I understand people's negative reviews about the smaller portions and higher prices, which is understandable but these days that's just how it is, however the portions are ok for me- my son and I shared a 3 piece box meal which came with 2 small sides, drink and biscuit which came out to $18.99, and it was enough to fill us both up completely. The employees here were all very friendly and helpful as well. Atmos was nice and the restaurant was clean.

So cute inside !!! They super decorated for Christmas. This is the only location I know in long beach that has the fruit punch that my kiddo likes. Have to order it in person not on the app. I love how quick they make your food.

I wanna give thanks to the gentleman that attended to me on 4/20/23 in the evening time. I didn’t catch his name. But I had a big order for him and he did a very good job taking my order and making sure everything was in the bag so I didn’t have to come back. He was very patient and friendly as well. I know working in this type of industry can be stressful and he did an amazing job. I will keep coming back to make big orders from this location. Again thank you very much.

This is where the problem comes this lady was very rude when i asked her for the condiments i asked her do i have the honey and butter and she kept on asking me if i needed anything else in a frustrating way. That made feel bad i didnt want ask her for my receipt because she didnt give me the option. No patience, no costumer service. She shouldnt be working there with that kind of attitude. There are a lot of people looking for jobs if she is not happy she shouldnt be there.

I'm hoping someone sues KFC soon for false advertisement. They are advertising breast but they are cutting the two breasts into 3 portions! This is deceptive shrinkflation! In addition the size of their sides has dramatically decreased. The pastic packaging is domed underneath making it appear like more when actually because of the doming of the plastic, is less. More shrinkflation. The only reason I ordered was Uber Eats had a Free 3 Piece Big Box so I went for it. I will never order from this KFC ever again unless there's a bomb deal like tonight: 6 pieces 3 sides 3 biscuits for $23 after tip, taxes and uber's fees. Otherwise it's a total ripoff.

I decided to go back and order the same thing. Last time they had forgotten my sauce, but the food was good overall, and I was getting a great deal on food. Well the second time I get the same thing including a side of Mash Potatoes & Gravy. When I get home I eat all my food and leave the mash potatoes for last because they are rather filling. Well when I take a bite of the Mash Potatoes they taste like . . . bad. The gravy is brown and so I thought someone had squatted over the gravy and -y'know? I felt very humiliated because I thought I consumed someone else's feces. Well today, I remembered rotten Potatoes smell the same way as those mashed pototatoes. So I realized someone had probably cooked rotting potatoes and distributed it for people to eat. I went on the 6th of November 2025, and that is probably the last time I will go. If I know there is something wrong with my food I normally go back and let the restaurant know just so they don't make the same mistake for someone else, but the experience was shameful for me because I literally thought someone defecated in my food. Also I was not being rude or complaining. I just made a mobile order, went in, said please and thank you, and left. Anyway all this to say, "Never Again," I'm almost positive this was a singular experience, but I can't forget the taste I had experienced and so I will swear off KFC and let others know my experience. I was a new customer, didn’t know what to expect, and I'm sure others are regulars, and to those regulars: I salute you. You are very brave to pay money for Fried Chicken at KFC, when there are so many other places that have better food, prices, and flavors. I get poor customer service on average from Popeyes, but the food was always good. Also it is so hard to make mashed potatoes taste bad. It's main ingredient is flavorless and gravy is just fat and flour, I could have made this better at home with a microwave. The fact that I have to know better than to order mashed pototatoes here is shameful, and I would be happy if I saw this location shut down in the near future. So yes the service workers, the atmosphere are included as well because this was such a simple mistake to avoid on the restaurant's part. Good luck and bless your heart if you eat here, God knows you need it.

I bought 3 piece chicken tender meal on 11/12/25 at approx 7:30pm . They didn't have any pot pies which is what I really wanted. They also were out of unsweetened iced tea. I wasn't too much bothered by this as I know they'd be closing soon. However, when I get home to eat, the fries were cold and looked as if they'd been sitting for hours and tasted like they were cooked in old oil. The chicken tenders were anything but tender. They too were cold and difficult to chew. It's like the whole boxed meal had just been sitting out prepared hours prior. I called to report and hopefully get my money back and noticed that I was never provided my receipt. I Google the number and called but no answer and no vm to leave amessage. I will try to call tomorrow. .

This isn’t a KFC. It’s a car dealership. They mark up their prices compared with other locations. I should have just driven further to a reliable one. $10 Tuesday special is $12 here. And forget about any sauce, that’s extra.
