Drive thru order. Victoria is awesome, she's so sweet and helpful. Everything was as ordered and was tasty.
Came out let's see the sister stopped by this nice little clean Burger King the food was great and service was quick and the order was taken right properly the first time that's always a nice thing to have your order gotten right I would definitely recommend this Burger King to anybody who's just passing through

Went through the drive thru. This was our 1st time at this location. Typically we order items from the coupons we get in the mail with the circulars. We ALWAYS swap out the French fries for onion rings. At this particular location, they said they cannot swap them when using a coupon. He even asked his manager. Nope. Wouldn't do it. So we order the 8 piece Cheesy Tots. On the plus side they gave us 9 instead of 8 and they tasted Aaah-Mazing! I highly recommend them. And they also put a Burger King Crown around our takeout bag. That was a first time that was done for us. So it was a little give and take. But, being that we are not French fry people, we will probably avoid going back to this location. Sorry guys. We're onion ring people.
I love this location but today the employee was heckling guests in the lobby eating area. A businessman was quietly eating his lunch at regular speed and she comes in and says that he only has 30 minutes to eat. There are a lot of homeless here but this was obviously A well-dressed person eating a full expensive meal. Leave your good customers alone or you will ONLY have homeless and druggies here. Train your employees better please.
Second time I enter a Burger King with in a year and man how the great have fallen. I just don't see that passion or vision for this food industry business anymore. Honestly,where and who is Burger King ? Don't get me wrong and I hate giving bad reviews but can I get a doctor here.....😐
The food was good but the cashier was very rude and not welcoming at all. Alfred your customer service needs a lot of improvement, especially when someone says hello and how's your morning and thank you and you don't answer that's very rude.
It is one block west of the more interesting Long Beach Downtown Pine Ave. Located next to a metro station, it draws a diverse crowd of office workers, construction workers, senior citizens, as well as poorer local residents. The staff have mechanic responses and serve all customers politely. There is a drive through that is used more frequently than the sitting areas. The parking lot is pretty empty the few times I went there to get their $1 mocha frappes.
The worst and there phone is disconnected Plus 40 minutes wait on orders
Parking here and walking to nearby businesses will get your car towed. It happened to multiple people's car. The business owner of this location has a predatory partnership with a tow truck service. Report to police.
Horrible!! I guess since the monarchy got dissolved the king had to out source and here is the result.. Negative.on all levels
The food at this BK is horrible. Like, how can see you see this burnt hockey puck of a biscuit and decide to serve it??
Missing jalapeno popper, and sauces. Tried to call store, disconnected phone. Go to App for first time in a long while, and claims account suspended. No customer service number to reach. Guess I won't be going back to Burger King period smh
They don't hear very will and they don't give out good service me and girl both asked for a ice cream sundae and they only heard 1
The burger was absolutely disgusting I spat it out and threw everything away.
I got the honey mustard chicken wrap and it was the smallest thing ever. I have them before and they were never this small. For $2.99 each I felt like I got ripped off. The first pics are of the wrap I recieved and the last is what BK advertises.
I placed my order at 11:27p website says open til 12a. They took my order and money online and I've been outside the restaurant for 30 mins. Please honor your business hours and online paying customers. It's 11:54p and business has been closed since 11:35p.
