Unfortunately, we had a terrible Christmas because of how the lunch was handled. We didn't know we'd be having lunch under the marquee, but the tables were set there, and it was cold, especially for the elderly, one of whom had to go home halfway through lunch because she was so sick. Furthermore, we waited from 1:00 PM to 2:15 PM for the first service; I don't know what happened, so we were still at the table at 5:00 PM. At that time, preparations for an evening event were beginning, and there was a lot of coming and going, even leaving the doors open, making it colder inside. The dishes were good, but we didn't enjoy them in these conditions. How could they treat customers like this on Christmas Day?

The place is nice and convenient, especially if you have kids. Unfortunately, the cocktails weren't good. We asked for a Negroni, but they made us a gin with different flavors without asking. For food (which is paid separately), we had two small pizzas, a bit dry, and a sliced ​​sandwich and two chips. A bit sparse and poorly maintained. It's a shame because the place is beautiful, right on the seafront, and there's a playground nearby and rides for the little ones.

Very badly organised place. Quite expensive, and with rude managers/supervisors shouting at their staff all the time in front of us and all the rest of the customers while there, felt pity for the guys. I won't go back there for sure.

The food wasn't bad, but it was a shame about the wait (people left because nothing was arriving on their table), and I definitely think not having all the dishes brought to the same table at the same time was a problem, especially since there were only three of us! The waitress, however, recommended getting an appetizer to while away the wait, which, however, took a long time.

I bought tickets to see a show at the Chalet. Since the event started at 9:00 PM, my friends and I decided to book an aperitif at the Chalet. Unfortunately, it was a very windy evening, so we decided not to eat outside and instead sat inside. We informed the waitress, out of courtesy, so she could give our seats to someone else. We were offered either an aperitif or an aperitif-dinner. I asked what the difference was. For the aperitif, you can have a drink outside at the outdoor bar and eat outside for the cost of the drink. The aperitif-dinner with prosecco or simple drinks inside is served at the table, along with first courses for 18 euros. We chose the second option only because of the wind outside and because they had mentioned first courses. So, given the price, we were expecting a mini dinner. Instead, they brought us prosecco on a small plate with: a portion of 1 tablespoon of pappa al pomodoro, 1 tablespoon of inedible fregola, 1 tablespoon of Cantonese rice (and these were the famous first courses? 🤦🏼‍♀️), a slice of ham, two slices of salami, two thin slices of pecorino cheese, a small portion of bland eggplant, two triangles of omelette with only eggs, and a 3cm square schiacciatina with a small piece of cooked ham. We were expecting something else, but instead it was all there. At 18 euros, it's truly outrageous. So in conclusion: the show was beautiful, the location was beautiful, but everything else was beyond comment!
