweight, having very little filling. The taco, which I won on the coin game, was also underweight and had almost no beef. The $3.99 steak quesadilla had literally zero cheese or steak on one section and very little cheese and steak in the others. The only half way acceptable item was the double chalupa but even that was in a busted chalupa shell with lopsided ingredients. I am usually not one to complain, especially since I worked at a Taco Bell briefly in my early twenties, but this place was awefull. Online ordering is trash. Spent 40 minutes completing the whole order only to tell me it could not be processed. I tried it on a different phone taking another 20 minutes and it still did not work. I was not impressed. There was nobody up front at the front counter, other staff seen there were customers and said nothing. I asked for my fries to be fresh, they lied and said they had just comw out, but they were ice cold. I went back to the counter with my fries and had to wait what felt like another 10 minutes for the man to come back to the front counter, then seemed to want to argue with me over the food not being hot. I know its a fast food job, but the service was pitiful.

Not a Trucker friendly place, I Parked my truck at the TA next to it and walked to the location but they closed their lobby so I try asking the employe if I could walk through the drive through but she kept saying no and just waving at me to walk away with such a bad attitude. And wouldn’t serve me, all I wanted was a good meal after a long drive all day.

I've been here three times now I typically don't eat fast food on my lunch however and we all have days or we forgot to pack a lunch. The first time I ate here I got an entirely different order then what I had placed. The second and third time my order was missing items they weren't huge orders.

They were to busy just taking drive thur orders. Then a young man just clocked in to work and took my order.

Last year I discovered my new favorite food from Taco bell, the delicious Cantina Tacos, I fell in love with them I was ready to purchase them multiple times a day then barely 2 n a half weeks later it was no longer on the menu, just vanished completely, sadden about this just one week ago I discovered they were back I got one of those delicious tacos I got busy with my job I did get to go back till a week later, super happy, couldn't wait to get my hands on even more of the amazingly perfectly delicious tacos I find out they are gone once again, can you please bring the Cantina tacos but for good, I will purchase many everyday n multiple times a day please 🙏

This Taco Bell is by far the worst Taco Bell, I've ever came in contact with. I'm not going to sugarcoat this review. I've visited this Taco Bell twice and during those two times, I've been over charged twice for missing food that I didn't even order and received a salad bowl which was gone bad. FYI If you are ever craving for vegetarian/vegan fast food, avoid going to this Taco Bell at all. You can probably go next door to McDonald's and buy something there instead rather than being overcharged and given food that is not fresh at all.

This location has messed up on my order countless times. They always forget ingredients in their food. They charged me extra for chipotle sauce and did not add it. They forgot to put the tortilla chip on my Crunchwrap and wrapped my Crunchwrap really messy. $8 for what? Lettuce and beans?

Inconsistent Quality with most of the items the past month. The taco shells always seem to taste stale and anything with a tortilla. Sometimes they drown an item with the red sauce or put 1 spoon of it.

Although this establishment was clean. I do find it strange that the drive thru costumers seem to be more important to the staff. We placed our order on one of the self serve machines and sat patiently for our drinks. They didn't seem busy and that is why I was surprised it took us 20 minutes to receive our order. This was a simple order. Two drinks. When we went up to the front to check on our drinks we had to wait an extra 5 minutes for an employe to talk to us. When we were finally helped the young lady was very disrespectful. I gave her the name for our order and she very rudely told us that they did not have one of the ingredients that was needed to make our drinks. I was OK with choosing another flavor but the reason we chose to go to the Taco Bell in Livingston and not Hilmar or Turlock was because they had the Limonada freeze. But as it turns out in the 20 minutes we were waiting they failed to inform us that they were out and she didn't know "when more would be ready'" I understand that ingredients can run out but my problem is that I saw one of the employees make a drink using limonada seconds prior. Not one single apology about the wait. Another issue is that taco bell is a Fast food place and nothing about this visit was fast. I understand things happen that are out of the staffs control but it would have been easier to inform us of the lack of ingredients instead of assuming that we would be OK waiting for more to be made. I do not recommend going to this location for the customer service or speed, and if you do use the drive thru because the customers in the drive thru were able to have the drinks that "ran out"

Unfortunately, they don’t allow walk-up orders at the drive-thru and refused to serve me because I wasn’t in a car — even though I clearly explained I was in a semi-truck and couldn’t fit through the drive-thru. The employee told me flat out, “bring a car or we can’t serve you.” It’s disappointing that Taco Bell doesn’t accommodate truck drivers who are on the road all day, keeping this country moving. Not every location has space to park and walk in, and not all have lobbies open either. Denying someone food just because they’re on foot — especially when it’s not safe or possible to use the drive-thru — is just a lack of respect for truckers. Do better.😡😡😡

When we were finally helped the young lady was very disrespectful. I gave her the name for our order and she very rudely told us that they did not have one of the ingredients that was needed to make our drinks. I was OK with choosing another flavor but the reason we chose to go to the Taco Bell in Livingston and not Hilmar or Turlock was because they had the Limonada freeze. But as it turns out in the 20 minutes we were waiting they failed to inform us that they were out and she didn't know "when more would be ready'" I understand that ingredients can run out but my problem is that I saw one of the employees make a drink using limonada seconds prior. Not one single apology about the wait. Another issue is that taco bell is a Fast food place and nothing about this visit was fast. I understand things happen that are out of the staffs control but it would have been easier to inform us of the lack of ingredients instead of assuming that we would be OK waiting for more to be made. I do not recommend going to this location for the customer service or speed, and if you do use the drive thru because the customers in the drive thru were able to have the drinks that "ran out"
