Food was good service was fast and very good costumer service.

Tried their chicken pot pie tonight and I must say I was pleasantly surprised that plus a coupon for under $4 quite the deal and taste great good job KFCI was beginning to wonder!

This is my favorite KFC! Food is always good quality and fresh, staff is friendly and courteous. The manager is so nice and keeps the location great. Always a great experience...

Ive always had a good experience here on Bellflower in L.B. but..their chicken isnt as good as the KFC on Termino in Long Beach..

This KFC has came a long way from my 1st visit 1 year ago. 1st visit they couldnt get a 3 piece right and it was barely warm. Now even the most complex orders are done right, hot was hot, cold was cold. Besides the customer driving in drive up the wrong way and blocking every1 in so he could get his 20 piece and not wait in line. Perfect job now i give you an A.

Every so often I get a hankering for kfc and this is the closest location to where I live and it's a bit of a drive. It's worth it every time, always clean and inviting inside..newly remodeled and its actually really cool with some fun art on the walls, food never disappoints but its the employees who stand out here, friendly , helpful and they seem happy to be there...the owners must treat them well and it shows.. see you when the next craving hits.

Had to use the commode. They always accommodate patrons who need to use the bathroom... Oops, I mean "restroom" (they keep it open... not to mention clean!) when you got to go you got to go, you know?

I understand people's negative reviews about the smaller portions and higher prices, which is understandable but these days that's just how it is, however the portions are ok for me- my son and I shared a 3 piece box meal which came with 2 small sides, drink and biscuit which came out to $18.99, and it was enough to fill us both up completely. The employees here were all very friendly and helpful as well. Atmos was nice and the restaurant was clean.

Surprisingly not greasy for a US fast food restaurant, it was pretty spacious and clean, food was good and well prepared, there's refills as per usual in US places and chicken was well prepared for US standards.

In the drive-in we didn't see what we wanted cuz we didn't want to drink or a meal so we went inside and they took care of us. Lots of spices and a little bit of chicken. But you already know what you're getting. Also the staff is friendly, fast, and effectively keep the place clean. Bonuses: sweet tea and a Pokéstop.

It's predictable. The chicken is always moist and juicy. The mashed potatoes & gravy are the same gelatinous glob in a cup (fancy, reusable, institutional 4 sure). Coleslaw also prepackaged in its own little reusable bowl with a snap on lid. I'm dining in the oh so fast-food decor featuring searing signage dominated by the 220 font wall menu. Eating KFC once every few years can be nostalgic. And they still serve one of the best fried chichen breasts, period. But the biscuits. Alas, the fondest memories I gave are of watching the butter melt on the hot inside broken open honey drippin finger Linkin... "Buttery Spread" is served with "Honey.

Food itself was pretty good, however asked for Macaroni and Cheese to be substituted for the Coleslaw and they said okay even read it back to me, but upon arriving home there was No mac & cheese and the Coleslaw was in the bag🤔; then as I was taking everything out of the bag, my 2 apple pies were NOT in there!! 😠 I called them and they wanted me to drive back & return the coleslaw to prove that's what I received & they'll replace it with Mac & cheese!! SMH I don't think that's an option, then the rest of my food will be cold!! So they took my name & told me next time I come in they'll replace the mac & cheese & 2 apple pies. I sure hope so. They also did not provide a receipt. Maybe new workers or something.

This location has very inconsistent food quality. More often than not the food is good, but catch them on an off day, it's poor at best. Everything is thrown together, chicken dripping with grease. Doesn't even resemble a KFC meal......maybe it's a bad cook/crew day not preparing the food correctly??? Whatever the reason, fix it!

Fried Chicken sandwich was underwhelming because it clearly had been sitting for a while after it came out of the fryer and it was pretty soggy. If you want to experience this sandwich at its best, be sure to ask for chicken right after it comes out of the fryer.

Really disturbed with the fact that KFC charges 50 cents PER PIECE OF CHICKEN to change the plain or crispy into to a " natural spicy!" I could see a dollar or two on a 20 dollar order but eight? Most of the food i got was fresh but the kid that took my order did not put sauces we wmasked for nor spoons for our famous bowls.

The worst customer service I've seen at a fast food restaurant. They ran out of bbq sauce. The famous bowl I ordered didn't even have 3 decent sized popcorn chicken pieces on it. I would drive to the next closest without a doubt and will never go back.

Dumb drive-thru cashier- ordered extra crispy chicken (verbally confirmed twice) but packed the original. Despite having confirmed if the receipt was included in the bag, there wasn't after checking once i got home! There was no line at the drive-thru and the restaurant was almost empty!

Horrible service through uber eats app! You guys took forever to prepare a simple meal , over an hour . I felt bad that the driver had to wait 20 min after he got there to get my order, you guys need more staff and need to be more fast pace .

The staff trys to shut things down early and are always talking in the back instead of staying ontop of there job. They didnt want to make things and were being flat out lazy. And when you say sonething they get attitudes and then start talking to eachother in spanish. Maybe its just the time of day we have come but 2 hours before closing and they still have customers and they only seem to care about talking to eachother. I tried chalking it up to a one time deal and tried again a few weeks later but same thing happened. Tryed talking to there person they said was a manager and got no where they were dismissive and rude. If I was the owner i would think about retraining my staff or getting new staff who actually care about there jobs. It's been months since i have been there and have no desire to go back.

Order food online from this location 4001. Mexican lady racially profile me. Told her more than once my name and her behavior continue. Something needs to be done about her situation. Corporate needs to step in and train there employees or face lawsuits.

Whatever you do check your bag before you leave! I got all the way home and found they did not give me the famous bowl that I had ordered and paid for. So I called right away but of course they dont answer the phone. 6 times I called and each time it just disconnected. By the time I go down there they will be closed since I saw a girl lock the doors after I left even though it was barely 9:30 and they close at 10. Guess ill be calling head quarters tomorrow.

I felt very humiliated because I thought I consumed someone else's feces. Well today, I remembered rotten Potatoes smell the same way as those mashed pototatoes. So I realized someone had probably cooked rotting potatoes and distributed it for people to eat. I went on the 6th of November 2025, and that is probably the last time I will go. If I know there is something wrong with my food I normally go back and let the restaurant know just so they don't make the same mistake for someone else, but the experience was shameful for me because I literally thought someone defecated in my food. Also I was not being rude or complaining. I just made a mobile order, went in, said please and thank you, and left. Anyway all this to say, "Never Again," I'm almost positive this was a singular experience, but I can't forget the taste I had experienced and so I will swear off KFC and let others know my experience. I was a new customer, didn’t know what to expect, and I'm sure others are regulars, and to those regulars: I salute you. You are very brave to pay money for Fried Chicken at KFC, when there are so many other places that have better food, prices, and flavors. I get poor customer service on average from Popeyes, but the food was always good. Also it is so hard to make mashed potatoes taste bad. It's main ingredient is flavorless and gravy is just fat and flour, I could have made this better at home with a microwave. The fact that I have to know better than to order mashed pototatoes here is shameful, and I would be happy if I saw this location shut down in the near future. So yes the service workers, the atmosphere are included as well because this was such a simple mistake to avoid on the restaurant's part. I called to report and hopefully get my money back and noticed that I was never provided my receipt. I Google the number and called but no answer and no vm to leave amessage. I will try to call tomorrow. .
