No está mal pero un poco caos entre tanto guiri y los empleados que no dan una con los pedidos y aparte cuando se cae algo lo más normal es recogerlo y no déjarlo a un lado pero bueno.

Pedi la promocion de minecraft que acaban de sacar menú infantil para mi hijo. La pedimos para llevar porque era una ratonera que no cabía nadie en el establecimiento, y al llegar a casa nos encontramos que le ponen un paquete de cartas de pokemon. Será que se guardan los juguetes para ellos! Que estafa! Habían un montón de niños allí sera que les pasó lo mismo? Ire a reclamarlo la.verdad que no volveré más! Ordered on machine in store as you can select your language easy to pay at till. Food was OK eye watering prices €9.50 for adults medium sized mincraft meal! Coffee was good but small. If you need toilet, the code to get in is on the bottom of your receipt.

Ordered the food over the self service machines. Makes it easier when you are abroad due to being able to select your choice of language. Food came out which was a little confusing initially as the display board wasn't showing what food was ready only the food that was being prepared. Unfortunately, both the fries and burger was cold. I thought it was only in the UK where the two guarantees are that the fries would be cold and the milkshake machine is always out of order but recently UK McDonald's have started to serve hot fries so guess it's just in Spain they are now served cold. It's a pity that the burger was also cold but maybe this is just the standards you get here. Poland still the best for McDonald's

We have been in a few times as McDonalds coffee is always good and reasonably priced. When we went in today we ordered a 2 x coffee and chips and some chicken bites. After ordering food we couldn't see anyone preparing food or drinks. After a couple of minutes someone appeared from the back to serve people waiting to order. A minute or so later a couple more staff appeared. We could see our food had been prepared but no drinks. It took them a few more minutes for the drink to be done. When they finally brought the food and drinks over we rejected the food as it was cold. They did replace the food with freshly cooked food and it was OK.

Good staff(trying to do their best), fries with bacon and cheese(tasty) also location(near other restaurants and cafes) and internal sitting places(comfortable). Bad that there is not so much info in English also there is no self ordering machines(sometimes it is hard to understand what to order). And i guess it is only MacDonald in the world I visited which doesn't have wifi( sad ou sad)

No quiero ofender al lugar, pero debo decir que he visto mucho este fin de semana del 15 de agosto. Primero, me gustaría decir que 9 de cada 10 veces, tu pedido estuvo EQUIVOCADO. La comida no era la mejor; todo estaba extremadamente soso, ¡e incluso me dieron pollo casi crudo para el almuerzo! ¿Es broma? Nunca he estado en un McDonald's como este, y sinceramente espero que mejore para futuros clientes que quieran disfrutar de sus vacaciones. Un aspecto positivo del lugar es el DESAYUNO: pedí un café con leche y Nesquik con un croissant y algunos bombones, y debo decir que no me decepcionó en absoluto. Dicho esto, le doy 2 estrellas y espero subirlas a 4/5 algún día.

Soy del pueblo, vengo dos o tres veces a la semana, hoy e echo un pedido en la máquina para que me lo sirvieran en la mesa, cuando a venido el chico nos a tirado la bandeja encima de la mesa, un trato de su parte muy desagradable.

El niño vino a pagar, y el hombre de la caja registradora dijo que no contaría los centavos, y lo hizo aparar en pilas de 1 euro. Además, ponen los ojos en blanco todo el tiempo. También siempre demuestran que tienen razón, por ejemplo, había una amiga diabética conmigo, pidió una Coca-Cola sin azúcar y le dieron (no estaba escrito que era sin azúcar) mostramos un recibo y nos dijeron que la fanta sin azúcar también, pedimos cambiar la bebida y lo probaron durante 5 minutos y luego nos ayudaron con una cara de insatisfecha.

Not the best mcdonalds I've been in. As other reviews mention, I would say it needs a deep clean and more digital ordering stations needed to cut queues. Could also do with more fly exterminator machines to get rid of a lot of flies present in the restaurant pestering customers whilst trying to eat. Also had to go back up to the front counter to explain they forgot my son's tropicana juice with our order.

Estado de los baños demencial, a parte de la limpieza del local nefasta, el suelo se te van pegando los pies de la mugre que hay no me imagino como estará dentro de las cocina, nunca había visto un mc donals tan sucio y descuidado

Vine a probar los nuevos ice coffe, me pedí un "ice white coffe" y me pusieron literalmente un vaso de leche con un poco de sirope de color blanco. Lamentable, el vaso de leche más caro de mi vida 2,45€.

Penoso! Pedimos para llevar a casa y sorpresa cuando llegamos a casa y vemos la cantidad de patatas. Además patatas que parecían hechas de la mañana... Lamentable, no es la primera vez que ocurre, incluso en el local donde reclame por la poca cantidad.

No esperaba mucho de un local de comida rápida. Pero el staff no es muy amigable, hay una mujer allí que parece Sid, de la era de hielo, con los ojos separados. Que gritaba a los clientes. Si no te gusta tu trabajo, búscate otro. La higiene del local es mejorable, hay muy mal olor.

Pésimo servicio pedí un mcflurry y me dejaron 15 minutos esperando. Cuando quería hablar con el tipo que atiende me decía que espere hasta que porfi. Me escucho y me trajo un helado todo derretido, le pedí que me lo cambie y me dio esto.. saquen sus propias conclusiones..

Sinceramente varias veces que he ido y fatal siempre, me dan la comida como quieren cuando está personalizada y la bebida si pido un nestea es normal que me pongan coca cola??????? Sin comentarios

Un desastre total! Desde la comida que ya de por sí es una vergüenza para el precio que tiene, te la sirven fría. El personal muy maleducado nos han hecho levantar a medio comer y de mala manera en las mesas del fondo por que decían que tenían que cerrar esa parte para limpiar, cuando delante estaba lleno de gente y no había lugar. Comimos parados. Mínimamente deberían avisar antes de que uno haga el pedido y saber que no podes sentarte a comer como corresponde y eso que solo éramos dos, pero han hecho levantar a mesas de más integrantes.

Estuve él día 7 octubre, el dependiente fue muy amable, pero el menú, la patata estaba poco echo,le pedí una de pollo con todo,y no lleva nada, fui al fondo y estaba todo sucio y avía mosca, y todavía cobran como un restaurante,.

Pagué mi sándwich y quise sentarme, pero no tuve oportunidad porque el jefe decidió no usar medidas excesivas para echarnos. El jefe se comportó de forma arrogante e inapropiada, alzando la voz.

-Pedimos 2 hamburguesas y 1 se equivocaron al dárnosla. -Pedimos 2 McFlurry de Oreo y Caramelo, y nos los dan ambos deshechos por completo, pura sopa, parecía un batido, estamos en agosto pero que nada más salir de cocina me lo den así (comiendo in situ ademas) deja mucho que desear. -Pedimos 2 Coca colas y 1 de los vasos estaba sucio y con cosas flotando, no lo quisieron cambiar. Y en general el ambiente, que aún siendo zona turística, dejen entrar a personas con bebidas alcohólicas de fuera y les dejen quedarse bebiendo por qué se han pedido 1 McFlurry o 1 hamburguesa deja un poco que desear. Nos ha quitado las ganas de pisar un McDonald's en mucho tiempo.

Me siento muy insatisfecho con el trato que me dio el personal el 6 de junio a las 6 pm. Hemos pedido yo y mis amigos, cada uno pidió un menú diferente, después de pedir, queríamos pagar con efectivo y tardaron más de 12 minutos en simplemente venir y el pedido llegó 27 minutos más tarde de el momento en el que lo pagué, llegó un momento en el que dije que quería cancelar el pedido y un empleado dijo como si le huviera hablado mal que el no podía atenderme porque tenía que hacer otra cosa . Le pongo 1 estrella porque no se puede poner una reseña con 0 estrellas.

Intentando desde hace 5 días que me reembolsen un pedido que hice por Glovo. Y nunca está el encargado no me dan respuesta no cogen el teléfono! Y la hamburguesa estaba pasada, mala, las patatas blandas el gazpacho caliente… horrible! No vayáis a este mcdo y mucho menos pedir a domicilio siempre se dejan cosas

Went to this McDonald’s and was expecting the usual McDonald’s experience. Having worked at McDonald’s for multiple years I know how they are trained to speak to their customers. We went in politely on a Saturday night, my boyfriend and I had both paid and were waiting for our food. When waiting my boyfriend said I am going to the toilet. When going to the toilet he asked for the toilet code and three workers walked past him and ignored him. Extremely rude and all just laughed at him for asking. This is understandable if he was disrespectful or rude however he politely asked for the code. This is extremely harmful for people who are only trying to be nice. I hope they are better next time this is not good enough as a multinational establishment.

Now i ordered a menu here, put didn’t click on ‘essentials’ because i thougt i would get scammed again. Then later i saw a men with an essential.
