The only big table available was by the door. Every time someone walked by the door it opened and closed, sometimes even if nobody passed by it. We were freezing while we eating our dinner. Not sure I'll stay next time if no better tables are available.

Clean and the fried chicken is as good as one can expect from KFC. The bigger chicken parts were a little bit too fatty for me, everything else was done well. I was here when there was a very low volume of customers. One thing to note: KFC is located across the street of Bissolo Casa and not at the end of the country road/beginning of industrial area. You can look it up. Parking situation is alright. No worries. A drive through also exists.

We went when it opened and were disappointed, so much so that we hadn't been back until today, when we decided to give it a try, taking advantage of some offers through the app. So, they've definitely improved; it would have been much better if the dishes had been freshly prepared. The fries were limp, as were some of the chicken pieces. The sandwich, however, was good, as were the wings. All in all, generous portions and reasonable prices for any budget.

The only American-style fast food restaurant in the lake area that accepts meal vouchers, which is the only reason I frequent it. The food is average, and the coffee is often sold out. Cleanliness could be improved; tables are often inaccessible, as if they're unwilling to clean half the place, and the other tables, often full, aren't always clean. There's also no organic waste sorting. The drive-through service is also available via an app (but without the meal vouchers).

I arrived at 9:45 pm on Friday evening and once they took the order they kicked me out of the restaurant saying that I couldn't eat it there given the late hour (9:50 pm), even though the website says it closes at 10:30. As soon as I got to the car I opened the bag and it was all cold, at least made 2/3 hours earlier.

It gets worse every time they change staff, it's not like it used to be... there's more flour than chicken, even the photo is attached, then it's all wet... something to throw away... then in the bathroom there's no soap and it's also dirty 🤮not recommended

It's a disaster. I've eaten at many KFCs, but I've never seen anything so dirty and filthy. The food is the same everywhere, but the filth is shocking. I don't recommend it.

This is a scam i thought the KFC quality is equal to what is here in brescia. I bought a bucket for three persons and i tell you the cuts are minuscule!!! I paid 32 euros and the parts are so tiny i would not do it again! Better eat at an italian restaurant or back home and lrepare your own meals. Also you cannot take out your meals. I asked if there are excess food and i want to get a goody bag to bring it back home, they told me i cannot bring it outside, it is either i finish the food or i throw it away. Now tell me, what kind of service is this?

A beetle flew inside my sauce, i asked the cashier to change it for me, but she refused to. Do you really have to keep your sauce protected, whilst there are bugs flying all over the place, and you can’t even get a simple compensation? Shoutout to the girl with dreadlocks🤙🏽💪🏽🙌🏽
