Went as a family and we enjoyed our stay, I will only advise to be on top of their cleaning. Remove stains on the walls and maybe change the hallway carpet or give it a good clean. We appreciate the staff they were all kind and helpful. We will come and visit again.

The concept of this hotel is great: parking in front of your room. The photos looked good. However, when we arrived, the motel part was somewhat disappointing. Everything was as promised in the ad, but it all felt a bit outdated. Driving onto the motel premises towards your room, it feels like you're entering a scene from The Walking Dead. There's no maintenance on the road or surrounding area; everything is overgrown and rundown. Only the first 20 rooms look slightly better because they are rented out more often. Our advice would be to spruce up the exterior to make it look more lively and well-kept. The rooms were large, clean but somewhat outdated, though still manageable. The only real issue was the shower—it was a nightmare. It's almost impossible to take a proper shower with the water switching between hot and cold constantly. On the positive side, the rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels provided, which we greatly appreciated!

The cook must have been very good, because all the dishes he made tasted excellent. Besides, we got the best wine there. The breakfast buffet was a bit meager and even though the scrambled eggs and bacon had just been delivered, it was still cold. However, the desserts from the restaurant were the best I've ever had.

We made a stopover on our way back from Livorno to Germany. It's a very nice hotel right off the highway. The rooms are air-conditioned, and the windows are soundproof, so we could sleep very well in the huge beds. It was very clean and orderly. The staff members were very friendly. The hotel has a bar and a restaurant. The prices at the restaurant are on the high side, but the food was very good. We had the burgers. The breakfast was a bit lacking, overall it was okay, and it had everything you need, but it lacked a bit of attention to detail. All in all, highly recommended, and we would use it again anytime. Thank you.

I used to stay in this hotel for many times in the past. My previous experiences were good but this time I had nothing but complaint. The staff is welcoming as always and the breakfast hasn’t changed in years. However, the wifi was not working probably and I had almost no cell reception because my room was inside the hotel without a window. This was especially unpleasant for me since I was here for business and I had to spent days without proper access to my mails and calls.

I stayed at Just Hotel Lomazzo, and while the hotel has its positive aspects, there were several issues that left me with mixed feelings. The hotel is conveniently located near the motorway, but this also means you can hear cars passing by all night, which might be bothersome if you’re a light sleeper. On a positive note, the hotel is modern and clean, and they provide complimentary water, which is a nice touch. However, I noticed that while they clean the room daily, they don’t actually change the duvet. The real issue came with breakfast. I had dietary restrictions and specifically booked breakfast because the hotel’s website stated they could accommodate these. I messaged them before my trip, and they confirmed they could fulfill my requirements. However, on the first morning, I found the scrambled eggs mixed in the same pot as the bacon. As a vegetarian, this was a problem, as people were using the same spoons for both items, and the eggs had a strong bacon smell. When I raised this with the hotel, they directed me to speak with the restaurant staff. After some difficulty finding someone who spoke English, I finally spoke with a staff member who understood the issue and assured me they would prepare my eggs separately going forward. The next day, they did make my eggs separately as promised, which I appreciated. However, on the day of check-out, I was presented with an unexpected bill of €24 for these specially prepared eggs. This was frustrating, as I had already paid for breakfast and was told they could cater to my dietary needs. At no point had they mentioned an additional charge. After explaining the situation, the receptionist finally waived the charge, but it left a sour note on my departure. Overall, while the hotel has potential and some good features, the lack of clear communication and extra charge for accommodating dietary needs made my experience less than ideal. This is not the way I wanted to end my stay.

assuming that we booked a room in this hotel for a one night stay because we had a wedding event around. i agree that the position, right next to the highway exit, is extremely strategic (in particular for guests traveling for work). as soon as we stepped in the reception area we were pleasantly surprised by the kindness of the staff. it was 1pm so we asked if there was anything we could have as lunch from the bar thinking about leftovers from breakfast. the madame working in the bar told us that they only offered salmon toasts at that time so we accepted (only salmon? a very strange choice). in the end she served us pepperoni toasts that I can’t eat due to my intolerance… apart from the fact that she was so rude. but even the breakfast of the next morning had been so disappointing. nothing in the room fridge, dirty terrace, noisy room, etc. experience to forget. not a 4-stars at all. 2 stars for the reception staff.

This location is the worst as a tourist especially if you have not got a car. Its in the middle of two motorways and its impossible to get public transport. Walking to the train station required crossing a highway which is extremely dangerous. Getting a taxi to come to the hotel was a nightmare and they charge you an extortionate amount due to its location. Highly recommend living in the city. Rooms were fairly clean however bathroom could be better. Room size was small and AC was very slow. No iron facilities provided and wifi was too slow. Breakfast included was okay. Most staff members were nice however one particular staff member was rude and very unhelpful. We asked for a taxi to help us put and she blatantly refused saying there are no taxi available. Would never recommend this hotel ever again for tourists.

The ONLY thing appealing about this hotel is the distance to my company. This was their first time using this hotel and it will be the last. I arrived on Monday after a 16 hour flight, to my AC not working. I called reception 4x and every time I got a different excuse. “I’ll drop the temp for you.” “It’s on now. It just takes time.” You have to put the card in the slot.” “No one turned it on, I turn it on now.” The jet lag from a 16 hour flight was insane, so I ended up falling asleep. Woke up at 1AM drenched in sweat and had to sleep with my balcony doors open. On Tuesday after a long day with colleagues, I walk into my room and it’s hot. I go downstairs and talk to a guy in reception. Wish I would have gotten his name as he is the only one who didn’t lack customer service skills. He got on the phone and called the maintenance guy. A lady then follows behind him and tells me that the room is set at 16. She proceeds to take a picture of the screen and show me. I told her I understand it says that- but does it say what temp my room is?? Bc it is not 16 degrees. She then tells me that there’s nothing they can do and I’ll have to wait until tomorrow to get maintenance to check the AC. I told her no, that it needed to be resolved today. Whether that meant getting another room here or requesting for my company to book me another room somewhere else. Her response was… I’m fully booked here but have a room in the motel. I told her no, I’m either getting an equivalent or again, asking my company to book me somewhere else. The guy who was talking to maintenance finally comes back and tells me he will be in my room shortly. When he walks in, he makes a comment of how hot it is. He starts to work on it and fixed it. Thankful for him. Now, to the 2nd worst experience at this hotel… whoever the lady is that takes the orders for room service is horrible. Her attitude? Atrocious. The first night I arrived, I ordered an hand and cheese platter… she quoted me 1 hour wait time. Then 1.5 hours. I said ok. The food showed up in 10 mins. And now, today is my last day here (thank goodness) — I called at 8:45 and ordered a bufala pizza. She says it will be 1 hour. Ok. 1 hour and 15 mins go by, no food. I call room service- no answer. I call reception- the guy who picks up transfers me - no answer. Then he gets back on the phone and says it will be here in 10 mins. 2 mins later the lady from room service calls me back and asked what did I order? Absolutely insane. I’ve been many places. But this is by far the worst.
