Second time I enter a Burger King with in a year and man how the great have fallen. I just don't see that passion or vision for this food industry business anymore. Honestly,where and who is Burger King ? Don't get me wrong and I hate giving bad reviews but can I get a doctor here.....😐

The food was good but the cashier was very rude and not welcoming at all. Alfred your customer service needs a lot of improvement, especially when someone says hello and how's your morning and thank you and you don't answer that's very rude.

It is one block west of the more interesting Long Beach Downtown Pine Ave. Located next to a metro station, it draws a diverse crowd of office workers, construction workers, senior citizens, as well as poorer local residents. The staff have mechanic responses and serve all customers politely. There is a drive through that is used more frequently than the sitting areas. The parking lot is pretty empty the few times I went there to get their $1 mocha frappes.

The worst and there phone is disconnected Plus 40 minutes wait on orders

Parking here and walking to nearby businesses will get your car towed. It happened to multiple people's car. The business owner of this location has a predatory partnership with a tow truck service. Report to police.

Missing jalapeno popper, and sauces. Tried to call store, disconnected phone. Go to App for first time in a long while, and claims account suspended. No customer service number to reach. Guess I won't be going back to Burger King period smh

I got the honey mustard chicken wrap and it was the smallest thing ever. I have them before and they were never this small. For $2.99 each I felt like I got ripped off. The first pics are of the wrap I recieved and the last is what BK advertises.

I placed my order at 11:27p website says open til 12a. They took my order and money online and I've been outside the restaurant for 30 mins. Please honor your business hours and online paying customers. It's 11:54p and business has been closed since 11:35p.
